Luxueuse péniche amarrée de 60 pieds et 2 étages. Peut accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes. Téléviseurs à écran plat, WiFi, lits queen-size confortables et une cuisine avec appareils électroménagers et tous les outils dont vous avez besoin. Amarré en permanence dans une marina sûre et sécurisée sur le pittoresque lac Monroe, une partie de la rue Le réseau de John's River. À quelques pas de galeries d'art funky, de magasins de détail / antiquaires / de revente, de microbrasseries, d'un bar à bière belge, d'un bar à vin et de bons restaurants. En 5 minutes en voiture, vous rejoindrez le zoo et la tyrolienne du centre de la Floride. En 15 minutes, vous pouvez être au Blue Springs State Park. Vous êtes à 45 minutes de Disney et des parcs à thème. Ou tout simplement se détendre! S'IL VOUS PLAÎT NOTE: Le bateau doit rester à quai. Les invités ne sont PAS autorisés à conduire le bateau. The was such a relaxing place to stay, beautiful sunsets and city skyline from the top deck!! The houseboat has everything you could possibly need. Walking to distant to Downtown Sanford for shopping and night life, it was perfect!! We will definitely book again ❤️

The boat was a fun alternative to a house or hotel. The Marina was very peaceful. The boat had lots of room to cook, sleep, hang out. The top deck is large and the perfect place to grill, eat, sunbathe or chill. You can walk all over Sanford from this location. Lots of supplies provided on the boat plus things like humidifier, air purifier, counter ice maker, coffee pot, etc. we really enjoyed the variety of staycation this property offered.

Wonderful Weekend

Beautiful home, wonderful sunsets, great little city within walking distance. Two wonderful bedrooms, a nice kitchen and eating area, wonderful family room plenty of televisions and strong wifi. . . then the upper deck is a whole additional experience. Sitting on the deck with a cold glass of wine watching the sunset, beautiful stocked grill to use and wonderful seating area. It was the culmination of a wonderful, restful and peaceful weekend - thank you !

Relaxing and fun boathouse.

The boathouse was well equipped and plenty of games to keep busy. Wood and satellite worked great. A little musty smell but upper deck was wonderful.

Fantastic break from the norm

Traveled to Orlando for a soccer tournament. Tired of the Orlando tourist trap and wanted to relax so a house boat in Sanford seemed perfect. Helped that the soccer fields they were playing at were there as well.Boat was exactly as described. Beds were comfortable. Full kitchen. The upstairs deck was phenomenal. It was chilly for our trip but had one awesome morning where I could sit in the sun and enjoy the views, sounds and peacefulness that comes on a boat. Sanford is a cool little town. The german restaurant was absolutely worth going to. Open air market was great as well. We bought some delicious dips from a seller and actually packed them into a bag so we could bring them home to VA. Not sure I will be back this way again since soccer child is graduating HS, but the consensus from Eldest daughter and her best friend was the boat was awesome and conducive to some tremendous sleep.

Houseboating

First time on a houseboat, very interesting and enjoyable. Had gale winds and could feel the boat moving at times, would have been tolerable with proper buoy. All and all it was a nice time, town was just blocks away, and very quaint.

Best location in Sanford

Doing business with Michael was a pleasure, and you couldn't ask for a better location for ease of access to bars and restaurants in Sanford. Some noise and some lake smells are to be expected. Toilets are pretty wonky too, but the boat house bathroom is close by. Shower was great - spacious and plenty of hot water for 4 of us.

Quite unique adventure

Stayed over Christmas to visit family and wanted something fun and different for times when not visiting. This fit the bill. Had a very enjoyable time. Hopefully next time mother nature doesn't send a freeze that way so we can enjoy the awesome top deck. Side note, the bike trail is great and an added bonus.

Beautiful and Peaceful

We rented this houseboat while in town for a baseball tournament. We were tired of hotel rooms and thought this would be a nice change of pace. This boat is beautiful! It housed me, my husband and two 17 year old baseball players very comfortably. The lower deck had plenty of space, and we were able to buy groceries and prepare meals, which was a welcome change from eating out constantly. The upper deck was delightful. We spent each morning relaxing and reading or watching TV up there before the heat ramped up. We also grilled and ate lunch or dinner up there. We could not have asked for any better accommodations for our trip. And the hosts were delightful people who met us when we got to the boat, gave us a tour, and were very responsive to any questions we had throughout. We would certainly rent again!

Terrific experience

My husband has always wanted to stay on a houseboat. We found this one and booked it. We thoroughly enjoyed our time on the houseboat. It had everything you could possibly need for your stay. Michael met us at the dock and showed us around and how things operate. The rooftop deck is awesome for relaxing and catching a beautiful sunrise and sunset. Loved the experience!

relaxing boat time

My friend and I had a very relaxing time on the boat. However there is a lot to do around the area. It's a small downtown and a few bars and good dinning places. New Smyrna beach is about 45 min ride. Wish the marina was more active with people and had a pool. But all in, it was a good stay. The Boat had very good beds. We are both in our 80's and this lovely houseboat allowed us to enjoy being on a houseboat in the Lake Monroe Marina and being able to just walk 3 blocks to the downtown Sanford. Last night was a magnificent sunset and rise of the full moon. Beautiful. . . Lee & Warren

Husband and wife team. We purchased this vessel to move to south Florida where we were living at the time. Before we could, we fell in love with the city of Sanford and central Florida and decided to keep the vessel at Monroe Harbour Marina as a weekend getaway. We sold our home in Palm Beach Gardens, FL and moved up to DeLand, FL. After many enjoyable stays with friends on the houseboat, we took their advice and starting renting the Why-Knot so that others could enjoy it too.

Hotels are a dime a dozen. If you are looking for a vacation you won't soon forget, with lasting memories, stay with us. Our vessel offers everything you would find at home and then some.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Great View. Privacy and safety. You have the entire boat to yourself. No strangers roaming around like you have in a hotel. Gate to dock remains locked at all times. The kitchen contains full-size residential appliances, dishes, glasses, utensils, etc. There is a grill up top for cooking out. Two beach-cruisers are provided to tour the town. Walk or bike to Historic Sanford. Flatscreen TV in every room (3) and up top (1). Comfy queen-size beds (2) and 1 sofa bed. Iron, blow dryers, etc. Just bring your clothes.
