Villa Sol a Sol propose un hébergement de 5 chambres au meilleur rapport qualité-prix à Shacks Beach. Profitez d'une vue imprenable sur l'océan, de terrasses couvertes, de barbecues, d'une télévision à écran plat, du WIFI et d'un magnifique terrain paysager. Cette villa a 2 étages avec 2 chambres au 1er étage et 3 chambres au 2ème étage. Chaque étage est entièrement autonome avec sa propre cuisine entièrement équipée, salon, salle de bain et terrasse couverte extérieure. Beaucoup d'espace pour que tout le monde s'étende et profite de la propriété. Toutes les chambres sont climatisées et disposent de nouveaux lits queen Serta.
Nous avons installé un générateur électrique dans toute la maison pour votre confort 24/7. De plus, nous avons installé un système de captage des eaux pluviales comme sauvegarde pour les services publics de la ville. Nous avons installé des systèmes de filtration d'eau par osmose inverse à chaque étage pour vous fournir de l'eau ultra pure et décourager les bouteilles en plastique à usage unique. Veuillez apporter vos tasses Yeti pour profiter de l'eau la plus propre possible sans plastique à usage unique.
Il y a trois douches extérieures séparées et une arrière-cour bien gazonnée. Nous avons installé un support SUP et des supports de planche de surf pour le stockage de votre matériel. La propriété est fermée et entourée d'un mur de béton avec des jardinières sur tout le périmètre. Le jardin est éclairé la nuit par un éclairage paysager professionnel. La villa a de grandes baies vitrées et des fenêtres grillagées pour profiter de la brise des Caraïbes ainsi que des ventilateurs de plafond dans toutes les chambres. Il y a des bars à l'extérieur du comptoir en acajou africain pour des cocktails en soirée, pour dîner ou simplement pour sortir. Le sol est carrelé partout et il y a une passerelle extérieure carrelée autour de la maison. Chaque unité dispose de nouveaux grands réfrigérateurs côte à côte avec de l'eau filtrée et de la glace. Les cuisines sont entièrement équipées pour préparer des repas et il y a de nombreux bons restaurants à une courte distance pour votre plaisir culinaire. Notre location de 5 chambres comprend 2 unités séparées entièrement contenues. Louez les deux unités pour 400 $ / nuit ou 2500 $ / semaine plus 7% de taxe PR sur le loyer total. Si vous n'êtes pas allé dans cette région de Porto Rico avant que le propriétaire soit sur place chaque jour et puisse vous diriger vers les meilleurs emplacements pour tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin.

Overall Impression: Fantastic! This house is right at the beach--less than 100 steps from front door to the sand. Clean with updated amenities. Owner was helpful, friendly and accessible. We would absolutely come back again!

This is a beautiful place with great access to the beach. No complaints about the property. Stayed with a group of 10 adults so we filled up all 5 bedrooms. This number of people puts a strain on the 2 bathrooms, ideally this place could probably use another 1/2 bath but that's a bit nitpicky. Loved the place and would love to go back.

Amazing House & Location

This house was perfect for our spring break. With 5 bedrooms (first and second floors) our group of 8 had plenty of room. The location was wonderful. Steps away from a great beach. We enjoyed listening to the surf and Dale is a wonderful host.

Great spot!

We loved our stay at Dale’s property. He was an excellent host. The location is unbeatable- didn’t have to wear shoes! Beach was right there! Apartments were excellently equiped- they even have a water filter which saved us and the planet from buying bottled water. We will be coming back next year!

Loved the location and the home, steps away from the beach and Dale was helpful in pointing out an area to swim in the ocean. A neighbor’s barking dog was the only issue.

Family getaway

We booked our trip to see my wife’s side of the family (first time in about 5 years) so we wanted to make this trip extra special and take them to the beach with us as well. Everything about the house was perfection; it was in pristine condition, extremely well-kept, everything easily accessible and closer than we even thought to the beach! The pictures don’t do this property justice, Dale was an excellent host and we hope to be returning when we come back to visit. Thank you again Dale!

Beautiful area

The property was great. We used both floors, two bedrooms on the bottom and three bedrooms on the second floor. Kitchen and bathroom on both floors with a sitting area. A couple of outside showers and a faucet to wash sand before entering the house. One of the bedrooms on the bottom floor does not access the kitchen/bathroom area from the inside, but no big issue. Dale is great and very unobtrusive, check in and out was a breeze Dale walked us through the property in the beginning and showed us the two car parking area. A third vehicle can be parked about 50 yards down the road. Beach access is just about 60-70 yards away. There is coral just off the beach from the house, but not too far away is open water. Would recommend and would stay again.

20th Anniversary Celebration

This property was absolutely perfect for our needs. We rented both floors and it was nice to be able to each have our own space. We all loved the beach and snorkeling. The kids loved the hammock. The seashells on the beach are amazing. We were able to see a lot of sea urchins and starfish. The hose at the end of the driveway for rinsing off is a sand lifesaver! Dale, the property owner, was easy to contact and quickly answered our questions. We would definitely stay at this property again!

Beautiful!

Dale’s house really does stand out as one of the most beautiful property’s in the neighborhood. The landscaping makes you feel like you’re in a tropical paradise. Everything was top notch. We have 0 complaints. If we ever return to PR, we would definitely stay here again. Make sure and visit Ola Lola’s and The Eclipse, both of which are just down the street. Only two things to note-bring or buy beach towels. They are not provided. Also, the ground floor unit- it is two bedrooms. BUT, one of the bedrooms has a separate exterior entrance. Fine for adults but wouldn’t work well for young children.

Nice Weekend at Isabela

The property is in an excellent location. Steps from the ocean. The house was confortable for our group of 9 (we rented the 2 units). The only thing that for me was a bit uncomfortable, is that there are no table lamps in any bedroom. If your wish to read a book lying on your bed during the night, you have to turn on the fan/ceiling light. Dale was a nice host and the communication was great.

Villa Sol a sol

This visit was a return to the island where our family lived 20 years ago. Our stay at Villa Sol a sol made this monumental trip better than we could imagine. The property is a piece of art in itself. The landscaping, outdoor spaces, and pristine amenities with the sound of ocean waves present at all times was a delight to the soul! The lane the home sits on is beautiful as well, with flora and fauna that are both breathtaking and relaxing. We woke up each morning to see the sunrise with our coffee either right on the beach or observed from one of the balcony seats. We snorkeled every morning at the Blue Holes on site for an hour or so before the daily adventures we planned nearby. Evening sunsets were breathtaking and part of our early evening routine after showers (plenty available with the outdoor ones present.). We cooked or would take the short stroll down the beach to The Eclipse restaurant (part of Villa Montana) or down the lane to our favorite spot-Ola Lola’s Tiki Bar. *Highly recommended! Dale was very kind and helpful. The house set up has mostly anything you desire. When we did ask for something, he provided immediately. A couple things to note, gas stovetops but no cooking ovens. There are Microwaves and a grill. No dishwashers or laundry so plan to hang dry all of your wet items on the line provided, and hand wash dishes. Our family of seven fit quite nicely on the two floors as we rented both units. If you are looking for location-the blue holes are steps away. Beauty-unsurpassed views everywhere you look! Cleanliness-not a single bug in the home. Safety-we probably shouldn’t but we left the doors unlocked almost the entire stay. If you are looking for an amazing atmosphere for your next experience on the Isle of enchanto, this is your spot!

Amazing Value

The property was Awesome. Surfing right outside the door. Dale provided us with amazing value for the money. Hot water, clean, well kept, amazing spot. Will be making repeat visits to Dale's VRBO. Right down the road from Jobos Beach, restaurants, and bars. Lots to do close by. I highly recommend this rental. Did I mention Horse back riding within walking distance? By far the best place I have stayed in all my trips to Puerto Rico 🇵🇷

Great and beautiful home for large family

Thank you Mr Martin for allowing us to stay in your great and spacious home. We rented entire home to accommodate some out of town guests for my daughter’s destination wedding. House was super clean and in safe area. You had everything available for our large group. From plenty of towels, and basic essentials. Dale was available for any questions. Great customer service!

Great property manager, beautiful house, unfortunate circumstances

Our trip unfortunately coincided with the arrival of hurricane Fiona over Puerto Rico so we had to evacuate the property after staying in it for a day and some change. Nonetheless, it was a beautiful property literally right next to the beach we love, it was exactly what we wanted! The 2 dogs on the property were extremely loving and well behaved despite having been slightly chased around by an almost 1 year old which we are so grateful for (those dogs deserve all the love in the world!). Other than the weather, the house left little to want and my family looks forward to being able to return. We would definitely recommend the property to others.

Excellent In All Aspects

We have stayed at Shack's Beach a number of times over the past 10 years and this is one of the best properties we have stayed at. Amazing views and just steps to the beach with the best snorkeling around and a good spot for kiteboarding and other water sports. Dale was great to work with and the house was top notch. Good size bedrooms and kitchen area and plenty of outdoor living spaces with a grill. The outdoor showers are perfect for the kids. Easy walk to the neighborhood cafe/bar and just minutes from Jobo's Beach which is great for little kids as well as another surf break. We would definitely stay here again!

Beach time

This property exceeded our expectations. This was a last minute find needed to accommodate 6 adults and three children. Dale's place did not disappoint. It was roomy, well decorated, homey, but above all CLEAN. We all enjoyed the beach just a few steps away!!!! Definitely will be coming back to stay at this home!!!

A few surprises

An excellent location for base camp for all my family wanted to do while in PR! The best part of the house is the beautiful landscaping and outdoor seating. We spent most of our time on the covered patio on the ground floor - more like an outdoor living room. The kitchen is well equipped and Dale is a good host - very responsive in communications. A few surprises - We loved the 2 dogs that were there - Patrick and Sandy were very sweet and helped us not miss our own rescue back home too badly. They were a constant, quiet presence perfectly happy just being nearby. - the fluffy towels are bathing only - 'beach' towels are not provided - the coin laundry is not at the house but rather a few kilometers away - turn the 1.5 hours needed into an outing with a craft cocktail at the Wagon Bar next door! - the top floor including the beautiful rooftop in the pictures is not accessible to renters. It was nice to have the separate apartments as well - the younger generation had the upstairs to themselves, which was great as they're all night owls in our group. You could see the ocean and some surfers from the 2nd floor balcony seats which quickly became a morning ritual. I'd recommend this home to others with clarification on the listing.

I have been traveling to Puerto Rico and renting in the Shacks Beach area for over 20 years. In 2011 I had the opportunity to purchase this property that I had walked by, admired and dreamed of owning for years. I spent the summer of 2011 at the house working, designing and supervising the renovation. My goal was to create a location that both my family and guests would enjoy and would want to keep coming back to. Through my years of renting in the area I compiled a list of amenities I would want included in a rental property which I have incorporated in Villa Sol a Sol for your comfort and vacationing pleasure. Every summer since I acquired the property I have initiated new projects to enhance the property to provide the best accommodation possible for our guests.

It has all of the amenities required to ensure your vacation will be a positive and memorable experience. If you're into surfing, SUPing, windsurfing, kite surfing, snorkeling or just hanging by the beach you will not find a better value proposition than Villa Sol a Sol. We strive to be the best rental at the beach.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

From the moment you pull up to Villa Sol a Sol you will be pleasantly pleased with the whole property. You have gated parking, beautifully landscaped grounds, ocean views, covered porches with hammocks and outside covered bar tops to escape from the sun and enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails. The floors are all tiled, bedrooms are air conditioned, of course we have Wi-Fi, new Serta queen sized beds, nice comfortable living area with cable TV, and remodeled kitchen and bath. We have multiple outsides showers to rinse off the salt and sand from the beach and a clothes line to dry swimsuits and towels after a fun day at the beach.
