1300 pieds carrés de nouvel appartement de luxe refait à neuf 1 chambre privée en bas à Sandy. Tous les invités ont commenté: "Les photos ne rendent pas justice à l'appartement". Bien plus grand que les photos. Quartier calme. Parfait pour les cadres / vacances ou court séjour. 15-45 minutes de ski / planche de classe mondiale, randonnée, et vélo. Vous ne trouverez pas un appartement plus agréable et plus spacieux à Sandy pour moins par nuit. Great place!

This is a very clean and spacious apartment in a quiet neighborhood. The well-stocked kitchen gets lots of pleasant afternoon sunlight. Paul and Frances are lovely people who are very attentive and welcoming. We would highly recommend this listing to skiers because of its location near the UTA park and rides. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location!

My husband and I were looking for a place to stay while visiting family in the Sandy/Draper area. This space exceeded all expectations! Great neighborhood, close to shopping and restaurants. And a fantastic walking trail a block away.

Nice, cozy place

We had a wonderful stay. The basement apartment has lots of space and is set up nicely for feeling at home. The owners were very accessible and went out of their way to make the stay comfortable. Great location for accessing the best places to visit.

Family vacation

We vacationed to visit family and this basement apartment was PERFECT. Close to the freeway and shopping-clean-quiet-large with all the amenities we could ask for. We would return any time we come back to Utah.

Great Accommodation

We had a wonderful stay. We were there for the whole month of February. The place was very clean and spacious. It had everything we needed for our month stay. Very close to restaurants, shopping, hiking, skiing and entertainment. Hosts were wonderful and made sure we were enjoying our stay. We will be back next year.

A great place to stay.

The basement unit was enormous, very clean, well appointed, in a nice neighborhood not far from the mountains, and had all the amenities we would want. The host was very accommodating, walked us through upon arrival, and checked in regularly to make sure everything was going well. I would stay there again without question. They are really nice.

Great Location and Spacious Apartment

All the little things are thought of and provided. Great location south of Salt Lake City. Very spacious and comfortable. Plenty of table space for a one bedroom. The location is close to anything in the Salt Lake Valley around the point of the mountain. Would definitely stay again.

A gem in Draper!

I couldn’t have found a better property for my stay in Draper. Paul and Frances were wonderful hosts going above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The apartment looked just like the pictures and had everything I needed. It’s in a wonderful neighborhood and close to shopping, groceries and food options. I am sure I will look at their availability the next time I return to the area.

Lovely quiet retreat

This place is exactly as advertised! The house is located in a very nice quiet well kept neighborhood. There are numerous walking/biking trails nerby with incredible views of the mountains. The local grocery store is an absolute treat that is just down the street. The house is very clean and well kept, we enjoyed our stay immensely and would return in a heartbeat!

Husband and wife who work full time...Frances works remote from home and should be able to respond quickly to any needs or concerns that might present itself. Been doing short term rental for a long time and recently added VRBO to accommodate all travelers. We take great pride in our home and apartment. Anything less than 5 star reviews we consider it a failure, so we strive VERY hard to accommodate all of our guests requests.

Recently remodeled to accommodate short term rentals. HUGE bedroom, family room and kitchen with private laundry and fireplace. Your own home away from home. You are minutes from hiking trails, world class ski/snowboard resorts, hang gliding adventures, Boating, ATV and motorcycle trails, plenty of restaurants and upscale grocery store and retail (therapy :) )...Why stay with us you ask? Because you will not find a nicer/larger space/property in the South Valley area for less money. Shop around and you will see what we offer and you will enjoy is the very best value in all of South Salt Lake County!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

You get to see (we dont allow interaction between the pets and guests) our "children" Mercy and Fuzzy. 1 very sweet female "fluffweiller" (rottweiler) and 1 very loving basset hound and you will LOVE your stay with us. We strive for ONLY 5 star ratings and have been blessed by almost 100% of our guests to earn such a prestigious rating. Try us out...you will not be disappointed.
