Notre maison de 4700 pieds carrés vient de subir un processus de rénovation complète où tout est neuf avec un design fantastique et agréable. Nous voulions élever cette propriété historique et emblématique à l'élégance et à l'endroit qu'elle mérite en offrant à nos clients un séjour de rêve. La propriété est à la pointe d'une péninsule où vous pourrez profiter d'une vue à 270 degrés sur la plage de Brasilito, Conchal et Flamingo. Vous pouvez également marcher en bas et sentir le sable de Playa Flamingo. C'est une maison idéale à louer entre 1 à 3 familles ou 3-4 couples. Il dispose de 4 chambres avec chacune une salle de bain complète et il y a aussi une salle de bain complète pour les visiteurs. Flamingo Beach est une charmante ville paisible parfaite pour se détendre, dîner, observer les animaux, faire des excursions en bateau et visiter d'autres plages proches, etc.

The views were even more breathtaking than the photos, which is rare and such a treat. We were a little concerned seeing forecasts in the 95 to 100 degree range, but the sea breeze made it feel absolutely perfect the entire time.The layout of the home is fantastic, with plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. The property was very clean and well maintained, and everything felt comfortable and easy from the moment we arrived.One of the highlights was the option to rent a golf cart. It made getting around town incredibly convenient and added to the overall experience. There is also easy access to the beach. It is a short walk, though a bit steep, so we highly recommend using the golf cart.They offer daily cleaning, which was a huge bonus. Reymondo was truly exceptional. He was warm, personable, and incredibly helpful, always available when needed but never intrusive. He represented the property so well and made our stay even more enjoyable.We would highly recommend this home. It is a very special place, and we would absolutely stay here again.

Our entire family loved the week at Max’s property! Beautiful with amazing ocean views from the deck, pool, and hot tub. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed. The bedrooms were comfortable with amazing views. Reynoldo was a huge help cleaning and caring for the property. Max was very responsive and helped line up most of our activities. Truly a magical vacation. Highly recommend!

This home is a treat to stay at. The layout and outdoor living area was perfect for our large family of 11. The kids loved the large bunk beds and everyone enjoyed sunsets from the pool deck. We hope to return!

What a Life!

This property was nothing short of amazing! From the 300 degree ocean views from inside and outside this house off the rocky peninsula, the beautiful pools and decks, the amazing Flamingo beach steps away, snorkeling around the rocks, surfing and fishing nearby, a fabulous housekeeper in Reynaldo on site, a very responsive host in Max, and an unbelievable Chef Dania available to complete our perfect dream vacation. It’s no wonder why Chef Dania told our three family group of 16 that this house was her favorite “office”. Thank you Max! Pura Vida

Perfect Getaway

Everything we had hoped for and more. Our recent stay at this beautiful beach house was absolutely unforgettable! Stunning ocean and sunset views that greeted us from every room. The house itself is spacious, modern, and very well appointed. The large open-plan living area made it easy to spend time together, whether we were cooking in the fully equipped kitchen, lounging on the comfy sofas, or dining with a view of the ocean. The outdoor patio was perfect for watching the sunset each evening while listening to the waves crash. The host was friendly and communicative, ensuring that we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Highly recommended and hope to visit again soon.

Fantastic Home!!!

Gorgeous, spacious, very clean! Location is dreamy! You won’t find a place quite like it in the area. Max and Reynaldo helped make our stay fantastic! From having our groceries in the room, to getting our golf cart rented, doing our laundry, recommending a chef to come prepare breakfast a couple of mornings, and keeping the place immaculate…we would highly recommend staying at Casa Pelicano!! Wonderful stay with our group at Casa Pelicano, exactly as pictured and more. The views are amazing, great for lounging by the pool and nice setup for outdoor dining. Great bunk bedroom for the kids. Having Reynaldo, the housekeeper, there was an extra bonus. You will love this house!

Spectacular in every way

Casa Pelicans is a one of a kind special place. From our first inquiry to the end of our stay, both Max and the on site Renaldo can’t do enough to make your stay perfect. The home itself and its incredible location can’t be beat. We loved every minute, from the 3 year old to the 75 year olds. And Playa Flamingo, easily accessed from the house, is a fabulous beach with great restaurants and activities nearby. Thank you, Max and Reynaldo, for the best vacation ever!

Fabulous House

The house and the views are amazing. We loved the location. The house manager is also wonderful and keeps the property in mint condition. Beware - there were major storms in the area prior to arrival so two of the roads leading to property were unusable but were able to access the property through the road on Flamingo beach. I do recommend an SUV to access the property until the roads are repaired. We were there to celebrate my parents 50th wedding anniversary and everyone had so much fun. My son loved the beach and we brought in the private chef Max recommended and he was amazing. You will not regret staying at this house. The views are spectacular!

Great time at Flamingo

Max is very attentive and covers every detail. Reynaldo took care of every need we had and even things we didn’t need. My wife was trying to figure out how to bring him home. This was by far the best experience we have ever had with any rental.

Paradise in Playa Flamingo

Casa Pelicano was an absolute dream. The house is absolutely gorgeous. Stocked with everything you’ll need. The pool overlooking the ocean was nirvana and Reynaldo our house attendant was amazing and so sweet and attentive. Max was there for us during our entire trip, sincerely interested in how we were enjoying our vacation and the house. He was also so helpful with local recommendations. I can’t wait to go back. Fabulous vacation!

We had an incredible experience at Casa Pelicano. The house was beyond our expectations with its beauty, space, patio, and sunsets. The beach was super easy access and never very crowded. We had amazing meals and would highly recommend Flamingo Foods, Chef Dania, and Road Less Traveled for in home meals. Reynaldo was so helpful and wonderful to have around. Max made our trip run so smoothly with arranged rides from the airport, golf cart rental, excursion planning, grocery shopping, and always checked in with us to see if we needed anything. This was one of the best family vacations we've had and we hope to be back soon!

A Fantastic Stay...

My party spent two relaxing weeks at Casa Pelicano and would highly recommend it! The property is very well taken care of, the kitchen is well equipped for home meals and there are ample restaurants within walking/driving distance. Max is ready to address any requests/issues that may arise and you will feel well supported during your visit. The property itself is lovely with commanding views of the spectacular sunsets, the sound of surf on the rocks below the cliff and the comfort of shaded outdoor furniture and a refreshing pool. This a wonderful property for small and large parties alike, thank you for the adventure!

Amazing Home!

We just returned home from this amazing home and I already miss it. It is updated and pristine. Reynaldo is the house keeper and is wonderful. Max was extremely helpful with activity/ food suggestions. We had 4 adults and 6 kids in our group and had plenty of space. The outdoor area and view were fabulous. Rent this place now, you won’t be disappointed, we can’t wait to go back. Splurge on Dania, the in home chef, she is wonderful.

Fantastic!

Playa Flamingo is perfect for a family and friends including for teenagers. The highlight for us were the nightly sunsets and the private pool. The beach is minutes away via the steps at the end of the small lane. Max's help and recommendations are invaluable and ensured that we had a fun and safe holidays. He can help organize a cook, activities, and general advice including the odd trip(s) to urgent care. We will be back!

Amazing property- we didn't want to leave!

This house was beyond incredible! We were two families traveling together with 5 kids- and the bunk room was perfect! The other bedrooms were all gorgeous and perfectly equipped and comfortable. Every detail was just breath taking! Of course our favorite place in the house was outside on the gorgeous patio with the most amazing views- I could have stayed there all day! The beach was easy to get to and very nice. The owner was helpful and responsive! And we can't say enough about how wonderful the housekeeper was! We are already planning our return next year!

Perfection!!!!!

For one month we thoroughly enjoyed this property. We loved the views of the coastline, the closeness to the beach, the comfort of the house, the outdoor living spaces, the well-appointed kitchen and the incomparable Reynaldo who took such beautiful care of the property and us. Max handled the logistics of delivering friends and family to and from the airport seamlessly. Oh and let’s not forget the pelicans , flamingos and egrets soaring over the property as we had our morning coffee. Only responsible renters should consider this place cuz we are coming back and we want no wear and tear!!

Perfect Family Villa

Our family of eight stayed at Casa Pelicano for a family wedding that was held in the area. The home, grounds and location exceeded our expectations. Also superb was the thoughtful communication by Max (before and during our stay) as well as the caretaking by Renaldo- he kept every area of the villa and grounds spotless without being the slightest bit intrusive. The view is truly spectacular and we spent many hours enjoying the pool and view. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is a little market a short golf cart drive away that provided everything we needed to enjoy meals on the veranda. We also had a few meals out and highly recommend The Surf Box and Coco Loco. The beach is lovely and can be reached during low tide via some 'rustic' cement steps across the street from the villa. One unexpected benefit we found of being located high above the beach was the blissful lack of mosquitoes (which were plentiful at the homes of friends of ours who were directly on the beach). I love nature and work to preserve and increase our ecosystems. Have been planting trees on the roads, parks and highways for 6 years in order to restore what use to be there and bring back life to these areas. Also enjoy reading, traveling, gastronomy, wine and exchange with different cultures to learn from them.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

After visiting Flamingo Beach for my whole life I can assure anybody this house is definitely among the best properties of the area. You can see 3-4 beaches relaxing at the pool while you take a sun bath, read, etc. It's a very confortable home which exceeds anyones expectations as you live the experience. It's absolutely stunning!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

It's one the the very few properties that is beachfront and has ocean view at the same time. It is also extremely private. The beach can be crowded and you won't notice anything while you can swim, cook at the BBQ or simply do whatever you like with your loved ones. Come and live the dream. Pura Vida!
