Very clean apartment in a quiet area. Parking was always easy and free across from building. Host was great at communicating and was very accommodating to our needs. Would stay again. Felt very at home there during our stay.
Very nice place, so close to everything and very clean too!
We had a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay to the Plymouth area! Everything is walking distance, which made our time so fun and enjoyable and we look forward to visiting again in the future.
The apartment was extremely clean and in an ideal location.
Instructions from the owner were easy to follow.
We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place.
We stayed at this cute property for the weekend. It was well maintained and very clean. The property is a short walk to the downtown area and Plymouth Rock.
Beautiful home with all the amenities you could possibly ask for. Walking distance to downtown Plymouth and all the sights, restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay again!
Pia was amazing to work with, and so responsive. The property looked exactly like the listing. The building was older, but updated beautifully, and had a great location. We highly recommend!
We were here visiting family and friends and it was easy to get anywhere we needed. Pia made herself available and left great directions for anything needed.
I loved how we were able to walk to the downtown area. It was very clean inside and comfortable. The only complaint I have is it was a little hot in the bedroom. I was happy I was able to find a fan. It was one of the hottest weeks. Love all the little extras that were provided.
The vrbo was excellent. Well put together and very clean. Parking was easy.
The area was great. Walking distance to restaurants and little stores and the waterfront.
Pia was a great host too. Responded quickly to inquiries.

This is a well appointed, freshly renovated apartment in the heart of historical Plymouth. We walked everywhere: waterfront, restaurants, historic monuments, parks, and the rail trail. The owner, Pia, made sure we felt welcomed, and was responsive and helpful. Clear instructions were available for details such as parking and wi-fi. Basic pantry items (coffee, herbs, paper goods) were stocked and the kitchen has everything you need. We had a delightful time and will absolutely be back!
This apartment was tiny but perfect for myself and my two kids. It had just the right mix of necessary amenities but not overwhelming and had lots of room for us to make it our own space. Every detail is thought of and it was extremely clean. It also had just the right amount of cozy to make it feel at home. My only complaint would be parking- we stayed during summer with lots of events, so finding a parking space in the street sometimes proved difficult. This is not the owners fault though. We travel to Plymouth once a year and we definitely plan on coming back! My kids were sad to leave! Thank you for the amazing stay!
We had a lovely vacation back in our home town. The apartment was located within walking distance to the waterfront and other historic sites....
There are also many, many restaurants and shops within walking distance as well....
The apartment was comfortable and worked perfectly for me and my husband for the week...
It is a bit noisy at night being located on the main road, so if you looking for a retreat of total peace and quiet this may not be your cup of tea. The apartment was immaculate and well stocked....
We had a bit of trouble with working the television but finally figured it out....
I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone who wants to explore our beautiful home town of Plymouth....
The owner Pia was quick to respond to all my questions.
I was surprised by the amount of room this little apartment provided for me and my two children (10 and 11). We were far enough away from the main drag that we avoided the commotion of the bars but were plenty close enough to walk to everything that Plymouth center had to offer.
The apartment was very clean. The pull out bed was very comfortable as was the full size bed in the bedroom. We had just about everything we needed. The only thing lacking was enough seating to eat together for meals. Both the outside table and the island only seated two people. Otherwise I was super happy with this stay! Thanks so much Pia for hosting.
We had a great stay in this sweet VRBO. It had everything we needed and a few extras to make for a very comfortable stay. The location was perfect for easy access to Plymouth and the nearby towns. We had excellent communication from the owner. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
Well-located both within Plymouth and between Boston and ferries to Nantucket/Martha's Vineyard. We were able to see and do everything we wanted to in the area without moving partway through our trip. The Kingston stop on the Boston commuter line is a short drive away, with plenty of parking, so it was cheap, easy and quick to get to the city without fighting traffic.
The apartment itself was large, bright and clean. There was plenty of comfortable seating in the living room. The owner was very responsive and helpful, easy to communicate with, and quick to respond. Parking was free and ample. We didn't have any problems whatsoever.
This was a lovely property walking distance to the Plymouth waterfront with all its restaurants, beautiful scenery, and historic landmarks (this area of MA is great for history buffs). Pia was responsive and the house was clean. I plan on booking again!
The property was very clean! Well stocked kitchen with lots of amenities! It was just a short walk to town to Water St. and close to restaurants and points of interest!
Pia was quick to respond to any questions or concerns!
We highly recommend this property for your stay in Plymouth!

We enjoyed our stay here in Plymouth very much. Spotless, centered to all places we wanted to visit, safe and extremely comfortable. Right on the Main St with restaurants, clothing stores, and entertainment. One block off the wharf with all kinds of memorabilia stores, more restaurants, Plymouth Rock, the Mayflower, museums and charter boats for fishing and whale watching. Loved it!â€ïž
It was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen and amenities were very nice. One of the old-style doorknobs was sealed shut, but the owner took care of the problem. Found the bedroom very small. Location was pretty good, a short distance from the main downtown area.
Hi! My name is Pia and I manage this property for my parents. The building has been in my family since the 1960s. The building is actually 2 addresses, 56 and 58 Sandwich Street. It has hosted a small neighborhood grocery store, my grandfather's insurance company, my father's law office, a salon and an apartment. We renovated 56 Sandwich Street in 2020 to be the 2 apartments it is now and we've enjoyed having people from all over stay for short and long term visits. Plymouth has so much to offer!
As a host, I am happy to communicate with you as much need or as little as you want. Please reach out if you are looking for a special restaurant or need help with something. I am local and available if you need me, but do not come to check on the property when guests are visiting.
Additionally, I've stayed at many VRBOs. I know things break - please don't hesitate to contact me if something isn't working as expected, or if an appliance breaks. It will be replaced immediately.
This apartment is so comfortable and is in a great location. It is a short walk to the heart of Plymouth and everything you need is close by.
One silly, but kind of cool thing about this apartment, is that this building was constructed in the 1700's. They used tree trunks as floor joists - and the original construction is still visible in the basement!! It's neat to see how well things were made back then. (Of course, everything has been reinforced with modern construction!)
