We are very glad to hear that you enjoyed the home, found the beds comfortable, appreciated the A/C, and felt that we were responsive and helpful when you needed us. We were also happy to take care of the golf cart issue immediately. We are, however, very sorry that you encountered bugs during your stay. We take pest control very seriously and do have a professional pest-control company regularly servicing the property, including exterior treatments. As soon as you brought the issue to our attention, we arranged for an additional exterior treatment. Fripp Island is a coastal, heavily wooded environment, and unfortunately, occasional insects can make their way inside even in homes that are professionally treated and carefully maintained. That said, we understand that encountering multiple roaches is upsetting, and we are following up with our pest-control company to determine what additional measures may be appropriate. We appreciate that you recognized our efforts to respond quickly and address the issue while you were here. Guest comfort is extremely important to us, and we will continue working with our professional pest-control provider to keep the home as comfortable and well-maintained as possible for future guests.
