We understand that you may have felt frustrated upon arrival, especially as it seemed you arrived without fully reviewing the information and details provided about our accommodation in advance. We understand this may have influenced your experience and your review. Regarding your concern about someone entering the property, as we explained during your stay, heavy rain occurred that day and the windows had been left open. To prevent rain from entering and damaging the room and your belongings, our staff had no choice but to enter briefly in order to close the windows. Had we not done so, significant rainwater would have entered your bedroom. We believe it is unfair to criticize our staff for taking action to help protect your comfort and property in this situation. Additionally, as our accommodation is located in Japan, we kindly ask that when traveling internationally in the future, guests take time to review accommodation details carefully in advance and remain open to experiencing different styles of hospitality and living arrangements, rather than expecting every destination to match the standards or lifestyle of their home country.
