Important Information for Your Stay:

‼️Guest Registration‼️

In compliance with Japanese law, all hosts are required to keep a record of all guests, including their full name, home address, occupation, and dates of stay.

For non-Japanese guests, a copy of their passport (showing nationality and passport number) is also required.

You can send the required information via email or through your booking channel app. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to customer service.

‼️House Rules‼️

•Please no shoes in the room to maintain cleanliness.

•Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. If smoking is detected, a $200 USD penalty will be charged by the property management company.

•Sofa Bed Setup: The sofa bed is self-service and very easy to set up — it takes only about 2 minutes. All necessary bedding is provided.

•Garbage Disposal: If the garbage bin is full, please refer to the video in the self-check-in instructions to properly dispose of the trash. Thank you for your cooperation!

•Towels: One set of towels will be provided for guests staying less than 3 days. For stays longer than 3 days, please let me know if you need extra towels, and I’ll be happy to provide them.

•Futon Setup: Futons and covers are self-service. All sets are placed on the storage shelves, and we provide pre-cleaned bed sheets, comforter covers, and pillowcases for your use.

•Luggage: Guests are welcome to drop off luggage before the official check-in time, but unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate luggage storage after check-out.

For your safety and protection, CCTV/security cameras are installed in the building, including at the entrance.
