There is great fishing straight off the beach or from the rock walls just south of the property. The swimming net is just a short stroll north of the property.

Entering the property you’ll instantly be enamoured by light-filled open living. Polished concrete flooring, wall-to-wall sliding glass doors, a calm coastal palette and of course, beachfront views add to the property’s allure. The gourmet kitchen boasts a central island, premium appliances and a butler's pantry with a second fridge plus every kitchen gadget you could possibly need. Kick back in air-conditioned comfort in front of the Smart TV after enjoying meals around the table on the undercover deck, which seamlessly leads out to the private infinity pool with a waterfall.

The primary bedroom is located on the upper level, featuring a king bed and beautiful timber flooring. Large glass doors open out to the Balinese-style balcony, offering the perfect spot to escape and read a book while enjoying elevated views. There is also a small kitchenette in the primary walk-in-robe, so you don't even need to go downstairs to make a cup of tea. An adjoining ensuite is fitted with a deep soaking tub, shower, twin basins and heated towel rack. The remaining three bedrooms are located on ground level. The second and third bedrooms both have their own ensuites with a shower and offer king singles, which can be pushed together to create a king upon request. The fourth bedroom doubles as a home office but also sleeps two more guests in a sofa bed.

Additional amenities include fast Wi-Fi throughout, in-unit laundry with a washing machine, dryer and ironing board, and secure parking for up to five vehicles.

Pick up your groceries on your way into town, as the nearest Coles is in Innisfail, as well as a string of restaurants and cafes.
