Les appartements se trouvent au deuxième étage de la maison. Les ascenseurs ne sont pas disponibles. À 2 minutes à pied seulement, il est possible de visiter le centre historique, les principaux sites touristiques, les musées, les bâtiments et les monuments importants de la ville. Restaurants, cafés, pâtisseries et bars se trouvent dans un rayon de 50 mètres, alignant les spécialités de la région. Le stationnement est possible devant la maison dans un parking payant (gratuit le week-end) ou dans une promenade de 8 minutes dans un garage. Des stations de taxi et des transports en commun se trouvent également à 10 minutes à pied. Tous les sites importants de la ville sont accessibles en env. 20 minutes à pied, mais le service de location de vélos est une expérience encore plus enrichissante.
