Highview Encounter Bay

Cette norme exécutif, récemment rénové, propriété de 2 étages offre une vue spectaculaire sur Encounter Bay. La maison dispose de 4 chambres (4 lits queen size) et peut accueillir 8 adultes. Il y a 2 salles de bains et toilettes. La maison dispose d'une terrasse arrière donnant sur la baie. La plate-forme est mis en place pour sortir de la salle à la porte et se détendre. La maison dispose d'une cuisine entièrement équipée avec cuisinière, micro-ondes et lave-vaisselle. La maison a une cour arrière généreuse avec des clôtures et des portes ainsi que des installations pour barbecue.

Le salon est décoré délicieusement et surplombe également la baie. Il dispose d'un téléviseur et un lecteur DVD. Haut-parleurs pour brancher votre IPod sont également disponibles.

La maison dispose d'évaporation de la climatisation ainsi que le chauffage.

La buanderie a une machine à laver et sèche-linge.

La maison est à quelques pas de la plage, la falaise, Whalers Inn, le café Beach House et magasin de Yilki.

Il y a 2 terrains de golf dans la région.

Le linge peut être fourni par un fournisseur local à un coût supplémentaire.

Lovely property in a nice area. We loved the beautiful deck overlooking the ocean and the natural light inside the house. Well equipped and lots of space for our family. Excellent communication from Eamonn and easy check-in and check-out process. We'd definitely love to visit again 🙂

Wonderful view

This is a great property. We didn’t want for anything in the way of crockery/cutlery/glassware etc, the house was nicely furnished and decorated and that view from the ample-sized deck! Needless to say we spent many hours out there! The owner was great to deal with and provided some great tips on what to do and where to eat. The only downside was the hot water system which due to its size meant only 2-3 of us could shower in the morning or at night. We knew about this before we went but given most people prefer to shower in the morning, this was a little inconvenient. We ended up having to take turns on who would shower in the morning or wait until later in the day. For this reason I would be reluctant to book the house again for more people than the five of us. And while we were advised to bring our own linen, the fitted queen sheet we brought did not fit the bed we used even though it fits our queen bed at home. It's possible the bed is a non-standard size. Recommend bringing both a fitted and flat sheet just in case the fitted sheet doesn't do the trick. But those things were fairly minor issues. If we have the opportunity to return in the future we certainly will.

The best thing about the house is the view, the view overlooking the bay and the Bluff is amazing

The accommodation was great, awesome location with sensational views of Victor and the Bluff. Was close enough to Victor but far enough you get some peace and quiet. was had average weather for our stay but the house had more than enough to keep us occupied with an awesome balcony and views for days as well as great heating inside the house while we enjoyed some of the 150th Open the host was great provided lots of information and was on hand if we needed anything, really cant fault the place We will be back

What a view!

Had an amazing time at Eamon’s property in Encounter bay. Facilities are perfect, the view is amazing. The outside deck is a huge size and fit 2 families perfectly. We had a great time and the place had everything we needed plus more to make our stay comfortable and just like home. Will be back for sure

Great golf weekend in Victor

We really enjoyed staying in this property. It was clean, comfortable and living area and deck are fantastic. The view over Encounter Bay from the deck is magnificent.

Family holiday

Beautiful location, amazing views, great house, well furnished. Unfortunate to have electric water because once it’s gone, it’s gone. So washing up, washing, bathing, showering with 8 people is way too much and you have to wait for it to reheat. Otherwise it’s a great spot to stay with amazing views. Lots of games provided etc. TV was great to keep the young ones entertained. Thanks

Peaceful and relaxing

A well-appointed. easy-to-be-in house; light and airy, comfortable, with brilliant views of the ocean, from the Bluff all the way down the coast towards the Coorong. Great little backyard.

Highview is certainly that.

Lovely place. Well presented and very clean. Everything you need for a getaway. Fantastic views from the balcony/deck. Host was a great communicator throughout. Highly recommended. 5 stars!!

Family getaway

We chose the property for the closed in backyard for the kids and the balcony with the amazing views for the adults. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. The house was well equipped and owner very helpful. Our only suggestion would be to look into a safety gate at the top of the stairs.

Easy accommodation

Lovely place to stay ,clean and tidy inside. There was a few things , no aircon down stairs or air flow on ground level only had 1 spare fan. Both BBQ's were dirty and had not been cleaned. But over all great place to stay

Immaculate home with immaculate views

Nothing is left to chance. Communication with the manager was excellent and the property presents a beautiful opportunity to take in the stunning coastal views. This was our second stay and we’ll certainly be back.

We had a great stay at Highview and loved the house. The backyard was perfect for the kids to play in while we had a coffee on the balcony with an amazing view. Highly recommend.

Beautiful view and relaxing stay

Comfortable stay with beautiful surroundings. This place had everything we needed and more. I’ve stayed in many holiday homes and never found so many condiments and supplies in the cupboard as we did here! The view is lovely and we loved that there was dining and a lounge on the huge deck. There was plenty of room for the kids to run around and a perfect lawn for bocce. Would 100% recommend and stay here again. Only thing worth mentioning is to take your own hand towels too, this is something we didn’t think of and had to utilise the tea towels supplied. No big deal, just a handy tip for future guests :)

It's really about the view...

This home was beautifully appointed and presented. The deck overlooking Encounter Bay is the major draw card and it has been thoughtfully furnished. The yard is great for children to play in and the inside living areas were spacious. All the beds were comfortable and again, beautifully presented. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
