Notre récemment rénové appartement entièrement meublé est situé dans le quartier de San Isidro, il a tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin pendant votre séjour à Lima, avec des tarifs abordables, hebdomadaires et mensuels. Se il vous plaît nous contacter pour plus de détails de nos prix pour les séjours de plus de 7 nuits. Nous avons le meilleur emplacement et la valeur sur le marché.

Notre appartement de 2 chambres est spacieux et lumineux et peut accueillir jusqu'à 3 personnes. Il est situé dans un bâtiment de 4 étages, sur une petite rue calme, juste à côté de l'un des plus grands parcs de Lima, El Bosque Olivar - connu comme El Olivar.

L'appartement de 2 chambres est entièrement meublé, il dispose d'un lit queen size sur la chambre principale et un lit double de taille sur la deuxième chambre, une salle de bains, une cuisine avec tous les appareils (y compris les lave-linge et sèche-linge séparé), salle à manger et salon avec 42 pouces TV Plasma. Draps et serviettes sont fournis.

Internet sans fil fonctionne dans l'appartement sans frais supplémentaires.

Mrs Mendoza was an excellent host and was very attentive to our needs. The apt was very clean due to a weekly staff cleaning. The kitchen had all the essentials as we dined in regularly. During our stay there was temporary construction adjacent the building making it noisy during the day, however the apt is situated in a very quiet area of the city and restful at night. There is parking available on the ground floor for compact cars.

This was a lovely apartment and absolutely perfect for two people. The street is very safe and quiet but still close to a few restaurants and cafes. Lily was a really nice host who made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay.

This is a quiet, clean property. Lily was very attentive. The photos are representative of the space. It is very close to El Olivar and a 5 minute walk to El Pan de Chola. We would stay here again.

Excellent location and quality

I booked the 2-BR apartment, but upon request was able to switch to the 1-BR in the same building. All the rooms and furniture were nice. Two of my local friends came up to see the place and both took Sra. Lily's information because they wanted to recommend it to their other visiting friends. During the day, you can stroll through the Parque Olivar. At night, walking north to my conference hotel or south to Ovalo Gutierrez, Av. Conquistadores is very well lit and safe. Plus Lily was very nice and her adult son was fluent in English. Great shower, many useful kitchen appliances, and generally very quiet. This was a great stay and a terrific deal for 8 nights.

We have used several apartments in Lima before and this is by far the best. The location is perfect, right there in the most beautiful park of Lima. Everything is walking distance: grocery store, the French bakeries, the best sushi place in Lima - Osaka- , the best Pisco bar - Bravo Restobar - , fantastic Cevicherias. There is always constant security in the area. The police in bikes was always monitoring the area. Lily was a great host. She was very nice and helpful. She immediately got us a crib when our pack and play did no work and also she was very kind to bring plug protectors to keep our baby safe. Lily, we will be back soon!! Yessica and Keith

Your home away from home!

We picked this property for a quiet 3 weeks’ vacation since my mom was recovering from a back injury and I needed to have some rest at the end of the year. And we made no mistake, it was glorious! The apartment is gorgeous and gracefully decorated and cared for. Very contemporary style. Every appliance and feature was functional and easy to use. Additionally; it has great internet access and it is located just steps away from the best maintained park you can find in Lima called “El Olivar”. You can either take a safely stroll at the park or just listen to the singing birds in the morning from the comfort of your bedroom. There is also a quite equipped organic stored two blocks away where you can find very unique healthy products for your breakfast and meals. Ordering delivery meals was quite easy and there is also a grocery store a few blocks from this site where you can find top quality products in every department. Some of the best upscale restaurants of Lima are located within minutes and in spite of having all these businesses nearby the apartment has the benefit of calmness and neatness at its best. The resident manager Mrs. Lili is an excellent, efficient, friendly, happy, knowledgeable and courteous lady. She always answered all our concerns right away and helped us bring in and out our extensive luggage during checking. Our cleaning young lady Judith did a deep cleaning every Friday and was very tidy and thorough; my mother and I were very satisfied with her discretion and superb job. All of the little extras and details make this place special. (There are too many to list...) Relaxing and upscale atmosphere and everything you need to feel pampered and comfortable. This was the perfect adult getaway for the end of the year. If you have older parents and want someplace to have a sense of sanctuary I highly recommend this property.

Lima Vacation

Clean and nice place. What is seen in the pictures is what you will get. Apartments are big with everything you need to enjoy a great vacation. The location is one of the best and it's secure.The Olivar park in down the block. There are restaurants, supermarket, hair salons at walking distance. After being in so many Hotels this Apartment is the best option if anyone wants to enjoy a great vacation. Special thanks to the owner Lily for all her help.

comfortable, safe, central, and very quiet!

Hola, we enjoyed an extended one month stay at Lily's condo from mid Jan. to mid Feb. 2015. The apartment is very much as advertised, very clean, and comfortable. We did experience one small issue with a power failure, but Lily (owner) took immediate action and the repair was completed promtly! We loved being by the Olive Park and enjoyed walking in the area investigating the pre-Inca ruins, as well as the many restaurants, stores, movie theatre, and Wongs nearby. We enjoyed the english/spanish subtitle TV channels and had no problem with internet service during our stay. The apartment is clean, bright, modern in all its equipment and facilities, very well maintained. Weekly cleaning and linen service was excellent.If anything needed fixing, Sra. Lily got it fixed immediately. She was always available, never intrusive. She was also available for tech support when her klutzy tenants needed help with tV remotes or cell phone subtleties. The cell phone that she provided was lots better than the kind available for rent at the airport. The apartment is nice, but its greatest strength is location. I could happily live in this barrio for extended periods.The street is very quiet, but it's only a half block from Conquistadores, which full of bustle, with lots of good restaurants and upscale boutiques. A half block in the other direction is El Olivar, arguably the nicest park in Lima. A promenade runs the length of the park, passing through the groves of ancient olive trees. There's a bustle, because lots of people use the park, but it's also very clean and well manicured. And safe. The whole barrio is blanketed by local police (serenazgo) on their bicycles, always courteous, patrolling day and night. For breakfasts and small meals, there are La Baguette and Don Mamino (think Panera Bread but with somewhat better food), 400 and 200 meters walk from the apartment, respectively. (The salads are super, the empanadas de aji de gallina to die for) For a supermarket, there's Vivanda (think Trader Jor's), also quite close. For a first class fish house (cebicheria), there's Punta Sal. There are also three Starbucks within walking distance from the apartment, and plenty of other places serving espresso. If you want to go farther afield, to the Maelcon or the center of Miraflores, taxis are abundant and cheap (about $3). I could go on. I love the barrio.

Wonderful stay at a nice located appartment

This apartment is a good choice. It is located near the romantic Olivar park and contains all the luxury a tourist might wish. Our apartment had two sleeping rooms with double sized beds, a bathroom, a nice living room and a kitchen with all luxury. It is very spacious. The only drawback is that it contains no balcony. But the owners are friendly and very helpful. Highly recommended!

Quiet and convenient

We stayed for 10 days and so far its the best Apt. we've rented. Its on a very quiet street. No loud traffic noise...Able to get a good nights sleep. The apt. was also a couple of blocks from the grocery store with TONS of good restaurants within walking distance. Place was clean and Lilly is very friendly. Will def. rent again. Deborah D'Albora

Great location, very comfortable

This was a great place to stay in San Isidro, right next to the Olivos Park. Clean, comfortable and with good internet service. We could walk to any number of restaurants within minutes, as well as a supermarket, pharmacy, liquor store etc. Taxis are widely available right on the corner. Excellent as a home base for getting around.

On the whole, good

The listing description was accurate regarding location, layout and amenities. However, it should be made clear that the oven is a table top one and as such, cooking possibilities are limited. The microwave is located at a height above most people's eye level - we had to move it to counter top to avoid accidents. With the provision of a microwave, it would have been better to supply microwaveable cooking dishes - one could heat a cup of liquid or a bowl of cereal but nothing else was possible. I would have liked to have had sturdier cooking implements - the egg turner, e.g. was very bendy and virtually useless. Corkscrew was broken. The TV and ancillary equipment should be checked, as on occasion, for no apparent reason, they stopped working - due to faulty/old wiring and equipment. From online investigation, we ascertained that our router/connection was the slowest and oldest in the building. The property was very clean and the weekly cleaners did an excellent job but were extremely slow. Over three hours to clean a two bedroom apartment! We did not have many occasions to contact the owner/manager but did so through emails. Promptly responded to. We were also notified about an absence for a week, with notification of temporary contact numbers. The listing states that the owner speaks Spanish and English. As far as we could ascertain, English was not an option. I would recommend this property. However, we feel that the bathroom could do with an updating. Throughout our stay, there was constant work going on in the building. While this did not intrude negatively on our visit, it was constant and we should have been warned prior to coming. That said, the work did not start early and was always over by 18.00 hours. The opening and closing of the garage doors was very noisy and was by far the most annoying and intrusive thing of our stay, especially as the first exit from the building was usually before 06.00. The property wasn't perfect but we enjoyed our stay. The entrance ways were always clean. We felt very secure. In a noisy city, the building was quiet, except for the last two days when new arrivals across the hall seemed to be unaware that sound carries in a "well" - with their children bouncing around after 22.00 and washing up at 00.30, they could have been more considerate. The street was usually quiet. All in all, a thumbs up!

Thank you for your feedback, this will help us improve in many aspects the apartment. We are currently making changes to the apartment, we are upgrading the kitchen and replacing the table top oven with a built-in oven, we are updating the bathroom and we are going to replace the access point with a newer model, that will improve internet connection, these changes among other updates we hope will improve the experience in future stays. ¡Todo perfecto! - Alles perfekt!

En español… Estuvimos 3 semanas en esto lindo apartamento en el tercer piso. El apartamento es muy amplio y está bien amueblado. También hay una conexión de WiFi de banda ancha que funciona muy bien. En la cocina hay de todo que es necesario para cocinar, lavar la ropa etc. Siempre hay agua caliente. El apartamento es limpiado y la ropa es cambiada una vez por semana. La casa está ubicada a lado del bonito parque "El Olivar" en un callejón/jirón muy tranquilo cuyo entorno está muy seguro. Se duerme bien en las habitaciones aunque las ventanas están abiertas. Entonces se puede oír piar a los pájaros en el alba. Dentro de unos minutos se camina a dos supermercados ("Vivanda" y "Wong") que venden más o menos casi de todo. En el ovalo Gutierrez que está cerca de la casa hay un montón de restaurantes y también un cine grande. El centro del conocido barrio “Miraflores” está bastante cerca y accesible por un paseo de unos 30 minutos a lo largo de la avenida Arequipa que tiene una vereda con un césped en su centro. La dueña del apartamento (Lily) es muy amable y discreta. Ella organiza el recogido seguro del aeropuerto también. Recomendamos este apartamento sin cualquiera limitación. Juan y Leon Merz. *** ... und deutsch: Wir hielten uns 3 Wochen in diesem hübschen Apartment in der dritten Etage auf. Das Apartment ist sehr geräumig und gut möbliert. Es verfügt auch über eine Breitband-WiFi-Verbindung, die gut funktioniert. Die Küche ist gut ausgerüstet, es hat alles zum Kochen, zum Wachen usw. Es hat auch immer heisses Wasser. Einmal pro Woche wird das Apartment gereinigt und es wird die Wäsche gewechselt. Das Haus liegt neben dem schönen Park „El Olivar“ in einem ruhigen Strässchen, dessen Umgebung sehr sicher ist. In den Zimmern schläft man sehr gut, auch wenn die Fenster geöffnet sind. Dann kann man die Vögel in der Morgendämmerung zwitschern hören. Innerhalb einigen Minuten gelangt man zu zwei Supermärkten („Vivanda“ und „Wong“), die mehr oder weniger alles verkaufen. Beim nahen Platz Gutierrez hat es eine Menge Restaurants und ein grosses Kino. Das Zentrum des bekannten Stadtteils „Miraflores“ ist ziemlich nahe und erreichbar in einem Spaziergang von rund 30 Minuten entlang der Avenida Arequipa, die einen Gehsteig mit Rasen in der Mitte hat. Die Eigentümerin des Apartments (Lily) ist freundlich und diskret. Sie organisiert auch die sichere Abholung vom Flughafen. Wir empfehlen das Apartment ohne irgendwelche Einschränkung. Estimados Hans y Leonard, para nosotros ha sido un placer tenerlos en nuestro departamento, nos alegra que lo hayan pasado bonito y que se hayan sentido tan cómodos, tratamos de tener todo lo indispensable para que así sea.
