Great place in a historic building. The stairs to get in may be a little challenging for elderly guests. Beautifully decorated, clean, and quiet. The owners are very responsive. Would stay here again!!
This is a beautiful condo a few blocks off of Harrison Ave. Close to the grocery store. Parking in Leadville is super easy, can walk or drive to restaurants. The unit itself is gorgeous with high ceilings located in the renovated former hospital. Plenty of space for family of 5, luxurious linens provided and windows open to allow in fresh mountain air. We loved everything about this place!
This was a great property for us! Loved the old building and high ceilings and windows! Lock box was a bit difficult. The front bedroom kept tripping its breaker so we could only plug the lights in. Easy to get downtown or to the trail! Mirrors and trash cans in the bedrooms would be helpful when sharing a bathroom!
By far the best place to stay in Leadville. Historic building from 1901. High ceilings and great Mountain views. Walk to downtown restaurants and bars. Access to the mineral belt. Stay here!
Unit was great. Comfy, clean and as described. Easy walk to downtown. Only minor issue if Iâm nitpicking is it is hard to get hold of someone if you have an issue during off hours due to the completely hands off approach to check in and check out. We got locked out, completely our fault, and could not get hold of anyone to help out.
We had a girls nordic skiing weekend and stayed here. It was perfect for a small gathering of ladies or 3 couples. Great location, beautiful views and cozy accommodations. Would return again!
Great Property!!! ... be careful in the summer, no AC ... could be hot if the sun it out. If you have issues with stairs, make sure you're not on the 3rd or 4th floor. But those were the only CONS ... everything else was perfect!!!! GREAT COMMUNICATION from property management!
everything as advertised. only issue was the lockbox did not have red tape on it so i had to work my way down till the code worked. this was actually quite hard as each was coated in ice.
