Vous apprécierez la vue sur le lac Table Rock depuis notre suite au deuxième étage au bord du lac! Admirez le magnifique coucher de soleil depuis votre salon au bord du lac ou votre terrasse au bord du lac. Anciennement les suites du Kansas et du Missouri, cette suite spacieuse dispose de deux chambres gaies et décorées de couleurs vives, chacune avec des lits king-size ainsi qu'un matelas pneumatique queen-size de luxe.
Les équipements comprennent: des chambres king séparées, 2 grandes salles de bains privées avec baignoire / douche et un salon avec télévision par câble à écran plat, lecteur DVD, accès Internet sans fil, téléphone, cafetière Keurig, bar et salle à manger. Les escaliers menant de votre terrasse au sol vous permettent d'accéder facilement au lac, à l'aire de pique-nique, au bain à remous communautaire et au quai. Juste mis à jour avec le thème nautique pour True Lakeside Landing.

Relaxing, cozy yet spacious

Loved this place and will stay again next time we come to Branson. Beds were comfortable, relaxing view of lake.

Great for all ages!

The layout and location were PERFECT for what we needed with both elderly and young child in our group! Everything we needed, we had! The scenery was beautiful and we loved watching the deer from the deck in the morning!

Fantastic Location & Great Value

We stayed here last summer and liked it so much we stayed here during our wedding week. You can’t be the central location and the units all have everything you would need. The property was perfect for our dogs and has lots of usable water front. The Rent Branson team was always very responsive, accommodating, and friendly.

Goode location for enjoying Tablerock Lake, and Big Cedar Lodge related attractions. One thing that might help is, there is a hallway that some of the units' entry door is located in. This was a bit confusing when we first got there.

Easy, Comfortable & Quiet Neighborhood

It was exactly what I needed for a quick weekend stay. The team was extremely responsive to questions and made staying easy. It was a short stroll to the lakeshore and there were chairs and tables for enjoying the view. It's also only a short drive to the main attactions in Branson and I took advantage of a free ticket they offered. I had a great time. They note this in the listing but repeating it anyway...you can hear other people staying at the property. I didn’t find this to be an issue, but if you are a light sleeper it may be something to think about.

Nice lake access

The lake view was amazing and the property was exactly as described. Communication was also great as they checked in everyday to make sure everything was going okay. We're light sleepers so we could hear people on the next floor walking at night but I don't know that the property management could have done anything about that.

Amazing and Peaceful

The Lakeside suite was everything that we wanted it to be and more. The view from the deck onto the lake was very peaceful in the mornings while having coffee and watching the birds. There were deer that would come through the yard and play within feet of the barn. We were able to fish from the dock and the bank and caught many Perch and a couple of bass. We enjoyed making a fire in the fire pit where we had our nightly s'mores. We used the grills and made dinner, and there was more than enough propane to last our entire trip. The hot tub was an added bonus, and we enjoyed it each night. We will definitely be back!

Not Lakeside Landong again

Several lights did not work such as none in dining area or 1 bath and only a lamp in each bedroom, while light switch in bedroom was for hall light! Not enough bath cloths and took 2 days for management to get us some Very noisy when guests were in unit above. Tried to play horseshoes and tether all but grass was over ankle deep. While it is a nice location, we would not stay again

More like a lukewarm tub - not hot tub

When choosing my listing this trip my main priority was a hot tub. I even messaged ahead to double check that the hot tub would be functional. Upon arriving we discovered the tub was barely lukewarm and did not have a temperature button or gauge to be able to adjust it to get the temp higher. Even though this was a major disappointment, I tried to really like this place, but just cannot give it the review I hope it deserved. Peace is NOT an option here, the set up and floor plan hinders this. The bedrooms are only separated by a door to the main hall that all others walk in and out of, therefore every time they come in and out during the night you get a front row access to the noise while trying to sleep in your bedroom. You can hear the footsteps, beeps of door locks, slamming of doors. Our first night this lovely symphony began at midnight and lasted until 4am. The beds are so uncomfortable we opted to sleep on the living room couch the second night (2 adults sharing a sectional) this wasn't much better but at least we didn't hear all the neighbors coming and going as much. The only positive I can see is the lake view. We had such hope for this place in the beginning to be able to return with our extended family and rent the entire property out, but this has been scratched from our future visit list.

More like a hotel stay than a home stay.

We couldn’t turn on kitchen or living room lights. There were 100 light switches in the house but more than half didn’t work we could only get the side lights to turn on. The living room TV barely had sound. We had to turn tv in the kitchen on and put it on the same channel so we could sit on the couch and hear it. The shower head broke the very first day we tried to shower. I took it off the handle to switch the pressure setting and when I tried to put the handle back on it was cracked and wouldn’t hold it anymore. Looks like it might have been glued before but not well. I ended up having to jump out the shower walk across the house to finish in the other shower! On top of that…. No curtains or blind in front of the windows and doors…. So anyone can just look into our apartment the entire time we stayed. Definitely didn’t enjoy that fact when the shower broke me. No privacy, at all. We wanted to go out and enjoy the front yard but several other people were renting the property as well…. I will not be renting anything like this again. I thought I was getting a home away from home to enjoy the holiday with my family because I don’t live around here. Instead we got a hotel room atmosphere with strangers all around sharing one building, one tether ball, one horseshoe, and one fire pit. We had a couple of times people trying to get into our rooms because they also thought they rented a house not a room in the house. I absolutely avoid hotels for this very reason. Now the place was warm and nice looking, didn’t smell to bad other than musty. The bed were comfy and if you don’t want to spend much time at your place it’s a good place to be. More of a hotel atmosphere so if that’s what your looking for it’s good for that. I was unprepared for this atmosphere and did not enjoy it.

Lakefront for great value

The property was very nice. Everything felt freshly updated, the kitchen even had cooking stuff available for use that was still in the store wrapper. I didn't use the hot tub because I was too busy, but the setup looked nice. My only very small complaint was a problem with texts going unanswered by the property manager. A phone call resolved the issues promptly, and the manager was very helpful and apologetic. I was attending a meeting at Big Cedar, and the short drive there was very easy every morning and saved a boatload of money by not staying at that overpriced tourist trap. Will definitely return here if I attend that meeting again!

Beautiful

The property and unit were beautiful. Only suggestion is fix the squeaky bed (but not a complaint). We had five people staying in this unit and the size was perfect.

Tv in living area needs attention goes on brink sometimes work on all channels sometimes don’t bed on south ends squeaking every time you move other than that very clean nice rental

Location is great - but that’s about it

I had a specific search parameters to accommodate my girlfriend and our dog. I found this property and got very excited! The property offers kayaks, lake front views, hot tub, great location, and other amenities. Needless to say, I was excited about the weekend in Branson. I booked the place for the 3 of us. I got the instant email confirmation for the Booking, then got 8 other emails about different things to do around the area. Wasn’t the biggest fan of being inundated with emails, but oh well. One email particular gave us noticed that the property was right next to a recently windowed woman. The email continued to say that we needed to avoid walking on her property or making any noises around her property to be careful not to disturb her. I thought that was nice enough. However, The description of the widows house was quite vague. The house was clean and tidy, but there are no blinds or curtains on the windows. Every guest walks directly in front of the windows to get to the dock. Privacy was not good at this unit. The bedrooms were spacious and clean, but the mattress was atrocious. Slept on it the first night, but had to sleep on the couch the next night. Wildly uncomfortable to the point, I woke up sore in different areas of my body. Also, if ANYONE turns in the shower, or water, it sounds like a Jet engine is taking off right outside your room. If your a light sleeper, be warned. Went to go kayaking on a beautiful day so called and reserved it. No life vests or specific areas to stay. We went out on table rock and had to fight wake from boats and jet skis. Completely unsafe to do WITH a life vest. We quickly went back to shore. That was $80.00. 2 kayaks. $40 a day. They charge the card you book with. We took our dog out, but had to be mindful of the widows house. The “gray house” that was hers looked like all the rest so we didn’t feel comfortable walking on anything but the rocks near the shore. Management had already charged me an extra 50 dollars (charged the booking card) for for bringing a dog. Didn’t know there was an extra charge - but it is more than likely in the fine print. Just not a spot on VRBO to add your dog. If comfort, privacy, and relaxation is what you’re looking for, you would do well to look for something a bit more private. If you’re just looking for a spot that close to everything, and you don’t care about your spine being aligned correctly, then this spot would do well for you! Enjoy!

Hi Kyle, We are glad to hear you like the location, but are sorry to hear you didn't enjoy your stay. We did speak with our team regarding the general maintenance comments (mattress, curtains, water noise, etc) and are looking to make adjustments so these are not issues in the future. Thank you for letting us know. We have not had this feedback before and appreciate you letting us know! The mattresses are actually brand new, so we are surprised to hear you didn't like them. Did you find them too soft or too hard? This might be helpful for us to reference for guests with a preference. As for the neighbor, our email about her does state that she is the home on the very, very end of the street and she is the only big gray home. However, we will try to adjust the description to make it more obvious in the future. Thank you for letting us know the description was to vague. For the dog fees and kayak fees, we were upfront about the costs and you also signed the pet agreement which states the pet fees. We also do have life jackets for the kayaks, they were hanging nearby for you to grab and use as you see fit. In the future, please call us if you are unable to find something like this, as our team would have been happy to help you! We've had guests enjoying the kayaks and stand up paddle boards all summer and have not had any issues, but we can certainly look into sharing safety tips with guests in the future.
