Un chalet de 3 chambres joliment présenté, à deux pas de la plage dans un cul-de-sac, dans un endroit calme.

Hafan se traduit en anglais par "havre de paix" et constitue une description parfaite de ce charmant cottage calme. Alors que seulement une minute à pied de l'horloge et du centre du village, cette propriété est située dans une impasse avec un accès piétonnier à la plage à quelques mètres de la porte!

La propriété a une sensation fraîche et aérienne étant décorée proprement et avec goût. Les immenses fenêtres du salon avant permettent de profiter de la lumière du jour et de profiter au maximum de la vue sur la mer.

Les chambres comprennent un maître double, un jumeau de taille confortable et une chambre avec lits superposés pour les compagnons de bord. Une cuisine moderne et contemporaine mène à une véranda lumineuse offrant un espace de restauration idéal ou un sanctuaire paisible. La véranda mène au jardin arrière, entièrement clos, qui est un joyau inattendu. Cette zone permet une vue imprenable sur la plage et les dunes avec des vues fantastiques sur la montagne Holyhead.

La salle de douche de style contemporain située juste à côté de cette zone permet à cette entrée arrière d’offrir la solution idéale pour sortir de la plage et se rendre directement dans la douche à la fin d’une dure journée dans ou sur l’eau.

De nombreux parkings hors route sont proposés dans l'allée, ainsi qu'une autre zone pavée à l'avant complétant l'espace extérieur de ce havre de paix caché au bord de la mer.

One very sunny week in July 2026

Loved the location and the garden is stunning with views across the beach - raised deck and garden furniture. The proximity to the air base means obvious features of the planes at reasonable close quarters - which is something we enjoy. Access to the beach is at the bottom of the road, couldn't really be much closer but the step down/up is quite high so may not suit everyone. Loved the extension to the rear, with bedroom, with beach/sea views and the dining area and kitchen are all lovely. The only thing I would suggest as improvement is that as a 'dog friendly' property and we had a dog, that it would really benefit from wooden/laminate flooring throughout. We were an aware it was dog friendly on opening the door but after a good airing it was fine. Lovely property, fab location and would be happy to rebook. Easy walking distance to the pubs and shops (up a small hill) and cafes. Rhosneigr is a lovely relaxing place with great walks all around. Check out the Oyster Catcher, Sandy Mount and the cafe on the front above the surf hire shops etc, nice seaside shops too and cocktails easy to find!

Perfect location

My husband and I enjoyed a five night stay here in March. The location is amazing. The beach is at the end of the road and there are sea views both front and back garden. Perfect for sunsets watching. The town is a few minutes walk with great restaurants, bars, shops and cafes. The house is very comfortable and has everything you need and styled really nicely. There is room to park 2-3 cars if needed. Breakfast on the back patio watching the windsurfers/surfers/paddle boarder early morning is lovely and the sun is on both front and back garden throughout the day. A lovely house for a relaxing break - will return.

As a family of 3 generations we love Anglesey and Rhosneiger is ideal for water sports beautiful beaches and a lovely little village. We like Hafan for its location close to the beach ideal for walking the dog and watching sunsets.

Perfect location and amazing stay with a beautiful view

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful bungalow in Anglesey, Rhosneigr. The property offers breathtaking views, and it's conveniently located close to everything you could possibly need in Rhosneigr. It’s warm, welcoming and feels like a home away from home. Whether you're looking to explore the area or just relax, it’s the perfect spot. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with easy access to the beach and the town. Will definitely return!

Holiday memories

Hafan is a lovely place to stay. We chose hafan because- it was February weather was mixed and had elderly parents with us ( one in there late nineties) and we wanted somewhere with a view and local amenities in walking distance. Didn’t disappoint and wind surfer's provided plenty of entertainment. The dogs loved the beach also. We made plenty of lovely memories to cherish. Only a couple of things that could be improved which are easily fixed- some hooks in shower room, grab rail my step down into dinning area and by front door. Thank you for letting us use your property it is in a beautiful location. We will stop again next year around the same time of year.

Yards from the beach …..

Well equipped property a stones throw from the beach. New kitchen, plenty of space, nicely furnished. Ideal for dogs with a secure back garden and gated access. Would highly recommend.

Amazing property, perfect location for the beach

We loved staying at Hafan, we will definitely be back. The location of the property is less then a minutes walk to a large sandy beach, which the dogs loved. The views of the sea from the back and front of the house are amazing. The house was clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. We loved the spacious kitchen especially the large American fridge freezer and the wine fridge. We really enjoyed our stay in Rhosneigr with its great café and restaurants which are just round the corner. We look forward to returning again soon.

Warm and cosy

Hafan is a beautiful cottage (bungalow). Modern interior, lovely and warm for Windy Rhossy days. It was a treat to stay there. One of the sofas looked at the view - which was prefect as I could see the guys enjoying their windsurfing. The kitchen was well equipped and the two bathrooms for 6 of us is spot on. Quiet location and easy to walk the dogs to the beach or onto their favourite grassy lawn at the top of the road. This cottage is special and we really enjoyed our stay (second stay).

The most amazing little gem of Rhosneigr

Hafan is the most wonderful little gem in Rhosneigr, a stones throw from the beach, breath taking views and wonderfully comfortable. Possibly the most relaxing holiday ever. BBQs whilst having a glass of wine looking at the view at the rear of Hafan, long walks along the beach, strolls into the village only 150m away for a glass of wine or meal out. Amazing. Rhosneigr gem

Thank you for another lovely stay. Though weather worked against us, we finally got to see the spitfire take off for its onward journey. We stayed in Hafan on this occasion. Another great place. Spacious, very well decorated and appointed. Comfortable beds, with quality bedding. A stones throw from the beach. * Two small issues were; Walk in shower head needs to be fixed better and instructions for use ( cord pull etc ) would be helpful, and added to other instructions in folder. Main bathroom shower head moves around when in operation so would be good to resolve. Also, please add a small standard kettle. The hot water tap is great, but could cause an elderly person to burn themselves if not used to one. Other than that, we were impressed with this rental, and, as always, the helpful personal touch with Anglesey Holiday Lettings. Thank you very much. We will be back!

Stunning property 5 *****

This was our first time at Hafan and it won't be our last. Work was being done on the outside which over ran however, this did not prevent us from relaxing and enjoying the property. We were kept up to date by Angelsey Lettings. We received a bottle of wine from the owners due to the work being carried out. Everything inside and outside the property was amazing. Loved watching the sea from the back garden. Highly recommended.

Excellent property in a fabulous location.

We had a lovely week at Hafan, made even better by the unseasonably good weather. The location is brilliant for the large beach, which our dogs loved. We enjoyed the views of the sea from the front and rear. We also loved watching the Hawks & Texans coming and going from the nearby RAF Valley. The house was very clean, beds comfortable. The kitchen is lovely and modern and we loved the American fridge freezer. The only negative for us is that the sofas are a little low, but this is just personal preference. Hafan is just around the corner from the centre of Rhosneigr with it's handful of shops and eateries. We definitely recommend Hafan and also Anglesey Holiday Lettings .

Lovely stay despite the weather

Hafan is in the perfect location to watch the sea in any weather with views from the front window and the conservatory at the back of the bungalow. There has been a new kitchen fitted since we last stayed which is very lovely. We had lovely meals at Mezze (tapas), Oyster Catcher (Sunday roast) and beautiful steaks at Mojos. As always the Passionfruit zombies on comfy sofas at Starvation were lovely. Lots of lovely touches in the house that enable you to cook properly or just sit and watch the kite surfers in the bay. Thanks again and see you next year!

October Holiday

Great home from home, everything needed in place. Had a lucky week with the unusually warm weather but would imagine the home would be lovely and warm when the weather turns. Minute walk to the beach, 2mins from the high street. My only suggestion would be to replace the dining chairs, too big for the space in the conservatory! Other than that no gripes at all and highly recommended place to stay with our dogs!

Hafan

We stayed as a family of 6 and dog. Location is fantastic with views of the beach from both front and rear of the property. Plenty of space for 6 and well equipped kitchen. The only negative is that the dining chairs are too big and restrict movement around the table. We loved the beach theme furnishings. We enjoyed watching planes take off and landing at RAF Valley. We ate locally at the Oyster Catcher and recommend this venue. The local shop is well stocked but for a larger shop there are supermarkets within a 15 to 20 minute drive. We enjoyed ourselves so much we booked again for next year .

Excellent holiday home - with superb views of the beach

Fabulous holiday home - views of the sea/beach from front room windows and back garden. two minute wander down to the beach, and same for centre of village and shops/takeaways. Beds were comfortable, with more than enough pillows and cushions. two big settees in front room - comfy and perfectly situated to sit and watch the sea. really nice kitchen, with oven and combi-microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. my random bug bear - sharp knives in holiday cottages - no need to worry here: lots of utensils including sharp knives! nice big dining table in conservatory off the kitchen. Also, handy extra shower room - water pressure a bit lacking in this shower but perfectly usable with lots of hot water. Would absolutely recommend this property

Excellent accomodation

My husband and I, and our two small dogs, stayed at Hafan for 1 week in September and we had an excellent stay. It was our first time staying at this property and we were very impressed. The owners appear to have been modernising the property with more changes to come, and we enjoyed the special touches like the lovely ornaments and the Sky Glass TV, making it feel like a real home from home! The property is spacious, very comfortable and in an enviable location, with stunning views of the sea from the lounge windows and from the rear patio area. And just a very short walk to the shops and eateries. The only minor niggle we had was a slight musty smell in the main bedroom which we couldn't put our finger on, but everything else was spot on. We'd love to come back to stay at Hafan but it will unfortunately be too big for us once the garage is converted into an additional bedroom so we are glad to have been able to enjoy it! The experience with Anglesey Holiday Lettings was excellent, as always, and we would highly recommend them as a booking agent for anyone looking to holiday on Anglesey.
