Good to hear that you had a nice stay at villa Marcopolo. I am sorry to hear that apparently some beds need to be replaced, can you tell me which of the beds you mean, so I can take appropriate action? Since I renewed 4 beds two years ago.

It's a pity that not everything was to your liking at Villa Marcopolo. For your information, there is an oven, a combined microwave/oven. The instructions are in one of the kitchen drawers. The dishwasher is indeed located in the downstairs kitchen. I will contact my local agent regarding replacement of bed linens and towels, which she provides. If requested, the beds can be made at no extra cost. All the mattresses have been replaced in recent years. Unfortunately, a large parasol broke just before your visit (which was arranged Saturday evening before your arrival next day), but it was replaced as quickly as possible. The television works via an installed Chromecast, so tenants can also watch programs in their own language. The instructions are available in the living room. Regarding the air conditioning, the VRBO website states that there is an additional charge, as not all tenants use the air conditioning. It is a pity that you did not contact us immediately about a number of issues, otherwise many could have been resolved during your stay.

Je comprends votre remarque ; auparavant, la climatisation n’était utilisée que partiellement. Cependant, compte tenu du changement climatique, elle est désormais indispensable, surtout en juillet et en août. C’est pourquoi j’ai décidé de rendre son utilisation gratuite à compter de ce jour.

Het is helaas ondoenlijk en ongebruikelijk om nog meer airco units aan te leggen, er zijn er al drie in de villa. Tip: sluit alle deuren en ramen voor het slapen gaan en laat de 3 units ca. 15 minuten de woning goed koelen, dan blijft het redelijk koel gedurende de nacht in de hele villa. Ik betreur het dat u stankoverlast had, gelukkig kon de loodgieter dit in 15 minuten repareren.

Good to hear that you had a lovely holiday with very nice weather. Yes, the villa can use an upgrade. In the coming months the kitchen as well as the bedrooms will all get a renovation!

The dishwasher is indeed located in a small, simple kitchen with an extra refrigerator for cool drinks and food at the pool and the BBQ level, next to the garage at ground level, this has been so for 16 years and never received any comment about it. What is ment by the garden is "en obras" is totally unclear, the garden is exactly as can be seen on the pictures, whilst the gardener comes in twice a month. Although not advised to comments on guests as I never did before, I would like to add that these guests had inconvenient requirements upon arrival. Like they wanted to have the beds made up in all four bedrooms after their arrival so they would be able to choose where to slee, this was impossible for the agency and not paid for either.. It was also demanded that a plumber would come to have the dishwasher removed from ground level to upper level for one week.

Lovely to hear that you had a wonderfull holiday. Unfortunately the weather has been really bad compared to other years in April and May, but with the heathing the villa is fortunately still comfortable. Re. the paintwork, this has indeed all been done in July. For future renters: please note that all fruit, peaches, black and yello prunes, lemmons,grapes and mandarins, can be eaten, nothing has been sprayed. When it is windy or the fruit is ripe they fall of the trees, we kindly request you to pick them up, since the gardener only comes by every two weeks on (mostly) Fridays. Schönn zu hören, dass Sie einen wunderschönen Urlaub hatten. Leider war das Wetter wirklich schlecht, um anderen Jahren im April und Mai im Vergleich, sondern mit dem mit die Heizung ist die Villa glücklicherweise immer noch komfortabel. Re. Die Malerei hat dies tatsächlich alles im Juli geschehen, das Haus ist rundum lackiert. Für zukünftige Mieter: Bitte beachten Sie, dass alle Früchte, Pfirsiche, schwarze und gelbe Pflaumen , Zitronen, Trauben und Mandarinen, gegessen werden kann, nichts wurde gesprüht. Wenn es windig ist oder die Frucht reif isie fallen von den Bäumen, bitten wir Sie, um sie abzuholen, da der Gärtner kommt nur alle zwei Wochen am (meist) Freitag.

Es ist sehr bedauerlich das Beschwerungen nicht bei das lokale Buro, 7 Tagen p. W. zu erreichen, angemeldet worden. So gibt es auch kein möglichkeit Sachen direkt zu ändern oder verbesseren. Dann waren sicher die meiste der Beschwerungen direkt gelöst. Das lokale Büro hättte sicher nogmals sauber machen lassen ohne Kosten wann dass nötig wäre. Der Gartner komt 2 mal ins Monat. Es kann sein dass mann Zitronen find die in 2 Wochen gefallen sind. Bei sehr schlechtes Wetter, und das gab es die erste Woche in Mai, kann das lokale Büro natürlich entschieden das der Gartner extra kommt wann nötig und Reparaturen machen wann nüotig.
