Situé au 3ème étage, le Loggerhead Cay # 143 est la 3ème unité située au bord de l’eau. Il comprend 2 chambres, 2 salles de bains et une vue sur le golfe qui saura vous mettre en mode vacances dès que vous vous installerez.

En plus de la vue imprenable sur le golfe du Mexique, vous pouvez facilement voir la grande pelouse et la piscine extérieure chauffée ci-dessous.

Loggerhead Cay # 143 est joliment décorée et vous profiterez d'un sentiment de sérénité tout en contemplant le golfe du Mexique dans le confort de votre maison loin de chez vous.

Le salon peut accueillir confortablement 6 à 7 personnes, avec un canapé-lit queen à rayures cabana taupe, une causeuse, 2 fauteuils à bascule / planeur / inclinable en cuir de couleur crème parfaits pour les personnes de toutes formes et tailles. Une télévision à écran plat 55 "est à votre disposition si vous souhaitez consulter les conditions météorologiques et les marées avant de vous rendre à la plage. La salle à manger peut accueillir 6 personnes confortablement et se situe entre la cuisine et le salon.

La cuisine entièrement équipée comprend des plans de travail en quartz, des armoires personnalisées comprenant un grand garde-manger, un café avec cafetières Keurig et goutte à goutte, des appareils en acier inoxydable couleur bronze - et une magnifique vue sur le golfe. Une laveuse et une sécheuse sont également à proximité de la cuisine, et un détergent est fourni pour vous.

La sereine chambre principale dispose d'un lit King avec des portes coulissantes menant au balcon avec moustiquaire. Il comporte également une vanité personnalisée intégrée avec un miroir à DEL rétro-éclairé, ainsi qu'une télévision à écran plat montée au-dessus.

La salle de bains principale comprend une baignoire avec douche, un grand comptoir en quartz surmonté d’une magnifique garniture en coquillage et un grand placard.

La chambre d'amis comprend un lit queen-size et un lit jumeau, une télévision à écran plat, de nombreux placards et une salle de bain adjacente avec 3 pièces et une douche à l'italienne.

Pour plus d'intimité, le condo comprend une combinaison de volets de plantation et de stores à une touche Hunter Douglas. En outre, des chaises de plage et des serviettes de plage sont fournis pour votre usage.

Le Loggerhead Cay dispose d'une piscine extérieure chauffée, de courts de tennis, d'un jeu de palets et d'un espace barbecue. Des ascenseurs sont disponibles dans tous les bâtiments pour votre commodité. Vous pouvez vous arrêter au bureau principal et imprimer vos cartes d'embarquement. Facile!

360 beautiful view!

Five sister stayed for a week and enjoyed the island, the restaurants, the condo was fabulous, only downside was no see ums.The condo is furnished beautifully and had every amenity we could ask for!

Beautiful place.

This condo is finished beautifully with a beach theme. Absolutely clean and brand new. State of the art appliances. Location in complex gives great beach views. Just perfect. Great location on island. Complex pool is great. Beach is fabulous. Had a wonderful two-week vacation. Will definitely be back.

Really nice place

The unit was really nice. Nice view too. Checkin process was a little inconvenient as you have to drive to the office (several miles away) to checkin and out. And only key access even though the door has keypads. But not a deal breaker for the lovely place.

Dear Belle, We are thrilled that you enjoyed your stay - and the beautiful view - at Loggerhead Cay #143, and we look forward to technology improving enough that we can introduce keyless check-in at some point in the future. The new technology relies heavily on good cell service and steady power, both of which aren't quite ready for prime time on the islands! Until we're able to provide exceptional cell service to control remote locks, we err on the side of caution and require check-in at our office. We do like to make sure that you arrived safely, and by collecting your key packet at our office, we are able to provide island newspapers, tide charts, review the wifi, cable, Farmers Market and other fun things to do with you in person, at a safe social distance. With remote check-in, we wouldn't know if you actually arrived, or put a face to your name and voice :) The lock the owners chose is not able to be reprogrammed remotely, so we are unable to change the key code after every guest departure. And, we have discovered that while the keypads ARE wonderful, it's not so wonderful when the batteries die, leaving guests locked out in the middle of the night (or a hot summer day). So, providing a key guarantees that you can get in, day or night, without issue or need for an emergency lockout call. We look forward to assisting you with planning your next vacation; and, we hope to be able to offer reliable remote check-in services to you at that time! Great beachfront location condo

Clean, nicely furnished, great beach views, just steps from beach. Beach chairs, umbrella, folding cart, etc. made it convenient. Very cosy and comfortable condo. Kitchen stocked with utensils, but no condiments/oil/etc. Plan to use bug spray as summer evenings brings out no-see-um bugs at the beach.

Condo was as advertised, beautifully decorated.Great location with easy walk to on property beach.

Stayed with a family of four. Two adults and two teens. The unit was extremely clean and with great amenities. Plenty of room and a beautiful view of the the gulf from the living room and lanai. Easy three minute walk to the on property beach. Would definitely stay again

Beautiful view and condo

We had a wonderful time. The views were amazing from the condo and the place was really nice and had everything we needed.

Gorgeous /clean/modern decor Appliances up to date Loved rocking recliners/sofa was clean Great touches throughout the house Amazing view and steps away from the sand We have stayed 3 different times at loggerhead We loved this condo so much we rebooked for 2021

Beautiful Condo

Everything in the condo was brand new! From the cabinets to the furniture. Great size for the price and perfect location. Our family of 6 loved it (4 little ones). Property management was great as well, easy check in, arranged a high chair for us, 1st class service.
