Venez vous détendre dans nos 2 villas de vacances neuves et luxueuses pouvant chacune accueillir de 1 à 8 personnes. Autonome avec cuisine entièrement équipée et espace extérieur couvert avec barbecue qui surplombe la cour arrière privée fermée.
La zone en plein air de la Villa 48B donne également sur la piscine creusée privée. Si les deux villas sont louées à un grand groupe, l'accès aux portes de la villa 48A à la villa 48B est disponible, permettant l'accès à la piscine pour les deux occupants de la villa.
Les villas sont situées de l'autre côté de la route de la rivière Murray et le logement de péniche amarré exploité par le propriétaire "Boats and Bedzzz" - le tout à seulement 5 minutes à pied du fleuve jusqu'au centre-ville.

Chaque villa dispose de 3 chambres, qui ont toutes leur propre télévision pour divertir tout le monde.
La chambre principale a un lit king séparé avec dressing et salle de bains.
Les deuxième et troisième chambres contiennent des lits queen séparés et 2 lits gigognes simples.
Les deux villas sont équipées de la climatisation à cycle inversé pour un confort toute l'année.
Un parking couvert sécurisé est prévu pour une voiture dans chaque villa et un parking sécurisé dans la cour arrière pour une deuxième voiture et un bateau.
Tous les draps et serviettes sont fournis et la réception est située à côté de la résidence du 42 James Avenue, où les propriétaires serviables peuvent répondre à tous vos besoins.

Veuillez noter que tous les prix sont basés sur 2 personnes occupant 1 lit. Il y a un supplément de 60 $ pour chaque adulte supplémentaire et 30 $ pour chaque enfant supplémentaire.

Fabulous Accomodation

I come to Renmark every year to see clients and this is the first time I have stayed here and it will definitely not be the last, the place was ideal in location, cleanliness and the Pool looked amazing, unfortunately, due to work I didn't get a chance to try it out but I will next time. I highly recommend staying here.

Good location.Within walking distance to shops and pub/club.

We enjoyed our short stay and accommodation was clean and tidy. I wasn't happy regarding the bond. I thought it was excessive particularly for a 2 night stay for 2 adults and that the money was held for 7 days, well after we had left. The owner only lives 2 doors up so can easily see (and hear) if anything was amiss. Apart from that, location was great. Right across from the river and walking track and close to all facilities.

Over and above expectation

Wonderful new property a beautiful 5 minute walk from the centre of Renmark. Deanne makes the stay extremely easy with easy key collection. Place is fully self-contained and very private. Would recommend to any one going to Renmark needing accommodation.

Pleasant house by the river

Great place overall! Across the road from the river, just down the street from the core of Renmark. Interior of the house was new and well equipped. Only issue we had was that the bed had a gap in the middle.

Excellent property

We stayed in this property for a weekend. It was immaculately clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked which was a bonus. It was a great location with a short stroll to activities and venues along the river. We would definately stay again!

Hi everyone, my name is Deanne Flaherty and I own and operate "Boats and Bedzzz" and "Renmark River Villas" along with my husband Stephen. We have two daughters and I have lived in Renmark my whole life, and as such I love the town and the river that runs through the heart of it! We established "Boats and Bedzzz" in 2008. In 2015 we built two "Renmark River Villas" homes and in 2023 we built two more! It is very easy for us to operate our business from home and provide a personalised service to our customers as the villas are next door to our home residence and the houseboats are across the road.

We take a lot of pride in the quality of our accommodation and receive a lot of great reviews from customers that have stayed with us. We aim to please and hope you enjoy your experience with us too!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Our moored houseboats are unique as your accommodation is floating and you can't get an closer to the river to enjoy its spectacular beauty! Moor your speedboat to the side, go fishing from the back deck, go kayaking in the kayak provided or just sit and enjoy the view!
The villas are located across the road from the river and are newly built and modern. Three villas each have a private pool and rear lane access to park a speedboat or 2nd car (also an undercover garage at the front of the property too). Follow the path across the road from the villa and enjoy a riverfront stroll (5 min) to get in to the main hub of the town for shopping and dining.
