Flambant neuve à Luxury Beach Rentals, cette suite 1 chambre au 2ème étage est face à l'océan et offre des vues spectaculaires sur l'Atlantique bleu. Ce condo offre deux lits queen dans la chambre et un canapé-lit queen dans le salon. La salle de bain offre des comptoirs en granit, une combinaison baignoire / douche et du carrelage. Les autres caractéristiques comprennent des téléviseurs à écran plat dans la chambre et le salon, une laveuse et une sécheuse et une cuisine entièrement équipée avec des comptoirs en granit, ce condo crée un séjour spacieux et spacieux pour vous et vos invités. la station est située au coeur du Grand Strand dans une section de plage très familiale. Les activités sur place comprennent le complexe de piscines intérieure et extérieure qui comprend une rivière paresseuse, 2 piscines, 4 bains à remous et une pataugeoire pour enfants donnant sur la plage ainsi qu'un centre de remise en forme et une pelouse de bronzage.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice rental. We stayed on the fourth floor (three bedrooms) and then the second floor (two bedrooms). Both condos were clean and well stocked. Excellent location. On the beach with indoor and outdoor pools and spas.Property Management was awesome and took care of all our needs, including extended stays due to travel difficulties.Highly recommended

Lovely condo

This is the second time my husband and I stayed in the same condo at Southwind. The place is very comfortable and had everything we needed. I like the fact it is away from the busy vacation area but close enough to access restaurants and entertainment.

We really loved the location it was very close to everything. Restaurants, grocery stores, entertainment. The condo was just as it was in photos, very clean and had everything we needed. We would defiantly come back to this condo when visiting SC.

First Myrtle Beach Experience

This was our first time in Myrtle Beach and we will be back. We loved the property, it was very clean. Beds were nice and firm for a good nights sleep. The only thing we would of liked to see is a bigger trash can but for the space it was fine. The lazy river kept the kiddos entertained for hours!! Highly recommend.

Nice condo and facilities

Pros: clean, well-furnished, quiet, easy access to beach and pools, keyless entry Cons: lack of places to store clothes and hang wet towels, pathetic pull-out mattress, lack of balcony privacy from pool area. We would gladly return to this facility, but would choose a condo which was further away from the pools and had a suitable pull-out bed.

Relaxing week at South Wind

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Excellent locations close to restaurants & activities.The only negative was that the building was very crowded during this time & noisy in the evenings. The only reason I did not give it five stars is because my wife and I are used to sleeping on a softer mattress, and there was no table to eat at so you can enjoy the beautiful view. I wish the beach authorities would not allow fishing from the beach in front of the hotel.

Beautiful but flawed

Pros - Beautiful Location, Very clean, responsive management Cons - Check in process was confusing; location in the building is actually on the first floor--if you go on the balcony you are right above and in front of the hot tubs; Wi Fi was difficult to connect and often sporadic, no security presence; there was no beach equipment; only one paper towel roll and one toilet roll were provided YOU DECIDE

Great location other than that just okay

The condo is located in a nice building right on the beach close to many restaurants. The pools, lazy River and hot tubs were great. The unit is tastefully decorated. Couple areas of improvement that would make the experience better: -the mattresses were uncomfortable, much too firm -existing shower head pressure is inadequate, should be upgraded -upon check in there was only 1 roll of bathroom tissue and 1 garbage bag provided. It was an inconvenience to have to run out and get them. Should provide these inexpensive items. Overall we enjoyed our stay giving 4 out of 5 mostly based on the location.

I enjoyed the fact that this resort did not have water park and other loud amentinties. It was calm and quite for the most part. A relaxing stay. The facilities were in great condition. We spent alot of time in the lazy river. We really loved the room and the updated features. The only drawback was that the rental did not seem as if it were cleaned as well as I would have liked it to be. There was sand on the floors upon our arrival and there was a stain on the bedroom floor that could have been mopped up. Other than that, we really enjoyed the stay!

Needs more attention to detail

The room was "surface" clean, but needed a good deep cleaning. The closet floor in the bedroom was sticky, and the closet with the washer and dryer was nasty with lint everywhere. The details on the room listed there was a shower/bath combo, but was only a stand up shower. My young kids did not like having to take a shower nightly. The floor around the toilet needed more cleaning as well. I get its prime vacation time, and the room has a fast turn around time, but a good deep cleaning needs to be done as well. On the plus side, it was a great location for the beach and my kids enjoyed the pools and lazy river. With this room being on the same level as parking, that was a big bonus!

Beautiful October vacation!

I truly did not expect this quaint condo to exceed my expectations but it did! Photos posted above are very accurate. The physical location was the very best part. Across 52nd Avenue are several awesome local hangouts and a marvelous Italian diner, reservations needed! You will not be disappointed. Pine Lake Tavern is also located in the same plaza! Great happy hour choices and menu. Local talent play Wednesday and Friday in both taverns. This condo was perfect for the two of us in so many ways. The second floor location, easy access condo, the adorable tasteful decor, nice size bathroom with plenty of space for cosmetics/toiletries and cozy bedroom were just some of our favorites. Nice sized television in bedroom and living space. The second floor balcony is nice but it is above the noisy very busy hot tubs. The hot tub is loud when in use. Folks tend to shout at one another because of it. Because the three pools were too cold to use, folks hung out in the hot tubs. One evening a group was using inappropriate language I shut the sliding door. Because of the location you hear constant conversations all day and all night. There is one pool semi under roof - no windows, cool air blows right through through the bottom parking lot it shares space with. extremely cold water. If windows enclosed this pool and the pool heated it would be a great asset to the resort. well maintained and clean resort. Pool area beautiful. Easy beach access. Perfect size. Don’t hesitate!
