Situé à quelques minutes du centre-ville d'Ipswich, cet appartement entièrement meublé de 2 chambres est situé au milieu des arbres sur Rosehill. L'appartement est complet avec cuisine, buanderie séparée, 2 grandes chambres 1 x lit queen et 2 x lits simples, salon, salle de bains avec toilettes séparées et un salon extérieur où vous pourrez profiter des brises et des vues dominantes. La propriété est calme et paisible. Une courte promenade vous amènera à Queens Park pour un café ou un repas au café. L'unité a été répertoriée sur Stayz depuis près de dix ans et nous avons hébergé des invités d'Australie et partout dans le monde. Certains ont séjourné 4 nuits et environ jusqu'à 2 mois. Relaxing stay

The unit is very well equipped, literally all you need is food . Lovely caretakers next door. Roz the owner is very friendly n helpful.

Jungle

The photos must be 10 years old. To get to the unit through the jungle was dangerous, especially if older. The grounds of the unit was very unkept. Not a place that you could stay and enjoy. We left a day early. The unit was grotty and needed a good clean.

Don’t bother

The place needs a good renovation x decorating the curtains were filthy dirty the gardens looked nothing like the pictures or the accommodation, everywhere needs a good clean one of the curtains in the kitchen was shorter than the other? It was so dark inside with all the trees overhanging we had to have the lights on when we were inside .

Absolutely Perfect

Perfect little home away from home for our family. Our children had a 4 day netball tournament so we had a very hectic schedule. It was so nice to be able to come home to comfy beds, plenty of room and loads of outdoor area for the children to play,climb the tree and even meet the doggie next door. Our neighbours in the next unit were also playing in the same division at the netball tournament, so we got to make some new friends. We loved having the cafe just around the corner for morning coffees. Great location and so central to everywhere we needed to go. Thank you so much Ros, we didn’t need for anything. We will definitely be rebooking for next years tournament as soon as we find out the dates.

Tranquil spot in great location

Delightful, comfortable unit so very close to all amenities. Ipswich Nature Centre just minutes' walk away in Queens Park. Easy walking distance to town and local restaurants. Unit bounded by lovely gardens which give a feeling of seclusion even though you're in the heart of it all. Would definitely stay again. Thanks Roz, we really enjoyed our stay :)

Excellent location in Ipswich

Good unit in an excellent location, close to central Ipswich and local shopping centres. We could walk into Ipswich, go to the local eateries and shops and visit the Central attractions. The unit had plenty of room, good WiFi and all you needed for a stay.

The property was just what we wanted. Roz was very helpful when we had a couple of unfortunate mishaps during our stay. Would definitely stay there again if going back to Ipswich.

Lovely and quiet place. Nice park near by for a walk with a dog and kids. Short drive to shops. Thank you for your hospitality, I am sure we will bw back again.

Comfortable and pet friendly

we stayed here with our two cats for a week. enjoyable stay. comfortable beds, quiet and homely. roz is super friendly and helpful. a good place to start if you wanna explore ipswich!

We couldn't ask for better!

It was amazing! The host provided everything you could possibly need even some canned food for emergency! It was spotlessly clean, the bed was sooo comfortable, the property was set in a nice garden. Handy to a large shopping centre, neighbourhood coffee shop, bakery, Asian food cafe, all within walking distance! We couldn't fault it, we will return!

Great bookabach property

Had a great stay at this property, it was quiet, clean and tidy and had everything we needed. Great location with easy access to shops, agent replied very quickly to messages and very helpful, would stay again :)

Our Stay at Rosehill Apartments

This was our second stay at Rosehill apartment and both times we have been very pleased with the apartments they are clean, well equipped with great wifi service. The apartments are great value. As our son and his family live in Ipswich we will be hoping to visit regularly so will be continuing to stay at the Rosehill apartments.

Rosehill Ipswich

Older style unit, neatly maintained and in great condition. Nice and quiet location at the end of the court. Everything you could need was in working order. It was ideally located for my activities during the week. Will stay here again when I'm in the area.

Quiet slice of heaven 5 minutes to everywhere.

Lovely clean 2 bedroom apartment with everything you could need for a short stay. Had a homely feel from the second we walked in. So quiet at night you can sleep with the windows open & a lovely little porch to have your morning cups on and watch the birds play. There is a yummy coffee shop 5mins walk at the end of the street & there is a woollies or coles 10min drive in either direction. Plenty of space to store a trailer, truck & car on the beautiful property grounds. Nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely stay there again & will be recommending to anyone that needs a home away from home. Thank you

When you stay you will know why we bought this property. It is unique in Ipswich. The old house was once a landmark. The land is elevated and you can see for miles. The units were old and we have refurbished them to what we offer today.
