Le Caroline est un bel appartement indépendant nouvellement construit avec une chambre séparée et une cuisine entièrement meublée, une salle de bain complète avec douche carrelée et une laveuse et une sécheuse pleine grandeur. * Les frais de nettoyage sont inclus dans le prix de la nuit. *
Les draps et serviettes sont fournis.
Ce chalet est situé dans la communauté Marshes Light et dans le quartier historique de Manteo. À distance de marche de merveilleux restaurants, galeries, boutiques et sports nautiques et aventures de voile.
Entrée privée et parking dans la rue.

Great place near the Outer Banks.

Clean, quiet and very walkable to the boardwalk and downtown Manteo. I would recomend it.

Beautiful home, location and ease of access to restaurants and beaches. Host was more than happy to talk with us and give his recommendations of where to eat and places to visit. This was a bucket list item for us and it did not disappoint. I would recommend staying at The Caroline Cottage

A Great Anniversary Trip

We went to the Outer Banks for our 35th anniversary. The apartment was very comfortable and close enough to "stuff" to walk to dinner and shopping. It was also right at the waterfront , so you could stroll along the water to go shopping or to dinner. The host was fantastic and very responsive to communication. Very quiet and in a very nice neighborhood. Very close to several good restaurants. Highly recommended place to stay.

Fantastic weekend away!

This is a fabulous cottage for a couple looking to explore Manteo and Roanoke Island. The location is perfect for walking around the historic downtown area, as well as for driving into NagsHead!! Everything wa clean and well stocked. Tod answered our questions and had great restaurant recommendations

We ended up arriving later than we planned, but Tod arranged seemless key pick-up. He greeted us the following morning and even let us know the event we were there for, had been rescheduled - We had no idea. He gave us great recommendations to fill the time.Cottage was very comfortable and beautifully maintained.Thank you.

Quaint Cottage

The cottage was charming, the check-in process a breeze and the location was perfect. We were in walking distance of the Manteo social district. I would highly recommend for a cozy and quiet stay.

Great spot in Manteo

Great location in Manteo. The over-garage apartment is very well done and has everything you need for a stay. It’s nice that there are three separate rooms…bedroom, bathroom and kitchen/tv room. We have already booked our next visit here.

Beautiful and great location

The unit was in lovely condition, just as advertised, and was perfect for the two of us. We stayed a week and would love to come back. It's also in a great location, you can walk to downtown Manteo's restaurants, shops, and the festival park very easily. Tod was a great host!

Convenient and Cozy

My husband and I had an amazing weekend in Manteo. Tod's cottage is immaculate, bright, quiet and convenient to downtown. It is a short walk to the boardwalk, shopping, and restaurants. Tod could not have been and more gracious host. We would definitely book this cottage again.

Very nice garage apartment. Super clean and beautiful wood work and painting. Large bathroom and fully stocked kitchen. Location is perfect for walking into old town Manteo. Great vacation lodging. Ideally situate for exploring the Outer Banks and Hatera/Ocracoke. The host was very nice and professional. We will be staying here again!

The photos do not do this listing justice! It was so fresh and clean, tastefully decorated, and felt welcoming. The neighborhood is quiet, and convenient to shops, stores, and points of interest. It's a super relaxing place to stay, and I enjoyed staying here!

Great location!

The property was very nice, perfect size for two adults. The rooms were laid out well with a nice small full kitchen and roomy bathroom. We enjoy the location, it was in walking distance to downtown Manteo which is exactly what we were looking for. Such a cute little town. The owner reached out and made sure we had everything we needed.

Amazing Property!

My wife and I just experienced a wonderful trip to Manteo. We travel there multiple times a year. This was our first time at this property. It was very clean and convenient to downtown Manteo. We were within walking distance to several stores and restaurants. Tod was an incredible host and very helpful. We plan to stay at this property again in the near future.
