The great room contains the kitchen, dining area and a lounge, and features two glass walls that give access to the terrace. If the heat becomes too much, pull the drapes and put on the air conditioning to maintain a pleasant climate indoors, but if a more radical approach is needed, take the plunge into the cool waters of the swimming pool and emerge refreshed.

The dining area, a beautifully polished marble slab table, sits between the lounge and kitchen, with seating for ten; alternatively, take the plates outside and experience an unforgettable Caribbean al fresco meal. The fully equipped kitchen is sleek with state-of-the-art appliances, handling any culinary challenges presented to it with ease. Situated within the Leeward settlement and along a canal, the villa is afforded its own private harbour for boats and yachts. Adventure seekers can take the kayaks onto the canal and explore or charter a boat to arrange a tour of the bay or the surrounding islands.
