L'exemple parfait du style moderne du Sud! Ce duplex de niveau inférieur témoigne de la détente et du confort loin des contraintes du monde réel.

Seulement deux maisons en retrait de l'océan, dans une grande rue calme. Asseyez-vous sur le pont enveloppant ou sur la promenade des veuves et profitez d'une vue fantastique sur l'océan et l'île. À seulement quatre pâtés de maisons de la jetée de Johnny Mercer - assez près pour marcher, mais assez loin pour ne pas faire face à la foule!

Cette unité peut accueillir 8 adultes confortablement, jusqu'à 10 avec des enfants. Notre unité a 1 chambre King, 1 chambre Queen, 1 chambre avec 2 lits doubles et 1 canapé-lit dans le salon. L'adresse est le 8, rue Sandpiper, unité A.

Cuisine et garage entièrement approvisionnés comprenant une table de ping-pong, plusieurs chaises de plage et jouets de plage, des planches de bodyboard, 2 vélos, 2 planches de paddle et un kayak à votre disposition. Personne d'autre ne propose cette incroyable sélection d'équipements tout compris dans le prix de votre location.

Les draps ne sont pas inclus. Vous pouvez apporter les vôtres ou les louer sur place auprès de Seaside Linen.

Comfy beach home

We had a great time at this rental. Easy access to beach- just a quick walk through the dunes. We enjoyed walking to the pier and The Shark Bar. Everything you need for a day at the beach is provided in garage.

Loved the beautiful location and comfortably furnished rental. The rocking chairs on the porch truly are a great place to sit and soak up the beach town atmosphere. Karen was quick to respond to questions and requests. Truly a five star experience.

Great Family Rental for Kids

We rented Low Tide for a family beach trip with 6 adults and two toddlers. The location cannot be beat. 2 houses from the beach access and only 4 blocks from the pier. The rooftop widows walk was a huge hit with the whole family and the giant covered porch with rocking chairs and swing and picnic table was wonderful for hanging out and family meals. While there isn't an expansive view of the beach from the porch, you can see, hear, and feel the ocean breeze from the porch and the widow's walk gives you views for miles. The unit itself is incredibly comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped - you don't need to bring anything. A nice big dining table and a lot of seating in the family room. It was a lovely space to hang out when it got too hot to be outside. The bedrooms had comfortable beds and the bathrooms were well laid out. The amenities that are provided are fantastic - a pack and play and two sleeping cots that the kids LOVED. Tons of beach toys, chairs, boogie boards, skim board, kayak, paddle boards, and umbrellas. We brought a bunch of stuff from home that we barely even used because so much was provided. There's an outdoor shower for rinsing off sand and hoses for spraying off feet and beach gear. Overall this was a fantastic rental unit. Karen was incredibly responsive to our questions and we had a fantastic trip. Highly recommend and would definitely book again.

Great house. Great location. Room for 3 cars too. :)

Just got back from a week long stay with 5 other women. We had a wonderful stay. The 3 bedrooms are all spacious. The hall bath is adjoining the nice sized queen bedroom. And there is a jack and jill between the master and other room, so it can be shared or blocked. That worked out great. Also, 2 really cool showers beside the home with regular shower heads and temperatures. You can wash your hair out there and all. Then, there is the short walk to the beach. You walk by one house and you are on the sandy trail through some sea oats and a few other beachy plantings ....right to the ocean. Shorter than most walks through a hotel. You can leave your chairs in the garage and don't have to haul them up. The owner also has lots of chairs and toys in the garage. The only tiny issue we had was the L/R furniture was not comfy, but she is considering something else there. The couch is a sleep sofa, so sometimes it's not that easy to get a comfortable couch. Anyhow, we would love to stay there again. I highly recommend it. Also, the A/C was fantastic. The owner was great to work with. :)

Comfortable, clean, convenient, and lovely!!

We really enjoyed our week at this beautiful house! It was spacious and clean and right near the beach. The owners had everything there for the beach to make it easy-chairs, boards, and toys. The wrap around porch was so relaxing. Our adult children really enjoyed the top deck with a beautiful view of Wrightsville. This home was close enough to the beach to make it convenient to run back and forth as needed. The beach was great-never too crowded. We also enjoyed walking the loop in the early morning everyday. We had a few minor issues with the garage door code not always working but the owner was good about getting back to us to help out. Expect a little noise from the upstairs family but nothing major-plenty of separation. I would stay again and recommend to others!

Fun in the Sun

We had a wonderful experience over the weekend at 8 Sandpiper. The ping ping table was perfect for down time in between going to the beach and going out to dinner and drinks. Everything is a 5-10 min walk away overall was a fantastic house to stay out!

Nothing short of perfection!

We LOVED our stay at Karen's home! The house was clean, cozy, spacious, and really could not have been in a more perfect location. With the beach literally in our "backyard" and only a 5-10 minute walk to little shops, restauraunts, and nightlife; it really made our stay convenient, fun, and relaxing all in one. The outdoor shower was amazing, and the crows nest had an absolutely beautiful view of the sunrise and sunset. I really hope make my way down to Wrightsville Beach again soon, and I would love to rent this home again.

Ideal location with stunning views of the ocean and causeway!

Location, location, location! This house couldn't be more perfect. The pictures do not do the size of the rental justice or how close you actually are to the beach! Each room was spacious and comfortable, as well as the bathrooms! It was a short walk over to the nightlife of Wrightsville Beach and an even shorter walk right to the ocean! The house was stocked with everything from beach chairs and boogie boards to a gas grill and outdoor shower! If you are looking for a family vacation or a weekend getaway this house suits all!

Vacation Haven Heaven

Beautiful, clean, and well stocked beach unit! The owners have thought of everything from beach chairs to the smallest of kitchen utensils. We had a very comfortable stay with friends and particularly enjoyed the table and benches on the crows nest to linger over sunsets. It's a short walk to restaurants as well as to the BEACH; quite easy to get everything you need there and back again. There's even a ping pong table in the garage to keep active vacationers happy when out of the sun. Absolutely all that we wanted to have a relaxing stay at the beach!!

Perfect!

My husband and I came for a little getaway. We have stayed at this house before, and love it's location. It is a short walk to the beach, has a perfect front porch for relaxing with lots of porch furniture. The house itself is beautifully decorated, and has everything you can think you might need. A few really nice things-the owners provide beach chairs, and there is an outdoor shower for sandy kids. Lots of little touches that make it easier for the home away from home! We already booked our family vacation here for the summer--our kids love it here too!

We continue to frequent this wonderful vacation home. It is the perfect location within walking distance to the pier and easy access to the loop for a nice jog or walk around the perimeters of the island. The majestic view of the ocean from atop the crows nest is beautiful. We always enjoy hanging out up there. The house is well kept and perfect for a family or group. They have extra bikes we always enjoy riding around the island as well as a ping pong table that we found fun in he evenings. Highly recommend this lovely home. We Hope to go back again soon.

Happy in Wrightsville

All I can say is this is the best beach location and house you can find on Wrightsville beach AND in North Carolina. The perfect mix of beach, water, people and things to do. The house could not be better suited to enjoy it all. We spent multiple nights on the crows nest watching the sun set over the sound. What could be better?? And the owners could not be easier to work with, very responsive to all requests. They truly make this a turn key vacation. Highly recommend. We will return year after year.

Another great summer vacation at 8 Sandpiper!

Hesitant to write a review before we book for the third year in a row so we can have our pick of weeks! Perfect for our family of 5 - plus a friend! Spent more time at the house this year than last - and did not find one thing that we needed that wasn't stocked. Very quiet street - allowing for our younger ones to walk to and from beach on their own. Close enough to town that it's an easy walk for afternoon shopping (Wings) and ice cream (Ritas). Civilization not far away either (Walmart and Harris Teeter) though you'd never know when stepping outside the front door. Convenient to "the loop" for evening runs - and the channel - for morning swims. Two garage parking spaces with room for another car in the drive. Owner is great to work with. No need to look any further. You've found your spot.
