Luna Sea is managed by Island House Vacation Rentals. Guests will be provided with our local phone numbers and will be available via phone, text, as well as messaging. Our office, located on the main road in West Bay, just a few minutes from the house is open Monday - Friday 8-4 and Saturdays 8-12. We greet all of our guests at the office so they know how to find us. Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and agree to our rental terms and conditions. Lighthouse Estates is located on the South Shore of West Bay. It is a perfect location for those seeking the activities and vibrant mix of the restaurants and bars available at West Bay Beach, just a 5-10 minute walk away. The Lighthouse Estates area is quiet and secluded because it is at the very tip of Roatan and there is not a lot of public traffic.

Guests have access to the wifi, private pool and all the other amenities the house offers.

Luna Sea is an elegant luxury home on the hill top overlooking the South Shore of West Bay.
With 3-bedrooms, 3-bathrooms, a private pool, roof top terrace and walking distance of West Bay Beach Luna Sea has the perfect blend of privacy with proximity to the beach.

Walk in on the ground floor to the main room with kitchen, dining and living areas. Floor to ceiling windows open up onto the pool deck with stunning views of the Caribbean. The first guest bedroom is located on the ground floor with queen bed and en-suite bathroom.

The master suite has a king size bed, free standing tub and large double shower, all with panoramic views of the water. The second guest bedroom is upstairs, with queen bed, en-suite bathroom and private balcony. With an office area on the upper floor Luna Sea also offers a peaceful work space if needed.

From the upper floor take the exterior stairs to an epic roof top terrace with Corn Hole (bean bag toss), hammocks, lounge chairs and spectacular views.

West Bay Beach is just a few minutes walk from the house. Here you will find lots of restaurants, bars and resorts to choose from, ask us about our favourites. Koa Kamasa Spa is just a short stroll from the house.

Headed to the beach? Want to enjoy a spur of the moment sunset drink? You are done with dinner and don`t feel like a moonlit stroll home? We can help you get around effortlessly, whether it be through our local, trusted taxi service that is on-call with special rates for our guests or with a rental car for a day or longer.



We are happy to arrange your airport transfer to West Bay if you wish. While it is possible to walk from Lighthouse Estates to West Bay Beach, many of our guests rent a vehicle for their time here. We can help guests arrange this as well. There is also a local taxi service for about $2 per person to the beach area.
