Superbe destination de vacances en bord de mer!

Sunset Suite est une maison de plage lunatique et balayée par le vent qui possède toutes les commodités qu'une maison sur une plage devrait avoir! C'est très isolé; la dernière maison située juste sur l'océan avant les dunes de Greenwich. Sunset Suite a 830 pieds de plage immaculée dans votre propre cour! Descendez les escaliers et parcourez des kilomètres sur la plus belle plage de la côte nord de l'Île-du-Prince-Édouard! Sunset Suite a 1850 pieds d'espace fantastique. Le premier étage comprend un salon à aire ouverte avec foyer au propane, une salle à manger et une cuisine entièrement équipée. Chaque fenêtre de ces chambres a une vue imprenable sur le golfe de Saint Lawrence! Le premier étage dispose également d'une télévision / chambre avec un lit queen-size. Le premier étage a une belle salle de bain complète avec une laveuse / sécheuse. Le deuxième étage est tellement charmant avec un salon entre deux très grandes chambres. Il y a une magnifique salle de bain avec une baignoire à jets pour deux personnes pour se détendre après une dure journée sur votre propre plage privée. Il y a une terrasse au lever du soleil depuis le salon pour profiter de votre café du matin et un coucher de soleil projeté dans la terrasse pour profiter de vos cocktails happy hour. Hors de la chambre principale est un escalier en colimaçon à une pièce de 17 pieds de long entourée de fenêtres. Les vues là-haut sont magnifiques et les enfants adorent cet espace. Il y a un grand porche enveloppant parfait pour les dîners et divertir tous vos amis qui peuvent se joindre à vous pour regarder les phoques manger leur repas du soir dans l'océan devant vous. Il y a une faune abondante car nous sommes dans un endroit magnifique. Nous voyons des aigles survoler, des hérons bleus attendant patiemment leur dîner, des lapins gris, des colibris fréquentent nos fleurs sauvages. Profitez de l'arôme magnifique des roses de plage et des baies sauvages. Cet endroit, c'est comme être dans un conte de fées devenu réalité!

Picture Perfect

Picture perfect location, very private and gorgeous. Close to the national park and easy access to hiking trails. Fell in love with PEI and hope to return someday!

Wonderful two-week visit!

Great spot - gorgeous view, amazing beach a short walk away, Greenwich National Seashore is incredible, house's location is remote, which was a huge plus for us; moreover, everything you'd want to visit is within an hour's drive - great golf (especially Crowbush Cove), Basin Head Beach, Charlottetown, etc. We retired in July and wanted to take a trip after settling into our retirement home and this was a perfect getaway!

Incredible Sunsets

Don was an excellent host. Beautiful home which was well furnished. The sunsets from the deck were gorgeous. Highly recommend this property.

A slice of paradise

Don was a very helpful host and responded quickly to any questions. The kitchen was well stocked and the bathrooms were very clean. The setting is the Pearl in the oyster! Beautiful, quiet and private.

Perfect relaxation

Went beginning to mid May. A bit chilly, but nice when it was sunny. Still off season, so the island was quiet and peaceful - had most places to myself when out exploring! It was great! Sunsets from this home would never get old. Comfortable and has everything you would need.

True getaway!

Comfortable home from home, with the added advantage of being by the sea. It is peaceful with just the sounds of the sea and the birds, we had beautiful weather for most of our stay. Had plenty of evening walks on the beach with my daughter looking for sea glass. The dog loved it too!

Perfect piece of Paradise

They were incredibly accommodating, really couldn’t have been more so. Don was close by but never bothered us while checking in via text a couple of times just to make certain we had what we needed. The house & beach front property were absolutely gorgeous! It was very clean & well maintained, & comfortable. We plan to visit PEI again & hope to stay here again as well!

Stunning Views

We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage.It was roomy and cozy and had beautiful views from every window.We enjoyed the wrap around porch and two balconies that provided great views of the ocean and the best sunsets we’ve ever seen!We found Don to be a great host. He lives in a separate cottage on the large property.Currently the beach in front of the cottage is very rocky due to the hurricane of two years ago.Fortunately Don told us about a few beautiful sandy beaches within a ten minute drive of the cottage.We’ve stayed at many cottages on PEI and this is among our favorites. Spectacular vacation

Description of this property is not perfectly accurate, because it is hard to describe the sound of the ocean, the smells of the sea, and the feeling of beach sand in your toes. But when you want to enjoy PEI, this property is a must. Very clean, uniquely special with its views, location, and accessiblity, and the hosts goes out of their way to make this vacation perfect. The property is perfectly stocked with everything you need, the hosts are always too willing to help out and make suggestions, and we can't wait to come back.

Sunsets by the ocean

We had an amazing vacation by the ocean at this property! Don and Diane were the perfect hosts, attentive to any needs. The sunsets were incredible to watch from the front porch, front yard and if the mosquitoes got to be too much, we retreated to relax in the screened in deck, fully protected. The house is fantastic with lots of space for relaxing both outside and in, and a cute loft room for some quiet time. You can’t beat the ocean view, after all the house is just a few steps from the water. There is a long sandy beach a short walk down a grass path and over some rocky terrain. We had an amazing time and will return next year!

On the Ocean

We had a great stay at the cottage and in PEI. While it was late in the season, there were still a lot of restaurants and other facilities open. The cottage is within good driving distance of eastern and central PEI, and we managed to visit several places including our favourite beach Basin Head, which was very quiet at this time of the year but just as beautiful. The cottage is within hiking distance of Greenwich National Park, although we chose to drive there and then do the 4.5 km hike across the boardwalk to the scenic dunes and beach. While the hurricane washed away the beach in front of the cottage, there was easy access to the beach to the west that leads to the Greenwich Dunes. Nothing like being on the north shore - we enjoyed the days when the ocean was quiet as much as the couple of days when the ocean was roiling. The cottage was well-equipped and certainly met all our needs, including the privacy we were craving. The owner Don was next door in a smaller cottage and was friendly, helpful and available on short notice. We enjoyed our talks with Don. We would definitely go back!

Unforgettable stay by the ocean

Don and his pup Honey welcomed us personally when we arrived and Don was always available if we needed something. The house itself is situated in an incredibly peaceful setting right on the ocean. The view at sunset (and sunrise) cannot be beat. The layout of the house is very practical and the kitchen was well equipped and the bathrooms had plenty of towels. The mosquitos and flies were comparable in number to other parts of the island, but bring bug spray. One thing to improve would be to provide a travel crib for babies/toddlers and 1 or 2 pressure baby gates in order to block off the bottom of the stairs and/or bedroom doorway. The pillows and sheets on the beds could also be replaced for optimal comfort. We would love to come back for another stay in future!! Thanks for a great stay!

Great Property on the Water

We spent two weeks at this amazing property and we had a great time. The cottage has all the comforts needed (small appliances, dishwasher, washer/dryer, board games, firepit, cable, wifi). There was lots of room for a family of four to stretch out in this cottage. The views of the ocean were amazing and the beach ranges from white sand to rocks. It is a beautiful location. There are lots of birds varying from blue jays, to various gulls to watch around the property. We also found lots of "mermaid tears", shells, and other fun finds on the beach. Don (the owner) checked in to make sure our stay was going well and was a pleasure from start to finish. Very happy with our two week stay with our two kids and pets at this great cottage. Don and Diane: thanks for sharing your wonderful property with us!

False Advertising

This house is advertised as having an immaculate sand beach. According to the property manager that was all wiped out by a storm last winter. The listing and the pictures were not updated. False advertising. Reached out to the owners about this and no reply at this point.

Beautiful Location Weekend Staycation

We had a wonderful long weekend holiday at Sunset Suite. As soon as we stepped out of the car and smelled that 'beach smell', tensions of our day to day lives melted away. Sunset Suite is a beautiful cottage that provided all that we needed, including comfort and peace. Walks on the beach, watching the sea birds, seals and fishing boats from the front deck, the sound of the waves lulling us to sleep, the wonderful sea breeze wafting through the open windows. The local fare must be praised as well. During your stay at Sunset Suite be sure to add B&W Café and Bistro in St Peter's Bay, The Golden Dory in Greenwich and The Seafood Shack in Morell to your 'Must Do' list. During our stay, we hosted a family picnic. All agreed that it was one of the best we have ever had. The cottage was a perfect location for the event. Thank you, Don and Diane for the opportunity to enjoy your beautiful cottage. We hope to be able to return in the near future.

Home away from home by the Ocean

With the beach just a few minutes walk down the lane from this property, it makes an amazing beach holiday. This is our second year here and it did not disappoint. Swimming the the warm waters, walking forever on a white sand beach. Spectacular sunsets, whether you watch from outside on the deck, in a chair by the ocean or from inside at the kitchen table. A wonderful home with master bedroom on the ocean so you can fall asleep to the sound of the waves. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils. Board games and puzzles for those rainy days. The perfect place to relax by the ocean with family or friends. Don is the perfect host, and is easy to contact and there when needed. We will definitely be back!

Great Stay

Everything was great, had everything we needed. Don was great and easy to get hold of and very accommodating. The sunsets are amazing at this place and the ocean front and the beach down the road were awesome . We celebrated our 25 years here and was amazing and very relaxing by the water . The seafood shack in Morell to eat was incredible

Private & fabulous

We had an amazing week at this wonderful house… inside it’s quite spacious & very clean with cozy bedrooms & a fabulous kitchen- outside there is unlimited space with beautiful views & nightly sunsets. There is a provincial park nearby that you won’t want to miss- we highly recommend!

Glorious setting for enjoying these sea & beauty of the north shore

Attentive, courteous host- there with extra flashlights in minutes when the power went out! ( no fault of the property - a hurricane will do that!) The property is well appointed , kitchen well stocked . Would love to return !

Great, quiet location directly on the water - very comfortable home. Unfortunately our stay was cut short after just five nights due to Hurricane Fiona. Owners were very accommodating.

Beautiful and cozy property

We had a great stay at this property. Everything was there that we could have possibly needed. The cute look out space is a bit tricky to get to as it is accessible only through a spiral staircase in the master bedroom. Both full sized bathrooms had great room. Living spaces and bedrooms were very comfortable. We enjoyed the quietness of this property. We loved sitting by the ocean viewing wildlife. Don and Diane often communicated with us to make sure we didn't need anything during our stay. We were very thankful for the wooden pallet steps to the beach. The shoreline is a bit rocky but beautiful. PEI was a three-day drive for us, so I don't think we will be visiting again, but, if we did, I wouldn't hesitate to use this property again.

Perfectly appointed, beautiful, windswept, seaside oceanfront house. You can actually walk right from our house to the Greenwich Dunes! Every evening we celebrate Happy Hour as we watch the most spectacular sunsets over the ocean! We have a lovely fire pit in our yard where we gather to share stories about our perfect days spent at the beach. After that we all lay on a blanket on the ground to count the shooting stars and gaze at the Milky Way!
