Great Experience

My family and I loved this property. It was clean and spacious. The property looked exactly like the provided pictures. The check in process was easy and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely book here again in the future.

We Love Barefoot!!!

Condo very nice, check in process unorganized

The condo and the area was very nice. The company vacation rentals of north myrtle beach was very unorganized. My check in process was not smooth. And while on the trip many ppl on the property complained about the company. If you can rent to condo via another company I would recommend.

Thanks for your review. We have been in business for over 10 years and have a very organized check-in process. Memorial Day weekend is one of the busiest weekends of the year and we had an issue with our lockbox. It has been fixed and we no longer have any issues. We have a great reputation in town so you might be confused with another company.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very pleased with the condo. It was clean and nicely furnished. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking. A little disappointed with closet space in master bedroom, as the walk in closet was locked for owners. Our friends have the same unit in Havens and are allowed use of this closet. Being here for three months with all sorts of temperatures and needing lots of clothes for golfing we found this unfortunate. We had to contact the office a couple of times and the staff were so nice and very prompt at dealing with the problems.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental staff were amazing! Unit very clean and lots of good linens.Bed very comfortable but the living room and dining room, furniture big, bulky and uncomfortable. Our patio faced the pooland as the lights were on all night you couldn't leave the drapes open to get fresh air.Would recommend the unit owners buy a kettle for the kitchen and a new ironing board cover.Also, the maintenance needs to power wash the patios and stairs, they are stained and dirty.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For the most part the room was nice but there were a lot of nats/bugs flying around upon entry & the duration of our stay. Also the bathtub in the master bedroom wasn’t cleaned properly or by the front door where there was a lot of accumulated dust.

Vacation 2021

Nice condo needed updates dirty stained carpet in bedrooms urine on bathroom floors. Chip packages and candy bar wrappers in floor behind night stand. Plants were very dusty. Balcony had not been vacuumed very dirty. My wife had a staple go in her foot in carpet. After my wife spent a day cleaning we enjoyed.

Thanks for your review and feedback. Actually the carpets are being replaced this fall with vinyl planking so there will be updates done in the off season. Sometimes things do get overlooked so we are sorry you had some issues. We do ask our guests to contact us with any issues. Glad your stay improved.
