Casa Armenia is a beautiful and very comfortable house!!! Dora welcomed us to the house, and she walked us through the property thoroughly and efficiently. Rodrigo, rhe property manager, kept in touch several times during our stay, to make sure we were doing fine and all our needs were met.The location couldn't have been better....very close to the Botanical Gardens, Ecoparque, el Rosedal, etc etc. And few steps away from awesome restaurants, bars, and cafes!Overall, we had a fantastic stay!

This property is great in the heart of Palermo with great bars and restarants all around at walking distance, it is a very lively part of the city.The apartment it self is beautiful and has a great terrace with a hot tub. Rodrigo who is the house manager is excellent and will solve any problem you have in the house immediately. They have a persone that you can hire Juan Franisco that organizes tours and outings who is excelente, I am a native of Buenos Aires but Juan can organize great outings and events at a drop of a hat. Over all I highly recomend this property and all the added services that come with it

The house is in an excellent location, easy access to all parts of the city. Pictures are a good representation of the house. Rooftop area was excellent, appliances worked. There were issues with the front door not opening due to a lock issue, as well as a brief power outage. Barry and his team were very responsive and helpful in getting the problems fixed quickly. During our trip to Argentina, we stayed in five different apartments… this one was far and away the best. Well-maintained, safe, clean and comfortable in one of the best locations in Buenos Aires. We will be back and we hope that Casa Armenia will be available.

Excellent base to stay while exploring Buenos Aires

Casa Armenia is exactly as advertised! The house is very nice and well stocked. The roof deck is amazing and the location is perfect. The immediate neighborhood has great restaurants, shopping, etc. and is an easy walk or cab ride to other neighborhoods in the city.

Incredible Property in Perfect Location

Stayed here for 4 days to end our Argentina trip and it was the perfect jumping off point in the morning with several great cafe's for coffee and breakfast as well as winding down in the evenings with a glass of wine on the rooftop. Highly recommend and will stay again when back in BA.

Wonderful place in Palermo!

This home was perfect for our two families! The location was fantastic with so much in the neighborhood in terms of shopping and restaurants. And what a balcony! Barry and the team were super responsive when we had questions. Loved it - highly recommended!

Amazing apartment with a great location!

We had a great stay at your apartment, it was well stocked and had an amazing location. It was great for our group of 7, lots of room for everyone. The roof top deck was a wonderful bonus. Perfect place for a perfect trip!

5 of my friends and I rented this beautiful property and our experience was just perfect. It is truly in the heart of Palermo and surrounded on all sides by lovely cafes, bars, and nightlife. Silvana and the property owners were incredibly friendly and helpful with whatever we needed. We LOVED the hot tub on the roof and the sitting area nearby. We enjoyed many nights just chatting and drinking up there enjoying the view of the city. This place deserves endless stars and I would recommend it to anyone.

Great location!

Palermo district is an upscale neighborhood, with diverse restaurants and shopping. The apartment has great common areas, including a rooftop spa and barbecue on the terrace overlooking the neighborhood. The only caveat regarding the description of bedrooms & baths is that 2 rooms have bed that were pretty narrow for adults - but would be fine for children; and one bathroom had a 24” x 24” shower. But overall the 7 adults who stayed there loved it.

Look no further, book now! Perfect stay.

We traveled from Ohio in the US to Buenos Aires for my brother’s wedding. It was our first time in Argentina, and the Palermo area was recommended by my brother’s fiancé. This place totally blew us away, and was the perfect home base for the week. We loved the group spaces, especially the fantastic rooftop which is really as wonderful as it looks. The Bluetooth speaker out there was a great convenience. The place was immaculately clean and felt totally safe. The neighborhood was lively, friendly, and fun. We explored several of the local cafes and bars and practiced our Spanish. We used Uber to get around the city and had pretty good experiences with that. Best of all, the communication and friendliness of Barry and the host team really made this place special. We were able to check in early and check out late, which was a HUGE bonus for us as we traveled such a long way with children. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Brand new home in the best location

This property is awesome. It’s right in the heart of Palermo Soho making some of the best restaurants, bars, clubs walkable. The house is brand new, clean and has all the amenities you could ask for - not to mention very stylish. The ownership (Barry) is incredibly responsive and available to help with anything that comes up. The Property manager (coco) waited for us despite traffic from the airport and was very gracious upon arrival. They provided treats in all the guest rooms and a bottle of wine also! The house has all the essentials (towels, cups/glasses, etc) and makes the stay just even better than a hotel. The rooftop is incredible, amazing space with a great jacuzzi, outdoor shower and A variety of seating / tables. Hands down thrilled we stayed here and would recommend it to everyone. Amazing Property! You won’t be disappointed!

I have nothing negative to say about this property at all. The place looks even better in person than the photos. There was excess of everything you might need while staying there (keys, towels, cups, space, blankets, etc.). The location was absolutely perfect. There are plenty of restaurants in the area and you really can’t go wrong when choosing. Everything is walking distance and it’s very lively in the neighborhood, but never too loud. The rooftop deck is amazing. It’s extremely spacious and beautiful. I went in the winter so my friends and I couldn’t enjoy it to the fullest but the weather held up enough for us to get out there and hangout a couple days. To top it all off, the host was very kind and accommodating. I would really recommend this place to anyone visiting and I will most definitely be staying here again if the place is available next time I visit!

Great Stay in Palermo

This apartment was an excellent choice for our group of 7 adults. It is conveniently located in Palermo, near many restaurants and shops. There are several grocery stores a few blocks away, an Italian cafe across the street that serves house made pasta, and a gelato shop around the corner. If you want to take public transportation, the 110 bus is 2 blocks away, on Avenida Scalabrini Ortiz, that will drop you off close to the Subte station. Barry provided excellent information, including recommendations regarding currency exchange and luggage storage. He responded to all questions in a very short time. There are a few items to consider that in no way would deter my group from staying here again. Those staying in the twin bed rooms thought the beds were a bit narrow but comfortable. We did enjoy the jacuzzi on a few occasions, however the presence of numerous mosquitos made it a challenge. This was true everywhere in Buenos Aires. Pack insect repellant and use it daily. We would certainly stay at Barry's lovely apartment again. The location is perfect. The apartment is spacious, clean, and well appointed. It met our needs perfectly!

This year was the first year we’re mosquitoes were prevalent throughout the city, and for sure will add repellents to our home in the future. We hope to see you all again soon. Barry

Tolles Apartment in toller Lage

Vom schnellen und unkomplizierten Check in über die Lage war alles sensationell. Das Apartment hatte eine sehr gute Aufteilung mit separaten Bädern. Die Terrasse war wie auf den Bildern ein Hingucker. Wir konnten die Zeit sehr gut genießen und hatten einen super schönen Urlaub.

A Palermo gem - great for two families

Our group of eight recently booked this property for a week long stay in BA. We booked last minute as we were originally supposed to be traveling to Patagonia but had to re-direct due to Covid-19. What an amazing place to self-isolate. The upstairs deck is perfect for meals with the long table and lounging area (plus outdoor speakers). The kitchen has all of the essentials that you would need. The living room and dining room are spacious and functional. The air conditioners were top of the line. The two master bedrooms were very nice while the other two rooms (bunk beds) were a bit cramped for adults but would be excellent for children. The location in Palermo is perfect and this is by far the best neighbourhood to stay in BA. Amazing restaurants, bars, ice cream shops, grocery stores, wine shops, etc. This is a very walkable area and we felt very safe there. A special shout out to Barry for accommodating us and being so flexible on our check out date (we were trying to travel back early before flights were cancelled). We received our refund for the cancelled days right away with no issues or hassles. A person of integrity. Also a thank you to Coco (onsite manager) for being flexible with our arrival time.
