3 bedroom self-contained townhouse. Sleeps up to 8 guests. Family and group friendly. 10 minute walk to beach. 15-20 minute drive to Noosa (north) and Maroochydore (south). Located in quiet neighbourhood but short walk to beach, Coles, restaurants, cafes and shops. Great location for beach holiday. FEATURES OF THE PROPERTY INCLUDE: ► We supply doonas and pillows for all beds. All linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels, hand towels, tea towels and bath mats ► Fujitsu Ducted Air Con / Advantage Air for cooling in summer and heating in winter: 5 zones: 3 bedrooms, stair void and downstairs living area ► Ceiling fans in main balcony bedroom only and in living area (x2). Coolum Beach is a pretty seaside town in South Queensland, Australia, just 120 kilometres north of Brisbane along the fast Bruce Highway. Being a golfing and surfing magnet makes it perfect for family holidays. Its entertainment and shopping strip looks out across a park connecting to the warm waters of the Pacific Ocean. We also happen to have one of the best surfing breaks in all of Queensland. We have a lovely townhouse exclusively available for you. The Condo is a great location where everything is nearby. You don’t have to even take the car out.

Ideal for a family

The unit was very clean and well equipped and suited our family of 5 perfectly. The location was quiet but the shops, restaurants and beach were all within easy walking distance. The beds were very comfortable too.

Thanks for review. We are one block back from David Low Way (main road) so on a quiet street. But everything is a short relaxing walk or drive to beach, Coles, shops, cafe and restaurants. Everything is brand new from October 2016.

Great for extended family groups with 3 beds and fold out sofa bed lounge downstairs. Other great places to visit are Australia Zoo, Bli Bli Aqua Park, Mount Coolum and shopping at Maroochydore.

Good access to the beach and the shops. All within walking distance.

Well provided for by way of Wi-Fi , Netflix and other hook ups and free to air TV. All kitchen utensils , glasses,dishes, cups etc provided for large numbers. The living area was a bit dark and could do with brighter lights. The bedroom curtains could be helped by block out blinds that could block the sun for a bit longer in the mornings.

Thanks for feedback re: lighting in living area. We will address that issue. We do have block out curtains in the main bedroom but not 2nd and 3rd bedroom. Also have STAN and Apple TV. Great location to beach and shops.

Quite little townhouse a short stroll from the beach/shops

This is a 3 bedroom townhouse which was big enough for our family of 4. The kitchen was well provisioned, had everything we needed. The lounge felt a little cramped, with extra couches in the room to cater for larger groups (1 bedroom can sleep 6!). The dining room table needs a good clean, the top felt a little sticky in some places. The housekeeping let us down, with minimal toilet paper provided, and only 2 towels for the 4 of us. It was a situation that was never resolved in the 4 days we stayed there. The cleaner never came back to drop off the missing towels as promised. The owner did offer re-embursing us if we purchased towels, but that isn't something I wanted to spend my holiday time doing.

Very dirty property.

Owners were very nice to deal with. However the property was dirty. Every dish, cup and cutlery. The floor was dirty, most windows didn’t have coverings so kids up early and one curtain even had snot marks on it. Offered 10% discount if we have 5star rating but wouldn’t do that to anyone else!

Thanks Amelia for reviewing our Aussie Chillout at Growder Court 3 - Coolum Beach QLD. Appreciate comment re: how nice we are as owners. The cleaner has gone through crockery and thoroughly cleaned. Removed and replaced crockery as required. Downstairs the floors have vinyl slabs which are cleaned. Upstairs carpet needs replacing and is on budget for 2022. All bedrooms have curtains. The offer of 10% discount applies to all previous guests regardless of the star rating just by mentioning name of guest.

Overpriced and underdelivered

Very dated 1980s premises, cleanliness left a lot to be desired - carpets stained, downstairs dirty enough to leave our crawling baby filthy after the first half an hour. It promises airconditioning, and it does work - in the stairwell and hallway, nothing in any of the bedrooms which made it so hot while we were there. I wasn't expecting a palace but I cannot recommend this place, especially for the price.

We are looking at replacing the carpets upstairs within the next 12 months. The air conditioning has been repaired. Apologies that it did not work during your stay efficiently. It is about a 5-10 minute walk into town, Coolum is a nice small sea side town that isn't overcrowded. It is nice to be able to go for a stroll along the beach, which is only about a 5 minute walk from the townhouse.

We send an email with instructions on the shortest route (71) to the beach along with Google Satellite Map. Coolum Beach is a dog friendly beach on the northern end. Watch the dogs play and enjoy themselves at the beach.

Yes we have lots of bedding options in 3 bedrooms. Main: 1Q, 2nd bedroom: 1D and 1S, 3rd bedroom: 1D and 1S. Plus extra 2S foam mattresses and 1D fold out sofa lounge in ground floor living area. Easy 10 minute walk to Coles, shops, restaurants, cafes and beach.

Park the car and chillout like the locals and walk to everything and get healthy. Enjoy beach, shops, restaurants and cafes. Coles only 2 blocks away.

Good Value

We had a great stay in the unit. As soon as you walk in it felt homely and looked comfortable. ( And was) Just a short walk to supermarket, pub, bottle shop, coffee shops and surf club. Could hear the ocean all night. Would stay there again. Good value, good price.

We have just rolled out bed linen and towels for all future bookings to save guests inconvenience of bringing and/or making beds up or hiring. Over time we will add other personal touches. Only 5-10 walk to the best Coolum Beach has to offer: beach, Coles, shops, restaurants and cafes. Easy drive to the rest that the Sunshine Coast has to offer. Great place to have an Aussie Chillout!

We are a 15 minute drive to Noosa. Which has beautiful walks near the beach and national park. Noosa also has great shops and eateries in Hastings Street.

That "Homely" feeling

The thing that is great about Coolum Beach is that it is not over-populated. It has a seaside country feeling about it.

So glad you mentioned air con. We are having Fujitsu 10 kw ducted air conditioning / advantage air / WiFi installed on Tuesday, 7th November 2017. It will have 5 zones including all 3 bedrooms, stair void and living area / kitchen downstairs. It will be comfortable all year round. Next time you stay you can give it a five star rating.

Growder Court has plenty of space for the family to spread out. It is also a great place to relax in watching movies and to Chillout. In addition to Netflix we have Stan and YouTube.

Growder Court 3 is great place to chill on a rainy day with Wifi, Netflix, Stan and YouTube. Stay in your pyjamas and have junk food all day.

Amazing property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this amazing house, had plenty of space for all 7 of us. We all Loved the huge TV and free netflick. Incredibly comfy beds and extra bonus toilet hidden downstairs. Everything needed is located close by.

With large groups it is handy having 2 separate toilets. One upstairs separate to bathroom and one downstairs off the laundry. Handy for washing clothes and towels. Private courtyard with BBQ, entertaining and drying clothes on line.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this townhouse. Plenty of room for our family of six and close to all that we needed. It was lovely to be able to walk everywhere without having to drag everyone in and out of the car. Comfortable beds and large kitchen. Really enjoyed the free Netflix too!

Fantastic property

Thoroughly enjoyed the stay - fantastic location and very well managed. Owner arranged to let us back in within half an hour after we locked ourselves out (despite great instructions on how to manage keys) so very appreciative of that. Very clean and well set up with lots of room and a great price.

We are easily contactable by mobile in emergencies or issues. The cleaner lives nearby to help out with problems, like when you lock yourselves out.

Growder Court 3 is ideal place for your beach holiday at Coolum Beach. Easy 5 minute walk to beach. Store surf boards and beach equipment in lock up garage. Hose outside garage to hose off sand from yourself and personal items when you back from beach.

Great Accommodation!

We really enjoyed our short break. Very well presented, with plenty of seating and beds, and the kitchen and laundry set-up with everything required. Outdoor area is nicely set-up also. Wi-Fi was very much appreciated, and Netflix got quite a bit of use! Could hear the surf on the front deck one night. Very handy to visit friends at Maroochydore and Perigian.

Ideal for group of family and/or friends. Fully equipped for your stay. WiFi, YouTube, Netflix, Stay, Free to Air TV Apps, Apple and Telstra TV. Blue Ray, DVD and CD Players are now obsolete. We keep up with technology. Maroochydore is a 15 minute drive. Peregian Beach is only a 5 minute drive. Just to clarify you cannot see Coolum Beach but when NE, E or SE you definitely can hear the beach especially at night time. But only a 5 minute walk from beach.
