Comfort on the lake

Comfortable house with direct lake access via double decker dock. We loved this house! It was perfect for our group with private bathrooms and large bedrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked and we made family style meals each night easily.

Perfect Bella Vista Family Home

Our family and friends rented this lovely home in Bella Vista for ours son’s wedding at the Mildred Cooper Chapel. The home was so comfortable and had everything we needed for a home away from home stay. Everyone had their own space and loved relaxing on the back porch. Sunsets from the dock were an added bonus.

The home was lovely, homey and perfect for our group. The water access is awesome, but definitely gets your leg workout in for the day! It’s peaceful, quiet and easy! We had an amazing time and couldn’t have been happier!

Great home for our stay. First time in the Northwest Arkansas area. Beautiful views. Plenty of space for cooking Thanksgiving dinner for nine people. Glad there was extra parking at the top by the road. Would love to visit next time in early May when everything is in bloom.

This house is perfect!

This house was a perfect fit for 4 couples going to Bella Vista for a golf vacation. Mornings on the golf courses and afternoons in the lake! Every couple had their own bathroom which is a must for us! This was our 2nd year here and we just want to keep coming back! The kitchen is stocked with everything you need for meals, etc.

Great vacation house on the lake

The house was perfect for our family vacation. We were there to celebrate my parents' 50th anniversary, and everyone had a great time. It was close enough to town that we were able to go to eat at restaurants or get groceries from the store, but far enough away to feel like we were out in nature. We even saw deer and blue heron! The walk down to the dock was a bit of a climb, so be aware of that, but it's so worth it for some beautiful views and really great swimming. All in all, it was a wonderful place to spend the weekend and I hope we can come back again!

This home is lovely and very clean. The layout was perfect for 4 adult couples to have their own space. The kitchen was well stocked and plenty of cabinet space for the guests to use. Beds were very comfortable. A lot of stairs down to the lake, but we sure had fun. The water is deep, which was great for jumping off the deck. I would certainly recommend.

This is such a cool house. Loved the layout. Screened in porch with TV off the amazing kitchen, all the exits onto the decks outside. Kitchen was well stocked with any pan or utensils you may need. Plenty of living space to get away for quiet time. Very much appreciated how Clean it was !!! Thank you for the stay. We will be back !!!

80 years of extended life with family

Other than the drive way and stairs down to lake, I have no complaints. The house is BEAUTIFUL!! The furnishings are beautiful, we had everything we needed!! Well supplied! 15 individuals enjoyed the festivities on Tuesday June 25 2024. Every one had nothing but positive comments about everything! THANKS for being so considerate of others!!!

Family from TX met us from OH and friends from Memphis TN. Went to a concert by the Oakwood Univerity Aeolians. The home was comfortable. peaceful with beautiful scenery. The weather during our stay was georgeous. This house was in the mountains and driving was a bit precarious but the licals were friendly and drivers well behaved- I drove super slow woth my mom in the van..We would stay here again, no question!

This location jumps off the charts!

We had such a great time! This property had plenty of room for my husband and I with our four 16-20 year olds. Beds were comfortable and the house was clean. The 2-story dock was great to jump off (about 12 feet high) and the water underneath was deep. My only watch out is there are a lot of stairs to climb from the dock to the house. Keep this in mind if you struggle with stairs. The house is in a quiet channel on Lake Windsor so very easy to paddle board, float, and swim.

Friends Reunion

What a wonderful wonderful spot for a glorious weekend to catch up with some dear old friends. This house is large and comfortable, accommodating all of us - without being on top of each other! LOVE that they had TV's that actually work through cable - not ROKU or FIRESTICK, but actually cable, making it easy to find sports events that we watched as well as movies on those evenings we decided to stay in. The screened in porch offered a fantastic breeze and place to play cards or have our evening meal. The view from the house to the lake is outstanding, and the location can not be beat. I also have to say that communication with the owner was so very easy, quickly getting back to us with any questions we had prior to our stay. Once we arrived we needed nothing - all was there and in great order. I would stay here again in a heartbeat - just beautiful.

Family/friends gathering

We were four senior couples coming together for a few days(friends and family); the house was wonderful in every way. It was even better than shown in the pictures; it was clean, comfortable and the owners had thought of every detail to make it a positive experience. We would love to make this a repeat trip!

Golf trip of a lifetime

4 older couples spent the best 4 days golfing the best courses in Bella Vista! The house was amazing and gave us so much to do after golf! We ladies in the lake, did a little kayaking, and spent countless hours down on the dock solving the worlds problems! Perfect getaway and perfect accommodations! We will be back!!!!

Siblings Reunion

My siblings from California and Chicago were thrilled with this home to relax in for our bi-annual siblings reunion. So beautifully furnished and maintained! We could see the lake from windows, 2 screened-in porches. and a boat dock. Nice to hear the birds in the mornings. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the laundry room was a plus. Kaye was very gracious and quick to answer questions before and during our stay.

Our stay in this Bella Vista property was perfect! The house completely met our needs, from two bedrooms and baths on the main floor for our party who cannot manage stairs, to the three separate living areas the house offers. We spent the majority of our time there, visiting with family from Rogers, Arkansas. This spacious house offered us a comfortable place to enjoy our visit.
