The property is in an ideal location in a quiet area but near to retail outlets and the free CAT bus stop a few steps away.
The property was very clean and has everything you would need to be self sufficient..
We really enjoyed our stay in Perth
It is clean, neat, homely and comfortable with household utilities provided. The view from balcony is northerly and splendid. The building is well managed and clean, with lifts. The location is convenient with red CAT bus stop nearby.
Good location - 20 min slow walk from McIver Station, 10-15 mins to IGA, CAT bus stop 2 mins and can easily walk into city mall area. Beds were comfortable for us and it had everything we needed (except toilet paper which we knew as was mentioned in previous review). Getting shower temperature right was tricky and pressure not great but still did its job. Would suggest new seal on fridge door. We enjoyed our stay in this unit.
Good location, there's a CAT bus out front and a little IGA across the road with lots of places to eat out. The communication with the owner was good and the check in was quick and easy.
On the down side we found the bed very uncomfortable (could feel the springs) and the pillows were thin and not supportive. We were also expecting three couches as per the photos but there was only one two seater so not really great for a family. We were booked in for ten days and were only supplied with one bin bag and one roll of toilet paper for a family of four. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and it was a good base to access all things around the city. The car park was also great and saved a lot on money on parking. The building also felt very safe and secure and was nice and quiet.
We travelled from New Zealand to visit our son and grandchildren and wanted to stay in the city, The location was perfect, free bus a few steps away, cafe underneath Monday to Friday, small supermarket across the road,and the Coffee Club around the corner.The unit was perfect for our needs. We had a fold up bed for when the kids stayed, and a designated car park. Everything we needed. Definitely will stay again.
Location was good, just what we wanted and was quiet, no disturbances from neighbors etc. As for the accommodation, the mattresses were poor quality and uncomfortable, what you would expect in the cheapest motel. The air conditioner in the main living area was weak and had to run for long periods to keep the area warm. Also, we arrived at 9pm on a Sunday (after flight delays) in pandemic restrictions and a small supply of tea/coffee/sugar bags etc. would have been welcome(there were none, nor any salt/pepper etc.). It lacked a feeling of generosity which is not difficult or expensive to achieve.
Great central location, coffee shop Bella Gina on the ground floor was delicious. Plenty of shops close by for the essentials, even a chemist. Red cat bus stop just out the front so was great! Would deffinetly recommend and stay again. The lift did stop working but I rang the number supplied in the notice board for the company and was fixed within in the hour. Great, great apartment and location.
An excellent clean well located two bedroom property close to everything.
I had a great stay at this property in Perth. My son and daughter came to visit and we were able to walk to the Swan River foreshore to have meals at cafes by the river. I enjoyed the indoor pool, spa bath, gym and sauna. The only thing I had problems with were the mattresses as I could feel the springs so if the place had more comfy mattresses it would have been better than perfect. Overall Stayz thank you for a great stay excellent service.

My husband and I enjoyed staying in this apartment so close to downtown Perth. The free bus service was a few steps from the apartment, but I also enjoyed the 15-minute walk to the city center. The apartment was clean, and made for a pleasant stay. We were glad to be up on the 7th floor, so could leave windows open without worry, and enjoyed catching the breeze. We often took an evening stroll by the river, as it was just a few blocks away. Several convenient stores right in the area - very handy. The manager was responsive, friendly, and timely. We would stay there again.
We enjoyed our stay of three nights. There is plenty of room in the apartment for three people and the balcony has a nice view of the city. The kitchen has cooking utensils and the bathroom is roomy, and there is security parking. Across the road is a convenience store where you can buy food, toiletries etc. and there are plenty of places to eat within walking distance. The centre of Perth has an excellent bus service ("CAT"), which is free and runs often and there is a bus stop close to the entrance of the apartment building.
A very comfortable, sunny apartment on the seventh floor that provided everything we required for our winter holiday stay. Close to the river, shops and restaurants with free public transport at the front door.
we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. What a location right in the heart of the city, but also a close walk to the river and park for an early morning walk. Easy walking distance to cbd for shopping, the mint across the road. Parking for our rental car and easy access in an out of complex was added bonus
The property was in a good location but unfortunately is in need of refurb.
The bed was only suitable for one person as you could feel all the mattress springs and the lounge was worn out and uncomfortable to sit on, could be a really good property.
