The condo was exactly as described. We had a wonderful time. Glad we could bring our Maltipoo- she’s 15 and this was her first visit to the beach.

Melissa was very prompt in answering any questions I had. The place is right on the beach which was perfect for us. Pier park was within walking distance. I would definitely return!

Host is awesome and quickly responds to our questions. Not so clean though. Outside furnitures have molds. Bathtubs and shower curtains were not clean. Very spacious. Convenient location, close to everything. Bathroom and bedroom doors will not lock. Master bedroom shower not fully functional.Overall very nice experience.

I am all for honest reviews however, we had several communications through out your stay and you did not mention any of these issues and DID NOT give me chance to correct the issues you had. If you would have contacted me in regards to these issues my cleaner would have been back over there quikcly to fix.I take pride in the condo being clean and I expect my guest to treat it like their home. That has not been the case this season. Do you have photos of the condition because I know 100% my cleaners had been there. I am sorry ypou had these issues wish they had been brought to my attention.

Loved our stay

Love the property is walking distance to Pier Park so we parked our car and didn’t get back in it till we left. Property amenities are also really nice. The condo is comfortable and felt like home away from home.

Beautiful Views/Great Hospitality

This place was wonderful! It had everything we needed and more! The owner was always so quick to respond to any questions we had. The condo was very clean and spacious. The views from the balcony were beautiful. Great location! I wish we could have stayed longer!

The condo is excellent!!! Good walking distance to pier park and restaurants. The best washer and dryer of any condo we’ve ever stayed in. There were 9 of us and we never ran out of hot water. Highly recommend this condo.

Fantastic staycation!!! Bringing our dog was a bonus!

We are local to Panama City and wanted to do a staycation and enjoy the air show that was put on this weekend! We had expected to sit on the beach to watch it but quickly realized that the views from the condo balcony would far exceed any vantage point on the beach or the water! It was an awe inspiring event. Condo was perfect for our family and friends to be there with us. This was our first time renting a pet friendly condo as well.

Spring Break

We had an excellent stay! The condo was ready for us just before 4pm on check in day. It was spotless. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed while we were in. Plenty of extra blankets, pillows, and towels. a few beach chairs and beach toys in the closet. The only thing I wish was different is that we could have gotten 3 parking passes instead of just 2 seeing as how there was plenty of open spaces in the garage, but that’s an aqua policy not the owners.

I was absolutely on top of all your so called issues. I sent my maintenance guy over within 10 minutes of contacting me. You refused to let my cleaner to come back to do whatever you wanted to be done. When the door lock stopped working my locksmith was there in less than an hour to install a new $500 lock. That was not fast enough for you. You left the condo dirty and your kids were out of control to the point security had to be involved. If you are going to damage someone’s business ( this is not a hobby for me) then why don’t you put detail? I feel like nothing we did was good enough and you were looking for a pay out. I am sorry your stay did not meet your expectations and that my managements timing was subpar for you.

Great unit!

The unit was great. We had enough space for everyone, and it was close to everything we wanted to do. We actually felt like we got to relax this year. Communication with the property manager was awesome, and she quickly fixed whatever we needed. I do recommend more wash cloths and kitchen towels for the next guests. I didn’t reach out about those because I always bring extra towels with me. I know if I had said something, she would have taken care of it. We had a great stay!!

Great visit to Panama City Beach

We had a terrific time in the condo! It had a well-stocked kitchen with room for groceries. The beds were comfortable and linens on the beds were crisp and clean! We had an issue in the master bath garden tub when the faucet wouldn’t shut off and we were afraid it was gonna flood the bathroom but we finally got it off. I notified the landlord to report it but it never got fixed while we were there. Also there were not enough towels and washcloths for 8 grown adults. 2 towels in each bathroom(6 towels total) 2 washcloths per bathroom (6 washcloths) and no hand towels at all. We went out and bought a few extra (inexpensive)towels so we could all take showers.

Could’ve used a clearer definition of “fourth bedroom”. It was more like a Murphy bed off the kitchen with no privacy. Not a 4th bedroom. I would recommend even a narrow kitchen table as opposed to none at all.If there was a broom and dustpan, we would have for sure help keep up with the sand that is brought in. Absolutely wonderful facility and great hostWe plan to stay here again.

Beautiful condo

Spacious condo, beautifully decorated. Looks as it is pictured. very nice to have extra sleeping space by kitchen. Some disappointment that there was not a broom anywhere in condo. Felt like from check in to check out I had sand on the bottoms of my feet that inevitably gets tracked into bed which I did not like. The ice maker dispenser did not work. Access to local channels on bedroom TV's was a hassle. Lastly, NO furniture/ dressers in the 2 spare rooms, That would be GREATLY appreciated. No where to place your things and closets are a DISASTER. Kitchen pots and pans disorganized, well used.
