Vous disposerez d'un nouvel appartement complet de 2 chambres pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes. Nous pouvons accueillir 6 personnes en utilisant les lits, le canapé et notre lit simple. Chaque chambre a une cheminée pour la chaleur et l'ambiance. La cuisine est très bien équipée pour répondre à vos besoins avec tous les nouveaux appareils. Vous avez une laveuse et une sécheuse pleine grandeur pour vos besoins de buanderie.

Vous pouvez profiter du grand air en toutes saisons. C'est un endroit magnifique et paisible pendant l'été avec tout le plaisir du jeu au lac. À l'automne, nous avons un feuillage coloré et de l'air frais et vif pendant que vous regardez ou jouez sur le lac. Le printemps est le moment idéal pour regarder la vie recommencer et se promener en kayak dans les kayaks. Et le dernier, mais non le moindre, est le pays des merveilles d'hiver pour construire des bonhommes de neige, des forts et des anges des neiges et un lac gelé pour la pêche sur glace. Nous avons également une belle piste de luge pour les plus petits. Revenez ensuite chercher du coco chaud près du feu. Nous avons également une zone de foyer pour les feux de joie toute l'année. Alors apportez du bois, vos hot-dogs, des guimauves et des bâtons, et profitez d'un dîner et d'un dessert au bord du lac.

This was absolutely one of the best rental property stays we've ever had. The property was clean and the view is gorgeous. Peaceful retreat is the perfect name. To make things even better was how accommodating and welcoming the host was. She was helpful through the entire process. We highly recommend this rental.

Great Getaway

Well thought out amenities from the property owner. We really enjoyed the dock, kayak launch, fire pit and covered patio. Overall we were very pleased with our stay.

Room lives up to its name

We loved our stay! The view from the living room is so serene. I'm a plant person and the plants around the walk to the room are gorgeous! 5 stars isn't a high enough rating Will definitely recommend to friends and family and we will stay again when we visit Michigan again

Great place to stay :) now that we know this place, we would definitely come back.

This is a great place to stay as it's by the lake and is clean, updated and everything is organized for you when you are looking for something or need directions on how to use something. Lisa is a great host always caring that your stay is perfect. She helpful, very responsive and friendly. She makes you feel at home. We really enjoyed our stay and wiish we could have stayed longer.

A wonderful get away weekend!

my family and I enjoyed it quite a bit, and my two dogs were able to run and swim at the lake. We kayaked and admired the sunset at night. The rent was affordable, and the accommodations were upstanding. We were greeted with a warm welcome, making the place feel like home.

Lisa is a fantastic host. She helped us to also see her other location in Davison for our next possible stay She had everything we needed - including little spare touches like the notes to help us near the cabinets and how to use the heat. Great host!

Cozy and comfortable

We stayed with Lisa while visiting family about an hour away. The setting was very pretty. We saw geese on the lake the first morning. It was nice to have a comfortable place to return to after spending time with family. My dogs were welcome there too which is a big plus for me.

Highly Recommend Peaceful Suite

We stayed for 4 nights while we were visiting with family in the area. It was a good choice for us. It was obvious that Lisa had put a lot of thought into making it a comfortable place to stay. It's off the main road in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen is well equipped. The beds are comfortable. We would definitely consider staying there again if we are in the area.

Great Place!

My sister and I, both over 65, spent a few days in this peaceful, lovely place. The view of the lake, green grass and trees was wonderful. The kitchen was very well-equipped and the appliances are top notch. We were also quite close to some nice restaurants in Davison. My niece, her husband, and 2 kids (ages 2 and 3) loved it. Their parents took them out in the paddle boat and they played in the large yard. Great place for children. Lisa (the host) was available, but never intrusive. We would stay there again.

No hotels in the area

The place was ok, it was a better option than the hotels. The owner was a bit more of a micro manager than I’d prefer to deal with for a stay somewhere. She controls the temperature as well and kept our rooms thermostat at 77. Stating that most Americans prefer that temperature; my nightly pool of sweat disagreed.

Regarding your experience with our management style, we aim to strike a balance between ensuring our guests have everything they need and providing them with privacy and autonomy. We encourage guests to reach out during their stay so we can address concerns promptly. Unfortunately, we were not notified of any concerns. Since our only interaction was a quick welcome visit, I must assume your micromanagement statement relates to the clearly stated A/C policy. As per our online listing and the on-site welcome guide, we do clearly state our guidelines for air conditioning, particularly noting that there is only 1 A/C unit for the entire house. So, the upstairs temperature is set at 75-77 degrees which generally creates a temperature in the 60s in the walkout basement. This setting is based on the preference of many guests, though we understand and respect that individual comfort levels can vary. Therefore, we also provide 3 fans, one in each room. And for those that prefer, there are blankets to snuggle up in as well.

Cozy appartment

This 2 bedroom appartment is a great place to stay when you need to get away from Covid. The manager made sure we had everthing we needed and even went out of her way to get us fire wood. The lake was great to swim in, go for a paddle boat trip, kayaking, and good for fishing. We are a family of 5 and we didnt have any problems with contact of other people during what is going on right now. Our stay was wonderful all the way through. Thank you.

It was really nice meeting you and your family. I appreciate your patience regarding the firewood. We have a lot of newly cut wood that still needs to be split and seasoned. So I’m sure it seemed strange when I said that wood needed to be brought in. Lol. It was no problem for me to get done for you. We really appreciate how nice the apartment was after your stay. Pros and Cons

Pros: The property was clean and well decorated. The children all enjoyed playing at the lake and making Smores. Cons: We were greeted by an overwhelming smell of scented oil burning. Gives me migraines! All the towels smelt like mildew. Yuck! The AC is controlled by owners. The owners are upstairs watching. Although it was nice to visit friends and have a place to play, we wouldn't do it again.

Thank you for mentioning how clean it was. We take pride in providing a nice, fresh, clean place for our guests to unwind, enjoy the view and play on/in the lake. This has been a very busy season with new guests checking in every 2-3 days, and we do a thorough, detailed cleaning which includes the linens and towels. We do not use a lot of scents for cleaning or laundry because we understand that some people are more sensitive than others. However, occasionally, we will use a little bit of natural freshener as needed in between guests, which can be aired out pretty quickly. This is our home, we do look out the windows and enjoy the beautiful view as anyone would. In this case, it was a good thing as we were able to save an unattended toddler from injury at the fire pit. We do control the central A/C (as stated in the listing) to provide a reasonable temperature for the entire house.
