We booked this place for 6 guests, comprising of 2 families. The property itself was clean, however there were only 2 bedrooms, with 3 beds (1 queen and 2 single beds), and a couch all in the same room, we were unaware of this when we booked the property.
Although the property was in a nice location, we found that there was no cooling system in the cabin we stayed in, and considering it was summer we found this to be difficult, and there was little to no ventilation in the rooms on the days we stayed which got up to 30-35 degrees, something to think about if you decide to book this place for your summer trip.
The cabin itself is in a nice location with a gorgeous view of Launceston and a real country feel.
This property was perfect for our group of five on our trip to Launceston. A ten minute drive into the city means you avoid the business of the CBD, and the farm setting is a nice change of pace. Ryan was a great host and did everything he could to make our stay better. Would highly recommend!
