A welcome kit containing 1 soap** of 10 g, 1 shampoo** of 35 ml and 2 rolls** of toilet paper, just so you don't have to buy it on the day of your check in.

** We do not offer to replace these items during stays of less than 7 days. Longer stays must pay the weekly cleaning fee of R$80,00 reais for cleaning and changing of the trousseau.

We leave in the apartment 1 squeegee, 1 broom, 1 floor cloth, 1 dustpan, 1 bucket, 2 bags of garbage for the bathroom and sink, and 2 bags of garbage 30 liters, bottle of multipurpose cleaner and bleach.

- To ensure compliance with the regulations in force regarding public safety in the condominium, this establishment requires the completion of the Online Check-in through a proper channel, which may request the tourist the image of the identity document and/or a photograph. Personal data will be treated in accordance with what is established in the LGPD (General Law of Data Protection). In this sense, the necessary measures will be taken to prevent their alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access.

- Online Check-in must be completed by 1pm on the day of check-in, except for reservations made on the same day, where it must be completed immediately after booking.

- Strangers are not allowed in the building. Only guests with Online Check-in completed will be allowed to visit the property.

- For early check-in or extended check-out we charge a fee of 70% of the daily rate (subject to availability)

- Smoking is prohibited! There is no problem smoking on the street, but I ask that you do not smoke in the apartment, not even at the window. Non-compliance will generate professional cleaning costs and the necessary daily fees to perform the service.

- PETS (if the property accepts) - We love pets, but to keep the apt. always clean, we charge a pet fee of 40 reais per day.

- Any damage to the IMMOVIL, FURNITURE, FURNITURE AND OBJECTS, will be charged the value of the damaged items plus 20% for operational expenses. Ex: freight



The guest is subject to the rules and fines of the condominium.









- Respect the quiet time (10 pm to 8 am)!

- Go through the common areas of the building in bathing suits, pajamas, underwear and shirtless.

- Throw any kind of object through the windows or balconies.

- Put garbage in the building's corridors and stairs or outside the designated bins.

- Extend clothes and towels on the balcony and/or hang them on windows and chairs.

- The use of noise equipment or disturbing instruments, as well as loud talking, shouting or swearing that disturb the peace and quiet or cause embarrassment to other residents.

- Failure to comply with the above rules may result in fines.
