Oh my goodness - this is walking distance to most of West Asheville, walk to Nine Mile Restaurant, walk to the Admiral Restaurant etc - ONE BLOCK from Haywood Road. You can also easily bike to any of West Asheville including New Belgium Brewery and so many other wonderful sites. You are 5 MINUTES to downtown Asheville (you are staying on Exit 2 - go to Exit 1 just ONE BLOCK AWAY). You can get to almost anywhere in the county in 15 minutes or so or less :)
This historic property was fully renovated from brick wall to brick wall 2017-2018-2019, so you will enjoy an Asheville Experience in a Historic Home (over 100 years old) with all the modern conveniences of a new build. There's a Front Porch, a Covered Back Porch (with Hot Tub, Picnic Table and Grill), a fenced back yard, parking off street and on street - since it is a corner lot (Pennsylvania Avenue AND Hanover Street), you can park on either - we do when we stay there, or on the 2 off-street parking spots below. Natural gas furnace heat, central air conditioning (new in 2018) keep you comfortable, along with the spacious kitchen, granite countertops, laundry room facility and 2 full bathrooms, 1 half bathroom, extra towels for the hot tub. Guests LOVE IT HERE !
