A perfect home away from home!
The apartment was perfect for our 5 night stay. With large kitchen and lounge room and perfect afternoon sun filled balcony for sunset drinks. The 2 large bedrooms made for a very comfortable stay. The edge pool is beautiful!

Awesome View and Balcony

GREAT FAMILY ACCOMMODATION
We found the accommodation to have everything we needed, everything was clean and tidy. The views from both balcony's were amazing and they got the afternoon sun which was a bonus. Great location, everything was so handy and within walking distance if you did not want to use the golf buggy. Lovely place to stay and would definitely recommend it

Perfect in every way!
Wonderful property with everything you could need - golf cart, equipped kitchen, plenty of space, beautiful view for the sunset, lovely pools, BBQ, wifi. Couldn't ask for anything more.

Great apartment, not quite self-contained
We enjoyed our stay at Shorelines 3. Mark was very helpful in helping us make the booking, and the valet service was prompt and efficient.
Shorelines is in a great location - close to the marina etc, great views and with a gorgeous sunset over the Dent passage each day. The kitchen is very spacious (including a massive fridge) but missing some essential items if you are going to cook there (like vegetable peelers, oven trays, baking dishes and tea towels). We had to go to the general store to buy disposable baking trays so that we could use the oven. There were lots of mini ants, but this seems to be common in the Whitsundays, so keep all food in the fridge. We had come from Airlie Beach so brought our own groceries, however you can get a Coles Online delivery to the door, and the general store is well stocked (although expensive).
Having a golf buggy to get around was really helpful, although the horn didn't work and it made a bit of a clicking sound when driving.
We found the bed quite comfortable, and loved the spa bath in the ensuite.
The TV in the living room had some lines through it.
The cockatoos are very friendly but also very cheeky and would come up if you eat on the balcony - I am pretty sure they were responsible for the holes in the screen doors.
We loved the use of the beautiful Edge infinity pool and spent time there every day. It's about 150 steps down to the pool, but you can take your buggy much closer if you don't want to walk all the way back up.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Shorelines 3 and would be happy to stay there again. We will just come a bit more prepared with kitchen items next time.

I'm always replacing kitchen items as they don't last given the salt air.
There is a great new stainless steel bbq about to arrive as well as some new sheets and kitchen items !

Shorelines #3 Needs Some R&M
My friend and I stayed in Shorelines 3 in March. Although the townhouse is in a great location and the Edge pool is a fantastic option, there are a few things the owners need to fix....
The owners needs to fix the fly screens leading to the deck - they were all broken so you couldn't really leave the sliding doors open.
They also need to have the townhouse fumigated as we had a constant ant plague which we had to spray daily and I had to stop a large cockroach in my bedroom.
My friend stayed in the main room and the beds are not great - she woke up every day with a bad back.
The TV's in the bedrooms are very small so bring your glasses if you think you might spend some time in bed watching TV - the main TV is about to malfunction as it has major coloured stripes either side of the screen.
The coffee table is missing it's glass cover which makes putting wine glasses on it a bit unnerving...they tip.
The golf buggy that is included is very temperamental when re-charging - the valet even advised us of this when we checked-in - he said it's one of 2 in the complex that are touchy so you just have to persevere!!
We checked in and although the bathrooms and kitchen had been cleaned and beds made, that was about it - the floors were covered in hair (not ours) and dust - you could see it as soon as you walked in.
The two complimentary beach towels were missing so we had to call the valet twice to get these - we never received the second door key we requested (handy if two people staying but going in different directions at times during the day).
The lounges are not great as you end up sitting on the hard frame as the cushions have no sponge left in them....
So this property could be great - the owners just need to spend some money on R&M as it's looking very tired.

It's great to get some feedback about Shorelines so I can address any issues quickly. These have rarely occured as you can see by the positive feedback over the last fews years. Many people have enjoyed fantastic holidays staying not only at Shorelines 03 but also other apartments such as 1, 2 and 4 all right next door. I can also help with availability in these if Shorelines 3 is already booked. I've just spent the last 10 days giving Shorelines 03 a huge makeover and it's looking great. Outdoor decks and the entire interior has just been repainted by a professional to a high standard at a considerable cost. I've added a Nespresso coffee pod machine as well. This is a great well cared for apartment but please note it is in a National Park environment and if food is left out even for a short period ants and Cockatoos will move very quickly as the last guest commented. The last guest commented on the flywire screens - unfortunately this is a problem all Shorelines owners face due to the birds . The tends to be the case more so in the hotter months and not the winter months. I'm also now personally calling every guest of Shorelines to make sure they understand how the golf buggy is to be used.It is electric and requires charging which is easy when you follow the instructions.It is checked regularly and if used correctly is not temperamental but in fact most reliable. I've never had a complaint about any of the beds so I welcome any comments. Excellent property
We loved our stay at Shorelines 23. very modern and cosy. There was a spectacular view from up and downstairs. It was very close to the Marina where all the islands cafes and restaurants were. The pool was amazing. We will definitely book with Shorelines 23 again when we go back.

Excellent location and great property
Just had a wonderful five nights at Shorelines 28. Our booking was handled by Mark who was super helpful and responsive. The location is great with spectacular views and the use of a buggy is so useful. The flat was very clean although ants get everywhere in Hamilton Island so you'll need to store any food items in the fridge or Tupperware. The kitchen is good but lacked some basic items like a bread/ chopping board. The Shorelines Pool is v small but we also were given access to The Edge infinity pool which was beautiful but always very busy. The main bedroom has a beautiful corner bath, shower and toilet (but no bathroom door so the toilet wasn't used!) but there is no extractor fan so I'd recommend opening the patio doors for a while to get some fresh air to the room if using the shower in there daily otherwise it gets a bit damp smelling. Overall the property is wonderful and we'd definitely stay again.

Great Holiday Apartment
We had a family of 5 stay over the Easter Holiday. The views from this apartment are amazing. We just sat on the deck every night to watch the sunsets, cooking fish on the BBQ, and enjoy cocktails.
Besides the amazing views, the apartment is clean, comfortable, and has upgraded appliances, electronics (TVs and DVD players). The buggy is a must during your stay and this apartment comes with a nice EZGo. The apartment is also fully furnished with everything you would need on a holiday.
While this apartment was perfect with our 3 kids (ages of 9,7,and 5), it would also be perfect for a couple or two or family with older children. Lots of useable space. Another great benefit of this apartment is access to The Edge swimming pool. It is just a short 2 minute walk from the apartment. It has the best views of the sunset while relaxing in the pool!
I interacted with the owner, Mark, and he was a pleasure to work with, great guy. This apartment was beautiful and we are looking forward to stay here again. I would recommend this apartment to anyone planning to stay on the island.

Great place to stay
We had an awesome time at HI and staying here at Shorelines was part of our great holiday. First walked in and saw the awesome view from the living room and balcony and we knew we'd made a good choice. The views are as good as the photos suggest. The furnishings and fitout is of a high quality and you have everything you need. The complimentary golf buggy is a real winner and you can have full access to the island with the buggy which makes access to beaches, restaurants and shops easy as. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends. We were raving about our holiday - Hamilton Island was the best holiday we've had and this place was all a part of our great holiday.
