Looking for Navarre Beach rentals? Look no further! Just steps to the beach and poolside, Dune Dreams is a 2 bed/2 bath Navarre Beach condo. Located on the second floor of Beachview Condominium complex, this exceptionally clean and well maintained Navarre Beach condo rental unit overlooks the pool and tennis courts from a private deck. We are conveniently located next to Navarre Beach access 39B and SpringHill Suites by Marriott Navarre Beach.

* Generous family room with views of the pool and tennis court and includes two armchairs with ottoman, a queen sized sofa sleeper couch, loveseat, flat screen t.v. with dvd player.
* Kitchen, stocked with all the essentials, includes upgraded Corian countertops, and all the amenities of home as well as washer and dryer. The dining area offers seating for six with additional countertop bar stools.
* Deck, facing East, offers additional seating, cool afternoon shade and overlooks the pool and tennis courts.
* Spacious primary bedroom with king size bed, wall mounted flat screen t.v., and full master bath.
* Pack and Play Portable Crib with sheets and High Chair.
* Guest bedroom includes a queen bed, dresser, flat screen t.v., and a full size bath.
* Free wifi, board games, DVDs, paperback books.
* Beach chairs, toys, towels, umbrella and cooler are available for your use!

In order to secure your booking and as required by our insurance policy, we require that all guests complete our Lodging Agreement and list names of guests joining you. Vrbo guests will receive an email shortly after booking with a link to complete our Lodging Agreement. Additionally, the Dune Dreams Lodging Agreement also requires all guests to submit two images:

* A second image (photo) of you holding your government ID up to your face "selfie style". Please complete this task as soon as possible to secure your reservation.

15 days prior to your arrival, you will receive a Security Deposit Authorization email request. This Security Deposit Authorization is conducted by putting a temporary hold on your credit card for the amount of $300.00 exactly 2 day(s) prior to your arrival date. It may appear as a pending charge on your account. At some point during your stay, you may receive notification that the Security Deposit has been reauthorized to keep it fresh. After your departure, if no damages are reported, the full amount of the Security Deposit will be released within five (5) business days after departure.

Mothers Day Weekend

We had an excellent stay at Dune Dreams. The condo was spacious and clean. Just a short walk to the beach and useful beach supplies. Super close to pier and restaurants on island.

Great time at Navarre!

This property exceeded our expectations. Very clean, lots of room, they even had extra toys and chairs for the trip to the beach. Property is literally a 3 minute walk to the beach. By the way the beach was beyond our expectations! Very clean, not crowded, beautiful sand, and turquoise water. Our Host Anne was extremely pleasant and excellent with communications. We’ll definitely be looking to stay here again.

Easy access to beach

Good location, not too crowded. Short walk over dune walkway and you are on the shore. Pretty location.

Family get away

Clean and very close to beach. Everything we needed was in the unit. Played pickle ball and used the pool. We would stay again. Easy checkin and out process.

Condo super clean and very well stocked. Furniture newer and comfortable. Easy access to the pool Owners more then helpful and very - very friendly. All bedrooms have window as does living/dining areas.

Dune Dreams Summer Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at Dune Dreams! The condo is set up to be comfortable for a family. All of the furniture is very comfortable and got the best night's sleep. Beach access is unbeatable for the price. We have stayed in several other condos in the same area and this is my favorite! Thank you Ann for being responsive and for your hospitality.

Great place to stay!

These folks have thought about the needs of their customer base, with items that are needed while staying for more than one night. We were amazed at many necessary items were provided. In addition, kitchen appliances that one normally uses at home were available. Well pleased.

25th Anniversary Trip

Perfect location steps from the beach, and only a 5 minute drive back across the bridge into Navarre. Anne and Jeff are very communicative. Condo is clean, bright, super comfortable and a great place to relax after a day at the beach, or zoo, shopping, etc Hope to be back soon!

Spacious, fun, comfortable, and convenient

Excellent experience in this spacious 2BR 2BA condo just a few steps from the beach with wonderful hosts. Super clean and well-furnished condo. Loved the deck for outdoor dining. Private tennis and pool on site also. Short walk to several restaurants and a convenience store. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

Everything you could need.

Everything was more spacious than anticipated. Overlooks the pool, 2 second walk from the beach. Has a wooden walkway or right next to it is a sandy walkway that worked perfectly for taking our wagon to the beach each day. We loved our stay. Thanks Ann!

The roomiest and best equipped condo we've ever rented. Easy and quick access to the beach. Up to date appliances, reliable wifi and a very good mattress. Anne is great to work with and quick to respond. Thank you for helping to make this a great vacation. We really needed this getaway. Would definitely rent again and recommend!

Perfect getaway

Dune dreams was everything we had wanted and more. The condo has comfortable beds, spacious living areas and a perfect location. The condo was a quick walk across the parking lot to the beach. There were beach toys and equipment, including chairs and a cooler in the condo to use. Anne was very responsive when I had a question. Overall we could not have been happier.

My stay

The outside of the property didn’t look good but the inside was nice the property Manager tried to tell me her friends saw more people In the unit than what was listed and also told me that they were missing 4 pillows now I don’t no who want pillow but definitely not me and 2 pillow cases were missing this is definitely a lie and I will never rent with this property again
