Maison de quartier historique, grande mais confortable, récemment rénovée avec des mises à jour modernes et 4 BDR. La maison a été construite en 1905 et de nombreux éléments historiques sont conservés avec un rafraîchissement moderne et confortable. Mini-split chaleur et froid dans chaque pièce. La baignoire sur pattes est livrée avec la construction d'origine et a été intégrée pour ajouter au charme historique de la maison. Chauffe-eau sans réservoir pour un débit d'eau chaude continu. Garage 2 voitures pour les mois d'hiver; buanderie dans le vaste sous-sol d'origine. Profitez des sons des concerts d'été depuis le porche ou promenez-vous à 5 minutes du State Capitol ou du Summer Farmer's Market & Brewery Arts Center. We loved this place! We celebrated new years here with a few friends and the host was super responsive with any questions we have. The house was super clean and super organized with everything we should know all in one binder! We were greeted with a gift basket when we checked in inside the home which was super sweet!

Exceeded our expectations!

Our family members were in town for a 3 night stay at this super clean, roomy house that had very amenity possible. The beds were very comfortable. There was a shower downstairs that was perfect for one mobility-challenged person in our party. The location of the home is walkable to downtown and many of the historic buildings and beautiful, older neighborhoods, which we love. Also, the proximity to the performing arts center was a bonus because we literally walked across the street to the 1st outdoor concert of the Summer and enjoyed a meal from the food trucks while listening and dancing to the music. Finally, we looked forward to the doe and fawn who walked across the yard a few times a day. You'd be really missing out if you didn't stay in this gem!

Fantastic House!

We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful house. It was just the right size for 7 adults. Everything was top notch from the towels to the beds to the appliances. It was very hot while we were in Carson City, but the house's air conditioning worked great. Highly recommend.

Amazing Carson City Home

Some of our extended family came into town for my niece’s wedding. This home was perfect for us. The host made the entire process a breeze and also made us feel welcome (leaving us some goodies in a basket). The home itself is very nicely done and comfortable on every level - from dining room, gathering/seating area, bathrooms and bedrooms. I would highly recommend this lovely home for anyone needing a Carson City stay.

Awesome victorian style house

House was amazing. So much room for 5 women. House is very well stocked. We enjoyed it so much we stayed in every night and just played cards. Nice quiet neighborhood. Owners did a fantastic job remodeling the home.

We are so lucky we got to stay at this charming downtown house with all the modern amenities inside. We were a group of gravel riding friends going for a local race. We had all we needed and more. This house is perfect for a groups of friends or family alike and is very close to downtown. We hope to be renting it again next year for the same event ...

Great location for updated charming home

This house is a very old, restored home. It was been updated extremely well, while keeping the old charm of the home. It was clean and fully stocked with everything you would need. Plenty of kitchen supplies, cleaning supplies, blankets, towels, etc. The host was easy to contact and check in was easy. The house was perfect for our family of 5 + another couple. It is walking distance to the downtown area with plenty of restaurants.

Lovely Home

We absolutely loved this place!!! The place was cozy and comfortable for our large group(8 adults and 2 infants). The place was located in a historic charm district and within walking distance to restaurants, casinos, bars and groceries. This house was nicely renovated and furnished with quality and solid furnitures. The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed cooking breakfast for our large group each morning.Two large bathrooms with showers furnished with nice toiletries and towels was great. Staying at this place feels like home away from home. It was hard to say goodbye to this lovely home on our last day as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful Historic Charmer

Beautiful renovated home. Proximity to downtown Carson City was excellent. Property is exactly as described. The neighborhood was quiet. The house was comfortable and peaceful. The downstairs bedroom was wonderful for those with difficulty navigating stairs. Beds were comfortable. Two bedrooms upstairs had walk in closets. Great use of space in this house. Perfect location, will definitely stay there again!

This house was in the perfect location to walk downtown for morning coffee or dinner drinks. It was big enough for the 6 of us plus an infant. (With an empty bed left over) It was very clean and updated. The beds were all very comfortable with high end bedding. All the rooms have their own air controls. It was perfect to share with other couples. We had no complaints. Will definitely stay there again! They even had a bottle of champagne and cookies waiting for us when we arrived.

Perfect House in Historic Carson City

This 100yr+ house has been renovated into a beautiful home. After a long day of our own plans, it was nice coming back to this home. The A/C in every room helped with the very hot summer days, and the beds we rested our heads on each night were comfortable. The refreshing pitcher of water that was left for us, and the basket of welcome "beverages" and snacks, was a nice touch--and we thank you, to the property owner/manager.

Beautifully remodeled Victorian home

Kasey, your Victorian home was one of the nicest vacation rentals we have ever stayed in. It was tastefully remodeled, with modern decor, and furniture, while keeping the lovely original architectural details. The kitchen, dinning and living rooms were open and perfect for our family gatherings, The kitchen and bathrooms were very well stocked. The beds were comfortable with high end linens. We were lucky to have a family of eight deer visit us for an entire day, just grazing and resting on the lawn. Your lovely home help make our Vacay special. Thank you!

Perfect for quick trip to the area

I needed a stay for a small team of colleagues working on a project in the area. There was good space for everyone and we enjoyed relaxing in the front porch after long days at work. The neighborhood deer family was a lovely touch!

Our stay was very comfortable. The kitchen was very spacious and had everything we needed. Bedrooms were spacious and clean. The host even gave an easy to remember entry code - which was based on my phone number. Really recommend this special home when you visit Carspk city

Well stocked house, and beautiful yard. Only downside is there’s a tub, but it’s for decoration. This was tough on my little ones as they don’t do well in showers. Great house though and we will likely rent again!

Lil’ slice of heaven in the Valley

We came to Carson City this weekend for a friend’s wedding and we were so impressed by this VRBO. It’s a beautifully remodeled historic (built in 1905) home with a fully stocked kitchen and comfortable beds with high-end linens. Although completely modern with new appliances and finishings, it exuded warmth and charm. We even had a family of deer and quail visit us during our morning coffee! It’s walking distance to downtown restaurants and driving distance to Lake Tahoe, Reno, and Virginia City. Highly recommend!!!

Wonderful Holiday Stay!

Our family visited Carson City to attend the Polar Express with our two young children and had a wonderful time. The house was very clean and well stocked. Communication with the host was great! We would definitely stay at this house again and now would love to own an adorable Victorian someday. Thank you for sharing your house with us!
