Profitez de toutes les commodités d'une escapade de luxe, tout en étant niché dans une charmante maison en rondins. L'atmosphère à Moonlit Lodge est une expérience de montagne à la minute où vous entrez dans la porte. A l’intérieur, vous serez choyé avec une grande maison ouverte avec 3 grandes chambres et 2 salles de bain 1/2, pouvant accueillir facilement 12 personnes. La suite king avec salle de bain (vous ne pouvez pas en croire l’énorme douche en pierre et la baignoire d’angle encastrée) peut accueillir 2 personnes, la chambre supérieure avec 3 lits jumeaux et la chambre avec lits superposés pouvant accueillir 6 personnes Ce sont des lits sur mesure construits dans les murs, créant un coin confortable pour dormir! Le loft a un canapé-lit queen pour la chambre à coucher supplémentaire. Une belle véranda / salle à manger est adjacente au salon avec accès au bain à remous extérieur. Profitez du porche couvert pour prendre un café tout en écoutant le ruisseau relaxant à deux pas. Vous pourrez passer vos soirées sur le pont réchauffé par le foyer et vous détendre dans le bain à remous!

Below 8k feet

We loved the cabin, it was tidy, clean and well maintained. It was a short drive from Idaho Springs, and right next to a stream. The nights are cool and the days are bright. There is a noise curfew for the evening, but honestly you don't really think about it with all the things available. The hosts were very kind, one of the kids accidently broke a glass lamp, we notified the hosts and they were very understanding. Good fun stay! Pros: * Beautiful scenery * Plenty of sitting space (including outdoors) * Flowing stream * Clean and tidy interior * Under 8k feet (no altitude sickness) * Amazing, well stocked, fireplace for the house * Well maintained and hot hot-tub. Cons: * Slower internet speed (to be expected in the mountains) * No cell service (Verizon) * Right off a highway (not a busy one though) * Small outdoor space * Parking (we had two full size trucks, there was no other room for a vehicle unless you parked on the grass) * Needs updated cookware (many of the Teflon pans were badly scratched up)

This cabin is perfect! Pictures are great, but they seriously don’t do the cabin justice! The place has such great amenities and is in a wonderful location! There is so much space! Our group of 10 fit with no issue! Our group stayed for its proximity to Gray’s and Torrey’s Peaks (40 min drive). The check in and out process was seamless. I would stay here again and suggest that others do if they find themselves in the Idaho Springs area.

Perfect family wedding gathering spot

My family, as well as extended family, stayed in this spacious mountain cabin for 3 nights while attending a wedding at nearby Blackstone Rivers Ranch, just 2 miles away. The kitchen had more than enough cookware, appliances, counter space, and basic spices to accommodate multiple large meals. There were more than enough towels and bedding. Direct TV and internet worked great. Washer and dryer were convenient (even had some detergent left by previous guests). Having an iron on-site was nice, as well as 3 bathrooms for getting ready for the wedding. Beds were all comfortable and our kids raved about the adorable bunk beds. We moved the twin bed out into the loft for the weekend and my mom felt like she had her own room. She said that mattress was more comfortable than her own. We took advantage of all the rockers and swing on the front porch and loved listening to the creek out front. The hot tub worked great. We loved the sun room with the huge table for meals and board games. We really loved our stay and our kids are trying to come up with reasons why we should return next summer. Barbara, thanks for being so responsive and maintaining such a lovely home. We hope to be back. :)

awesome property

Wish I could’ve stayed a few days longer we were there for a wedding and a couple extra days of recuperating would’ve been awesome. My only suggestion is to save the door code # If you have Verizon wireless, we had to drive back into town so we could get into our email and get the code for the front door! ha ha ha definitely would stay there again.

Beautiful Home, Wonderful Stay

We were in Idaho Springs for a wedding. This home was close to the venue and perfect for the 7 adults that stayed there. We hosted a small brunch after rehearsal and everyone was impressed with the size and beauty of the house and outdoor space. It was well equipped- the kitchen well stocked, plenty of towels, and a peaceful atmosphere! The host was very prompt in answering questions. Highly recommend!

Great house! Everything was great about the inside and outside of the house. Location was great 45-60 mins from all the slopes. You’re also very close to golden and other place.

Perfect for our Wedding Weekend

I used this beautiful mountain home as the homebase for my wedding weekend. The home and nature surrounding it was out of a dream and it was the perfect place for me to relax the days leading up to my wedding and for my bridal party to get ready the morning of. Couldn't have imagined a more perfect place for the most special weekend of my life and the host, Barb, was so helpful and accommodating before, during, and after our stay.

Charming, comfortable log home

We loved our stay. It was a beautiful setting and the home itself was comfortable and charming. It was perfect for our family, who needed a place to stay close to my son’s wedding at Blackstone Rivers Ranch. It was the perfect location! The only reason why I gave less than 5 stars for communication was due to problems with VRBO, not the owners. The owners were fantastic! No matter what source I used, I could not sign in to VRBO for over a week. It was time consuming trying to receive the check in instructions. Again, that was all on VRBO. I would highly recommend this for your stay.

Family wedding

We had 3 families with 12 people aged 1 - 53 and we were all comfortable in this spacious cabin. Very well appointed with amenities. Beautiful location. Only hiccup is I would not recommend the pullout couch, very springy and not comfortable - my husband and I choose the bunk beds with the “kids” and they were very comfortable/ he is 6’2” and was fine. Cabin very conveniently located just 5 minutes from town and also I-70. Close to so many attractions. Our son was married at North Star Gatherings and this was a perfect spot to gather family members. Thank you for sharing your home with our family.

Excellent cabin

Cabin is roomy and excellent accommodations that allow for several groups to enjoy separate activities. Kitchen is very well stocked with appliances, pots and pans, bowls and utensils. We were able to bake 250 cupcakes and a wedding cake while there. Excellent response time from hosts.

Perfect Place

We rented this house as my daughter was getting married in Idaho Springs. The place was amazing. Very clean and had everything we needed (aside from a full length mirror). I was able to host a bridal brunch of 20 women (there were enough tables and chairs to set up outside) and also the hair and makeup set up the day of the wedding. The dining room was the perfect size foe 4 make up/hair artists And the lighting was perfect. Was very peaceful and quiet as well and allowed us to enjoy the downtime prior to all the wedding festivities. Barbara was great! Very patient with the 100 questioned I had while trying to plan. Highly recommend

Beautiful lodge

We loved our stay at the Moonlit lodge. The big kitchen was perfect for gathering together and preparing meals, the dining room was spacious and the hot tub was divine, especially after a long hike. We loved having our morning coffee by the stream. The host was available via phone when we had questions.

We did NOT like that we were forbidden to even sit on porch after 10pm. Also there are video cameras all around the outside of the house making us feel like we were being watched.

Great time

Just a beautiful spot. Great value, bigger in real life than it looked online. 2 tvs (not that we really used them). Extra couches can qualify as beds given their amazing bunk bed room. Only qualms are the noise restriction which really wasn’t a huge deal but gotta be careful when it gets late if any guests are outside. Also internet came and went and no service in the valley. Overall great long weekend highly recommend.

Great Stay for a Ski Weekend

We really enjoyed this property. It was the perfect distance to Loveland Ski area and enough space for our families. The kids loved the bunk room and we also enjoyed having the hot tub after a day of skiing. We also enjoyed having a wood fire to snuggle by. Owners were easy to get ahold of and quick to respond!

Great family vacation!

Cabin was amazing for our family of 8. We greatly enjoyed the space, adult bunk beds were a fun bonus, kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. We enjoyed the hot tub after a long day of skiing and sitting by the fireplace playing games.

Perfect Family Getaway

This property was absolutely perfect for our family. We were 9 adults traveling for a local wedding and we had absolutely everything we needed in this beautiful property. It was conveniently located to activities, restaurants and groceries. The owners were very communicative and easy to work with. We were able to host a beautiful, comfortable brunch for the wedding party Sunday morning that couldn't have had a better setting.

The location and home were beautiful! The property owner provided a clean and comfortable home for us to enjoy our sons’s wedding near by. Perfect Place to Stay!

We loved our short visit to Idaho Springs. Wish we could have stayed longer. This VRBO was a great location for our stay. Close to town, close to the wedding venue and close to hiking areas. The VRBO was very comfortable for everyone. Loved the open kitchen front room area and a great dinning room. Kitchen was supplied with everything we needed. Highly recommend this place to stay!
