Ce condo à aire ouverte de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain vous accueillera avec une vue enchanteresse sur la plage dès que vous franchirez la porte! Cette unité de 7e niveau dispose d'une cuisine entièrement équipée qui comprend toutes les commodités nécessaires pour un séjour prolongé ou une courte escapade! La chambre principale est meublée d'un lit king-size, tandis que la chambre d'hôtes dispose de deux lits doubles et d'un canapé-lit dans le salon, permettant à cette unité d'accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes. Ce condo comprend également des téléviseurs intelligents Vizio dans l'unité, permettant l'accès à Netflix et Amazon Prime, une laveuse et une sécheuse dans l'unité, ainsi qu'un parking privé couvert pour assurer un séjour sans tracas!

Amazing

We truly enjoyed our stay at the beach villa. It was very clean, and the closet proximity to the beach was great. We loved that the property was away from all of the congestion of the Times Square area, but still right on the beach. We would definitely stay again.

Fort Meyers Beachfront Condo Fun

Beautiful 7th floor 2 bedroom condo..right on the beach. Very nice pool for the kids. Great cookout area too. Highly recommend..

Very nice location. Clean and was everything we were hoping for. Only complaint was moldy shower curtains. I would stay here again for sure. My kids liked it.

The Most Inviting and Comfortable Space

This condo was perfect for hosting a few of our work colleagues. It was in a great location and provided all of the amenities we needed to be comfortable and collaborate with one another under one roof. It was perfect. Thank you so much for having us!

Wonderful Beach Getaway

Although, this property could accommodate more than two people it was perfect for my daughter and I to get away and enjoy the beach. The welcome bag was much appreciated as we didn't rent a car so the coffee and snacks came in handy for the first day. Bathrooms and kitchen were well equipped and stocked. Wifi and Tv's were handy during the rainy times. We appreciate our hosts and enjoyed our time!

cleanliness is super important to me. The sheats and everything was clean. Our door lock had a problem opening . I called they answered right away and solved the issue right away. Highly recommend. Oh, and we saw a lot of dolphins

Quick Family Vacation

We had a great stay at FMB! The condo is decorated beautifully and very clean. Great location and heated pool was perfect for my 4 year old. Kitchen is well stocked. We had a wonderful time and plan to visit again soon. Very close walk down to the beach. The beach walkway is wooden which was amazing for my MIL who has some difficulty walking at time. Would recommend this condo. We were 4 adults and a four year old. The sleeper sofa was perfect for my son but would not be comfortable for adults night after night. Thank you for a great trip!

Great stay at a wonderful condo!

Property just as described and we enjoyed our time there very much! Very clean and well maintained. Nicely decorated. Location was great on north end of beach but within walking distance of pier. The property can sleep 8 but our family of 6 (parents and 4 boys- youngest 12) felt a little squished especially when using the pull out. The property pool is really small (not a big deal to us more of an FYI). The only suggestions I would have is maybe adding a non slip mat in the tub/shower and something to hang wet towels/swimsuits on for the balcony.

Relaxing

We were spending our vacation with my husband elderly parents. I was looking forward to having a nice space where we could relax and enjoy spending time together. This VRBO allowed us to do that for most of the vacation. We liked to hear the ocean and left the door open at night. Unfortunately on the last night there was another condo partying and being way to loud until 2:00am. Other than that, we really enjoyed our time at FMB!

Reunion

Nice condo top floor, right on beach. Beautiful view! Comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. Quiet, I didn’t hear neighbors on either side. Easy access to free tram & short walk to Times Square. Definitely on the right end of Estero, traffic would back on Estero past Times Square which to be expected during holiday. Only issues we had were no sheets for fold out bed, and they delivered them a day later than I requested. Also, both toilets on 3rd day had a black dirt looking substance in them it eventually cleared up & was not in the water coming from faucets. I informed management. When I spoke with management on those 2 occasions, they were very friendly. Overall an excellent experience & I would highly recommend this condo. We had a great time!!

Great location

The condo was nice and fit our needs for 5 adults. Right on the beach, easy access. Nice views, but the lanai is screened in, which seems to be common in the Ft. Myers Beach area. The location is at the north end, which was just a few minutes walk to Bowditch park where you can walk around the northern tip of the island to see the bay side or the gulf side. The pier/Times Square is about a mile south, within walking distance if nice out, but not if you go in the summer months with high heat and humidity. Parking in July wasn’t a problem at all. Lots of restaurants around Times Square. The property management company was great with communications. We even received a credit to use to rent beach gear during our stay. Water sports rentals are right next door in front of Pink Shell Resort, making it easy to rent wave runners, parasailing, paddle boards, or book dolphin tours. The gulf is calm in this area, with tons of sand dollars. Great place for younger kids as there really weren’t any high waves, and the water is shallow.

Loved the location, cleanliness and beach view. The only things that could been better were the mattresses in both rooms and maybe more comfortable furniture in the living room. Overall had a great stay.

The condo had a wonderful view and we enjoyed breakfast every morning on the screened in balcony. It was spacious and clean and easy to walk out to an awesome beach. We enjoyed our stay!
