Niveau du sol séparée appartement de 2 chambres / suite permet espace privé équipé avec 47 'TV plasma, Chambre King taille de maître et une chambre supplémentaire. A aussi sa propre salle à manger et d'une kitchenette.

Cette propriété ne comprend pas une voiturette de golf. Les sociétés de location de voiturettes de golf seront recommandées par le propriétaire.

Politique de remboursement - le remboursement intégral est donné 30 jours avant la date d'arrivée. Après cette date, un remboursement n'est accordé que si le propriétaire est en mesure de modifier la réservation.

Cartes de Services et équipements peuvent être achetés par l'entremise propriétaire. Maison a un total de deux 47 'TV plasma et deux TV standard, le tout avec les joueurs du câble et DVD. Accès Internet sans fil. Douche d'extérieur, Barbecue au charbon, et tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour une journée à la plage - y compris les serviettes, jouets pour le sable, parasol, chaises, glacière, et plus .....

Cette spacieuse maison Low Country est situé dans une rue calme, à seulement quatre minutes de marche de l'accès plage île centre ... une minute à vélo. Accès porche et vues de chaque pièce rend la lumière et paysage luxuriant une partie du facteur WOW! La spacieuse salle de séjour offre des sièges confortables pour se divertir, et la salle à manger accueille huit avec débordement sur la véranda. La grande cuisine lumineuse, ouverte bien équipée a 30 pieds de comptoir - grands pour plusieurs chefs et un buffet. Deux des chambres ont un accès direct aux porches. Bains à l'étage sont entièrement carrelée avec des combinaisons de baignoire / douche, dans la loi de bain attenante a été rénové et comprend douche carrelée. Chambre séparée laveuse / sécheuse. Les animaux sont interdits et ne pas fumer.

Off-street parking accueille plusieurs véhicules - même une place pour le bateau! Le meilleur de tous, Fripp Island est un sanctuaire de la faune, et les cerfs errent souvent notre cour avant et arrière. Encore mieux, Fripp Island est fréquemment visité par tortues caouannes nichant sur nos côtes.

We really enjoyed this house! The in law suite was great. The kitchen was fully stocked with evening we needed. There was plenty of linens, towels, beach towels and beach chairs. Thank you!

In-law suite downstairs was great.

The separate two bedroom apartment downstairs was great even if we were the in-laws staying upstairs. We have five children and spouses which would normally take six bedrooms, but two of the couples split time. The house was truly equipped with everything you need and a lot of things you don’t need. Don’t miss the equipment/storage room in the garage where you’ll find bikes fishing rods, and you could probably even do some yard work with all the tools. The apartment also provided a second full refrigerator, which is always a challenge for a group our size. The outdoor showers were great and the large dining table was excellent for family dinner as well as games. The decks and porches were awesome. The one and a half block walk to the beach access, but I’ll have to admit the boardwalk was about the same length to actually get out to the beach. The location was excellent, because nothing at Fripp is far away. We never stayed on this “and“ a Fripp, but it was nice to be that close to the market. Everything was great and we would definitely stay there again.

Perfect

Our stay was a perfect opportunity to be with our family and a perfect location for Thanksgiving. The house was graciously spacious for all involved and was immaculate in its cleaning and appearance. There is an abundance of porch and outdoor space and a short walk to the beach which offered us stunning sunsets. Joell was easy to communicate with; we'll be back.

Wonderful Vacation Home!

We had a great time at this beautiful, very comfortable and well appointed home. The communication with the homeowner was excellent. It’s a great beach location using the 9th beach access. Kudos to the homeowners for providing fluffy beach towels and beach chairs, plenty of lighters, even insect spray. The coffee table in the upstairs living room is perfect for family games. The screened porch is lovely, but we didn’t use it much because of the August heat. One small upgrade to consider would be replacing some of the worn bath towels and washcloths, and providing more kitchen towels to dry dishes. The other very unexpected and most appreciated (we were traveling with two grandbabies) provision was that there were box fans in most of the bedrooms. It was a fantastic stay! Thanks, Joell!

great spot on Fripp

We really enjoyed staying here. The property is just two blocks from the ocean, the porches are beautiful, the house is nice, clean and well-kept, and there is plenty of space for a large group to spread out. We would happily stay here again if we visited the island.

Highly Recommend!

We absolutely enjoy every part of our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed all the outdoor deck space the house provided. The outdoor shower made trips back from the beach a breeze! The beach access is very close to the house. It is just a short walk or golf cart ride. The host, Joell was very helpful and kind! Overall the house was very welcoming and comfortable. We would love to come stay again. It is our favorite house on the island that we’ve stayed in!

Nice get away, not so nice golf cart experience

Fripp is a wonderful place for a quiet and peaceful vacation. We had a few issues with our golf cart however. First of all the cart we had reserved (a month prior to our trip) from CCC was NEVER delivered. With 10 people, we really needed 2. The first few days required several back and forth trips to the beach. CCC continually promised to deliver the cart but never did. After almost 3 full days the home owner did have a cart delivered from another company. We just lost out on those 3 days. I would never consider using CCC and after reading their reviews I understand others had the same issue. On the first full day of having a second golf cart, one was taken while we were at the pool! I reported it to security and the homeowner. We were never contacted by security or given help resolving the issue. We were told it is a very common occurrence since the carts look alike and are all keyed the same. Still no help when you are left without a cart. We found what we thought was our cart later that evening at the pool so we did finally have a second cart but not because of help from security. We 'marked" our cart by leaving a ribbon tided to it. I would recommend marking your cart if you rent one. Take bug spray too! Mosquitoes are savage! Several were even in the downstairs apartment shower. We will return to Fripp in the future only this time we will be better prepared for these type of mishaps. You don't want to spend vacation dealing with any issues but Fripp is wonderful!

Lovely home in a perfect location

I stayed at this home in July 2016 with four generations of family members. My dad celebrated his 85th birthday during our stay and enjoyed time at the beach with his 3- and 5-year old great-grandsons. The separate apartment was the perfect layout for my parents to escape from the very active main house and be able to come and go without help with stairs. The apartment has a flat screen TV, large stainless steel refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. The main house is laid out well with lots of space to spread out, and a kitchen that accommodated daily extensive dinners. The bedrooms and baths are large and well appointed. The beds are very comfortable, and plenty of blankets and extra pillows are stored in the large closets. The house is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood. A short walk/golf cart ride to the pools, bar, and restaurant and a three-minute golf cart ride to beach access on Rock Beauty Road. The yard is gorgeous - full of natural plants and beautiful trees which keep the extensive porches shady and cool. We spotted deer and raccoons, and some beautiful red tanagers in the trees in the backyard. Save the space in your car for the trip to Fripp - you won't need beach towels, toys, or chairs - there are plenty stowed in the large outdoor storage locker. The complimentary golf cart was a nice addition - we rented a second one for our parents - and helped keep costs down. I highly recommend this home for your Fripp vacation. Thanks to the owners for sharing your home with us - we will be back!

Our second visit to this lovely home...before and after the renovations. Before was beautiful and a delightful stay; after was even better. Love all the new porches and landscaping. So many beautiful touches. The house is spacious, clean and well appointed. Quiet location with easy access to everything. Some days we did lots and some days we did nothing. BEST beds on the island, btw! Sooo comfy. Thanks for sharing your lovely home😍👌

Beautiful Renovations

Thank you for sharing your beautiful home! I stayed there many years ago and the renovations are beautiful! We were there with 4 couples and it was perfect! The downstairs apartment was great--I can't wait to go back and take my elderly relatives--this apartment will make things so much easier for them. The kitchen was well stocked and made cooking so easy. There were plenty of towels and extra sheets and blankets and the golf cart was a big bonus. Thank you again for sharing.

Labor Day!

Our family of 9 and three kids (6m, 2yr. & 5) just gor back from our fabulous annual beach trip. This was our first time staying in this house and visiting Fripp Island. Both were FABULOUS! The house was very spacious and having the 2 TV's were a plus when football games were on and the kiddos wanted to watch cartoons. The golf cart was a blessing for carting all the beach gear and little ones to the beach. The location was close to everything but still on a nice and quiet street with little traffic. We cooked all meals at the house and the kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of plates, pots, pans, platters and silverware. All beds were very comfortable which led to plenty of rest to tackle the next morning! I can't wait enough great things about this house and Fripp Island. We are looking forward to renting this house again!

Spring break

Two Mothers and 5 teenage girls on spring break. The house was perfect the girls had their own apartment and we had a lovely home. Perfect house for a group or 2 families. Very clean and updated and nicely decorated. I'm telling all my friends what a great find. We love Fripp Island!

family getaway

We brought twelve members of our family to this beautiful home. The house had everything we needed for our stay and then some! The island provided all ages entertainment. With 12 members in our crew we had no problem cooking dinner for the crew in the wonderful kitchen. Everything was provided from beach gear to linens to kitchen neccessities. We look forward to planning future trips and by all means this will be our first choice in rental properties! Thanks again....the deBoers, the Simmons, the Ashleys and the Browns

Mid-island is our favorite part of Fripp. Every beach and island amenity is within a quick bike ride, yet the privacy on this quiet street defines relaxation. The natural setting gives us lots of privacy.

We are located only four minutes from the beach for those long morning walks, and the tennis courts, olympic pool and bike path are just minutes away. Enjoy exploring the entire island by golf cart or bikes, which can all be rented through the resort.
