Situé dans une rue bordée d'arbres du centre-ville de San Rafael, ce bungalow confortable et artistique est entouré de séquoias et de bambous et offre une vue sur le mont Tamalpais. À distance de marche de Whole Foods, Trader Joes, du marché United et de tout ce que la 4ème rue du centre-ville a à offrir - cafés, restaurants, librairies et le joli théâtre San Rafael.

À distance de marche du centre de transit de San Rafael, vous pouvez prendre le Marin Airport de l’aéroport SFO pour une personne à 32 $.

Remarque: je vis ici à plein temps et je suis ravi d'accueillir des gens du monde entier. J'aime voyager, cela me permet de le faire. Dans ce cas, me laisser savoir avec certitude que vous resterez ici est très apprécié d'avance et avec certitude afin que je puisse également organiser votre voyage :) Ce n'est pas une location, alors si vous cherchez quelque chose comme un motel dans un motel.

A lovely home in an amazingly central location

It was a beautiful home located centrally in downtown San Rafael. Hostess was very helpful and we had a great time.

Perfect Location

My family and I were attending a wedding weekend with events all over Marin. This home was perfectly located to easily access all the different venues and activities. It is also within walking distance from a lot of restaurants and grocery options. Perfect accommodations for a family. Jocelyn was a perfect host. She was very welcoming, accommodating and available to address any questions, which was even more impressive based on the fact that she was overseas at the time and 9 hrs ahead. This is was a great place to stay

Great home and perfect location

We loved staying in this home. It was very cozy and well kept. The location was great. We were able to take the ferry to San Francisco. Great off street parking. Plenty of room in the bedrooms. Great outdoors spaces.

Wonderful home to stay and feel comfortable

My fellow teachers and I had a wonderful time at our teacher conference. It was so nice to come home to a beautiful house to reflected on the days lectures and workshops. Thank you for offering your home to the world to stay and feel comfortable. The neighborhood is close to San Rafael and it was so nice to go for a walk. Jocelyn's home is clean and well taken care of. She is responsive and a great communicator with her guest. Thank you for everything!

Beautiful, peaceful, retreat-like home

Jocelyn is a wonderful hostess. She communicates clearly and is easy to reach with any questions and checks in to see how we were doing upon arrival. Everything is laid out very nicely and has such beautiful home touches. The bathroom and kitchen are very nicely remodeled and everything just feels nicely done and decorated. Netflix and Disney plus were a hit with the kids as well. Our little family of five had the most pleasant stay and Jocelyn’s home acted as the most peaceful home base for our trip. Thanks Jocelyn!

Centralized Getaway

This location felt like a getaway yet is convenient to downtown San Rafael. It is spacious and modern, fully equipped, and Jocelyn was extremely responsive for any questions. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely evening!

We were extremely comfortable at Jocelyn’s house! The three kids jammed out on the musical instruments and all of them slept on the big red bed in the living room. Thank you for the lovely evening!

Magical little getaway

My fellow colleagues, and I stayed at the Dreamcatcher while we were attending an early childhood conference at the Marin Waldorf School. It was close to the school and close to many wonderful restaurants. Jocelyn’s home was quite and clean. She has all the things you need in the kitchen to cook and a beautiful place to sit outside to enjoy your coffee. It is a home away from home. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you so much. ❤️

Quaint, cozy, and welcoming

Jocelyn’s house was a joy to stay in. She was very attentive and even left us snacks in the fridge. Note there is no AC in the house, but open windows and cool evenings made it comfortable.

First time in CA

The house was perfect for our stay. Plenty of space, very clean, nice quiet location. Host communication was wonderful. Answered any questions. Walking distance into town for meals. Definitely recommend this place!

Comfy boho home-base for hiking fun

We stayed for 3 nights for hiking and chill dining north of San Fran. Location was easy to find, with off-street parking and a very cozy and relaxing feel. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Comfortable, pretty & conveniently located.

My family of four with two young adults was very comfortable here. Both boys had lovely private rooms & we were comfortable in the master. The kitchen & bathroom are gorgeous & the living room is comfortable & has a great view of Mt. Tam.

We had a great stay here with our 18-month-old. The home is beautifully decorated and exceptionally well appointed with everything you will need for a comfortable stay. The location is great in the host is very clear and communicative.

This little house was absolutely perfect for our group of friends who needed a place to stay overnight. The property is adorable. Sweet little backyard, all the amenities you could ask for. Excellent communication with Jocelyn and check in was easy as pie!

Great home for families and foodies

We had a great stay at this classic Marin bungalow - the living and dining area is spacious and inviting with vintage 1970s touches, and access to Netflix and Disney plus. There's a beautiful little outdoor space for lounging and an evening drink. The kitchen and bathrooms are fully renovated. We wished the room in the back had a little more ventilation but other than this we were super comfortable. There is a small bakery nearby - Arizmendi- whose cherry corn scones still dream about.

A nice refuge in San Rafael

Dreamcatcher was a really nice place. It held me and my wife, my brother-in-law and another brother and sister-in-law very comfortably. We were in town for a wedding and had the bride and groom over for breakfast one morning. Never seemed crowded at all. Even though there was only one "official" bathroom on the main floor, there was another "powder room" in the basement that came in very handy. Great place to stay. The owner was very open and communicative. We'd stay there again if we have another function in Marin County.

Comfortable and close to town

Comfortable living space in a great location. Walking distance to 4th street and downtown shops. We would stay here again in the future.

I'm an Interior Designer, Fine Art Photographer, and a single mom of a 14yr old son. We love to travel and meet new people all over the world! Renting my house allows me to explore the world like yourself so I am so grateful when I get a booking. However, I also live here full time and sometimes we can't take off which means It's best to check in with me first before you book to see if we can arrange something.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

My place is unique and off the street easy to get to all the sites in the north and east bay. The city is a lovely ferry ride out of Larkspur landing. San Rafael is a warm sunny place cleaner than the city for sure! Close to the very popular Terrapin Crossroads.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Fully stocked foodie kitchen. If you're expecting an empty and typical motel kitchen, this is not a place for you. There is pour-over coffee or a french press with an electric water kettle and all kinds of tea for your use. Welcome to cook and use any condiments you find. If you can't find anything, please ask as I don't put notes all over the kitchen - Happy to walk you through the kitchen anytime.
