Ce luxueux condo 3 chambres / 2 salles de bains, entièrement équipé est situé dans la communauté fermée exclusive de Windsor Palms, Kissimmee, à moins de 5 km de Walt Disney World. Notre condo est joliment décoré partout et situé au dernier étage (2e étage au Royaume-Uni, 3e étage aux États-Unis - sans ascenseur), ce qui signifie aucune perturbation par le haut. Il propose une maison de vacances spacieuse et confortable qui est entièrement meublée et équipée d'un niveau élevé, y compris Internet haut débit WiFi, appels interurbains et internationaux gratuits (n'inclut pas les numéros de mobile européens / britanniques), 4 télévisions à écran plat et DVD joueur, pour votre divertissement et votre détente.

Nous avons une excellente société de gestion locale 24h / 24 en cas de problème et les dispositions de nettoyage sont de première classe.

La chambre principale a un lit king-size, un dressing et une salle de bain attenante. La chambre 2 a un lit double / queen size, la chambre 3 ayant des lits jumeaux. Il y a aussi un lit pliant en mousse à mémoire pour dormir une 7ème personne, plus un lit pliant pour un bébé.

La cuisine a une cuisinière pleine grandeur, un réfrigérateur-congélateur, un four à micro-ondes et un lave-vaisselle, donc quand vous choisissez de manger, vous y trouverez tout l'équipement. La salle à manger peut accueillir confortablement 6/7 personnes.

Pour les golfeurs - il y a un ensemble de clubs de golf au condo que les clients sont invités à utiliser.

Accommodating amenities

The apartment met the needs of a reasonably priced place that was relatively close to the venue for our daughter’s dance competition at the Dolphin Hotel. The space was sufficient for a small family. It was clean and all appliances were in working condition. Easy check in. The notice about the 3 flights of stairs should be made up front and clearer. We did not experience any issues, but the slightest disability could have resulted in a negative experience. Overall we were pleased with the space.

Great place to stay!

My family of 4 recently stayed here. It is as described, gated community off the beaten path which is great. The place has been maintained well, far better than a hotel. Everyone appreciated their own space and the gathering areas to join as a family. You wont be disappointed with your stay here. Its very family friendly and the community center was filled with great people too. If you're on the fence get off and plan your stay!

Different than the pictures

Towels are smell funny, had to wash it as soon as I get there, dusty everywhere. Including bowls and kitchen supplies. Pillows have old stains. Dead mesquite body smushed and still stuck on the wall. Sheets, pillows and towels smells and do not look like it has been recently cleaned.

Great Location

Overall this place was nice and comfortable. It does state it is a 3rd floor Condo. I just didn't expect the steps to be so steep. We ordered food a few times and even the drivers were winded coming up the stairs. This might be difficult for older family members or small children. Also after being in the parks all day climbing those stairs was a lot. The Master bed hurt my back. I think the mattress just need to be replaced. The condo was very spacious and had everything we needed and it was close to shopping, food and DIsney which was a plus for us. I think this was a good and affordable place to stay near Disney.

Great condo

Everything was wonderful, except we were not on the security list and they would not let us in. We were then told to call VRBO which was the wrong info. Once we "contact owner" and listen to the end of the message and got the # to call, we spoke with a real person were quickly placed on the list. Everything else was wonderful and we will be back. Close to everything, very clean and exactly as promised. Good stay.

Spring Break Trip

Spent a week at Windsor Palms. 3rd time to this complex, first at this condo. Place was great as usual. Clean, family friendly, great pool/clubhouse area. Volleyball, tennis and basketball courts all have lights for evening play. Has always been a great place and this time was no different.nodifferent.

It was a great stay

Overall we didn’t spend a lot of time at the condo but the condo it self was great the only problem we encountered was parking. After 6pm you won’t be able to find parking anywhere near the condo which was little upsetting since we were 3rd floor. We had to park a nice ways away but I do understand there was a lot of other family’s staying there too. It was a very nice neighborhood and it was quite at night very nice for the price.

Beautiful place just as listing describes it. Safe and welcoming environment host even had a welcome bag with essentials waiting for us when we got there . I would definitely recommend this place for any group family friendly and close proximity to everything you would need on a vacation

Great location

Perfect location for all major theme parks. Couldn’t give 5 stars because beds were very uncomfortable, especially the master bed. Four out of our five family members slept very poorly each of our four night stay.

It was difficult checking in second car. Guard was rude. Gave us false information. Did not get into room until 2 AM because of him. However condo was very clean and comfortable with beautiful layout.

Excellent location

Everything was precisely as advertised and photos were accurate. Our only issue was Hurricane Milton - which didn't get close enough to 'scare' us, but did knock the power out for longer than we thought. Obviously, acts of nature are unavoidable and unpredictable and certainly not a reflection on the host! Its simply the reason I didnt give 5's across the board.

We loved the condo. Everything was just as listed. We had a problem getting the TVs to work. This was promptly fixed a few hours after calling. We look forward to staying again.

Nice resort close to WDW

Condo is basic but all we needed for a short stay to visit Disney. Pool area is great and lots of activities are available; location for park visits is very good. Master bed is noisy—looks like the bed frame has been reinforced with 2x4s and they make noise when you shift on the bed. Would have been nice to have a little shampoo provided but Wal-Mart is close by. We never did get televisions to work with wi-fi and no one responded to mid-stay request about that, but we wanted it to watch a movie and instead watched one in the resort theater which was great. Overall would stay again.

Many return renters will have dealt with Sue when booking (and will say what a great job she did!), unfortunately in late 2019, she passed away. Myself and my daughter (Samantha) will, however, be continuing her legacy and help you with all your holiday rental needs.
As a family, we love our holidays and kept finding ourselves returning to the Florida Sun and Disney area almost every year. Living in the UK we look forward to the times when we can get over there to spend time at our condo. The stress of everyday living just disappears when we walk through the door and we never want to leave when it's time to go back.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

After always staying in hotels we were introduced to holiday homes, we loved the extra space and the chance to chill out at the end of busy days at the park - no more hotels for us on vacations. We had stayed at Windsor Palms prior to purchasing. The amenities are first class and grounds always immaculate. We always feel safe walking round day or night. We fell in love with Windsor Palms and our Condo - hopefully, you will too!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Being on the top floor there is no noise from neighbours above. The resort includes a fully equipped gym, tennis, volleyball and basketball courts, a must to help those that want to keep fit. The Spacious Pool/Hot tub area has plenty of sunbeds, chairs and tables to relax at. There is a games room, play area and children's splash pad to keep the kids happy, as well as a 55 seater 3D movie theatre. Close enough to the parks to pop home for some lunch and a swim before returning at night for the fireworks. There is a Sundry shop on-site for those essentials you need, together with a recently installed coffee bar area. The Tikki bar has a wide range of drinks and food - relax with a beer or cocktail and a snack by the pool.

Please note that the property benefits from internal pest control spraying on a monthly basis.
