Cet appartement unique d'une chambre est unique en son genre sur la Gold Coast. L'appartement dispose de 93 mètres carrés d'espace au 32ème étage avec une vue imprenable sur le nord-est de la cuisine, salon et chambre.

La décoration est neutre et moderne. La cuisine est nouvelle, offrant tout le confort moderne pour que vous vous sentiez comme chez vous.

Le très long balcon s'étend sur toute la largeur de l'appartement et offre les meilleures vues de Surfers Paradise North à Main Beach et bien au-delà. Soleil et chaleur toute l'année.

Cet appartement de luxe est situé à quelques minutes de Cavill Ave - une agréable promenade sur l'Esplanade à toute l'action, mais pas affectée par le bruit de la discothèque ou des cyclo-pousse. La plage est juste en face de la route.

L'arrêt de tramway à votre porte offre une commodité incroyable à tous les visiteurs. Nous fournissons à nos clients deux cartes à puce pour le rail léger. Cavill Ave, Broadbeach, Pacific Fair, Southport et Griffith University sont à quelques minutes de ce grand appartement.

Les marchés de plage, la vie nocturne, les restaurants, les cafés et trois supermarchés sont tous accessibles à pied. Bus de courtoisie à proximité vous emmène à Habourtown. Great location, incredible view (I have stayed in a lot of very nice hotels and that is probably up there with one of the best views I have ever had). Love that Sharon has invested in a great quality couch, and a good TV with its own Netflix account. Kitchen was fully equiped. Private with solid walls - Stayed over new years and barely heard a peep from the neighbours. I would recommend.

The unit was extremely clean and comfortable. It was walking distance to most places in town. We enjoyed our time in Gardiner as a home base for visiting the north side of Yellowstone. The Yellowstone Hot Springs, white water rafting, and horseback riding were great additions to our time in Gardiner. The host was great to work with and the home was comfortable.

Amazing Accommodation

The unit is remarkable in a great location. Close to the tram making it easy to explore the surrounding area without relaying on a rental car. The view is phenomenal with a huge balcony! Great to relax on or open the doors and let the sea breeze flow into the apartment.

Fantastic Experience

Great apartment central location

Very well appointed apartment in central location with stunning views.Easy walking distance to beach , eateries & attractions with added convenience of tram stop just outside building.We did experience excessive noise from Penthouse above a few times but body corporate & security dealt with Quickly and host outlines this on welcome letter in apartment.Excellent communication from host and also welcoming gift of chocolates & wine was a nice touch.

Fabulous apartment with spectacular views. Everything has been provided for a relaxing stay in the apartment. Communication from Sharon from the point of booking through to departure was outstanding and Sharon was a great host always available and willing to help us when needed. We were fortunate to be offered an early check in which was a bonus to our short stay. Would highly recommend this apartment.

Awesome stay at the Gold Coast

We really enjoyed our stay at the sub penthouse. It is in a really good location, tram stop is right out the front of the property and the beach is about a 2 minute walk. The ocean view from the balcony is spectacular. The apartment was tidy and well equipped with kitchen, bathroom and laundry essentials. Sharon was easy to communicate with. Highly recommend staying at this sub penthouse, it made our stay at the Gold Coast a memorable one. We will definitely be visiting again.

For 5 nights I enjoyed the great view, express lift, clean apartment, comfy bed, good air con, cold fridge, tiled pool & lovely garden setting with bbq area. This owner clearly loves their sub-penthouse unit & it has been updated (kitchen, vanity, shower, floors). A pleasant surprise is the over 700 items in the Library (up some stairs from the Lobby). Very convenient access to the light rail, beach. Cafes & restaurants across the road & convenience stores, one with liquor.

Apartment was clean and very airy and bright, except the bathroom- could use some brighter lights, and more bath towels and face clothes. Bring your own shampoo/rinse. Had hairdryer. Kitchen was clean some packs of coffee/sugar S/P but that was it. Dated appliances but we only stayed 3 nights so wasn't an issue. Could use sharper cutting knives as well as steak knives. Underground parking was safe. Wash and dryer in unit was nice, bring your own soap and dryer sheets3 issues though-- 1) downstairs neighbour smoked so it billowed into our unit(we loved the fresh air but not the stink. 2) Huge new building being erected right across the street so quite noisy in the daytime but by 5pm was quiet except the odd motorbike. 3) no plugs beside the bed to plug phones in. Longer extension cord on either side would solve this nicely. Over all we had a great time, there were beach chairs and towels to use for the beach, which was nice. Beach was about a 5 minute walk and easy walk to downtown district. Thanks again Bob and Linda from Canada

Standard practice for a short term guest of 3 nights is 4 bath towels, 1x hand towel, 1x face washer and 4 beach towels. Hair products are always located in the bathroom vanity. Laundry - I provide wash powder for 4 washes. I do not provide dyer sheets so that your clothes smell nice. In the kitchen there is coffee galore in all forms, tea, sugar galore, an abundance of herbs and spices. My kitchen drawer is plentiful. If you are wanting state of the art appliances for your 3 day stay and only want to pay up to $200 p.n., I suggest accommodation priced from $1200 p.n would be more suitable for your tastes. My appliances do not need updating. The Sub Penthouse does not have USB points in the walls. There are 14 power points in the apartment. If you need extension cords for your phones… there is an extension cord in the laundry that is available for your extra needs. It was very unfortunate that smoke was drifting up but it is not possible to ‘billow’ into my apartment. I will take on board, the criticism that my knifes need replacing or sharpening and some people require brighter lights in the bathroom. Surfers Paradise is in the midst of a building boom. Yes, we can all hear the noise of the new buildings going up but I am ever so grateful that our beautiful view is not being impacted. The Sub Penthouse still offers great views and when you come to stay, everything is provided. Its all there. I do not skimp on anything. Come stay and enjoy your time at the Sub Penthouse.

North Surfers unit with a view

It’s a lovely little place with everything you need, it’s on a tram spot and beach access is great, a nice beach walk north or south to great cafes and shops. The view is amazing. There are a just a few little things to mention, it’s a little noisy, the road noise and sirens can be intrusive while we slept and the noise from the unit above, the bed mattress needs updating and the water pressure while we were there was not great.

Thank you for your review, however it is a little naive:) Surfers Paradise is the tourist mecca of Queensland - a city and not a rural or suburban zone. There will always be noise and the Sub Penthouse probably has the least noise disturbance of all in Surfers. There is no road noise but sirens can't be helped. The sound of the ocean is most prominent. The apartment is on the 32nd floor and naturally it takes a few extra moments for the pressure to kick in. There is more than enough pressure and water. The mattress is a matter of preference. Fiona paid less than a local motel for luxury accommodation and I want all future guests not to be perturbed from her not so positive comments. Unfortunately, Fiona did not leave the apartment very clean or tidy, but gave her the grace of a 5/5 rating . Ratings are important and I assure you that most of my guests love the Sub Penthouse:)

As soon as we walked in to this apartment I knew that it was perfect for my retirement! It has a wow factor!

The space.... so big and roomy. The views are amazing... the beach, the ocean, the night lights, the park, the Broadwater, canals, and so much more. The balcony is so large that its like another room. Total luxury.
