2,600 square foot 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home with open floor plan. Great spaces for entertaining or hanging out with family & friends. Less than 5 miles to downtown Saratoga and SPAC, and 6 miles to the track. Comfortable furnishings.
Outside is a one acre lot including woods and a large back yard. There's a swing set for the younger crew (or young at heart), and a fire pit to gather around when the sun goes down. The yard is a great space for playing a game of kickball, or enjoying some lawn games (included). Deck with grill and patio set overlooks the yard, with a view of the woods. . Two car garage and driveway with basketball hoop.
Inside is an open floor plan with plenty of room to spread out and enjoy each others company. Central air. TV in every bedroom. Queen air mattress also available.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?
We love our home town and really enjoy hosting, so we try to provide a fun, relaxing place that we think is ideal for spending a weekend with family and friends. We like to add some special touches, so please let us know if there's anything we can do to make your stay more enjoyable.
We're a short ride to all the action, but far enough away so that you have privacy and space to enjoy the beautiful Saratoga summers! If there's anything special you need, just ask, and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Outside is ideal, with a nice deck with grill, overlooking a large backyard. You can play lawn games in the yard, or hang out on the deck and watch! Nestled in the corner is a swing set, and along the woods line is a fire pit. Great spot for enjoying each others' company at night. There's also a basketball hoop in the driveway, where many a game of "horse" has gotten pretty competitive!!
Inside is a welcoming open concept kitchen, nook and family room - great for watching TV, playing games, or cooking a meal together. If you have a musical group, the living room is a nice gathering space with a piano (beware - it is out of tune!). With 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths, a living room, dining room, family room, kitchen plus nook and office, your group should have plenty of room to spread out.
We do want everyone to understand that we live in a neighborhood, so please be considerate of our neighbors by having quiet hours outdoors after 11 PM. We want you to have a blast; all we ask is that your respect our neighbors and our home.
