Kensington Garden studio

Le studio Garden est un ravissant studio privĂ© qui fait partie de notre propriĂ©tĂ© mais qui est totalement privĂ© juste de la rue principale de Kensington. C’est un bel espace lumineux et spacieux qui a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ©, dĂ©corĂ© et rĂ©novĂ© dans un style frais, contemporain et confortable.
Il est parfait pour un couple en voyage Ă  Londres ou pour les exposants et les visiteurs du parc des expositions Olympia.
Il comprend un lit double, une kitchenette, une salle de bains avec douche, un canapé, une table et des chaises. Il a sa propre entrée privée depuis une rue pavée et donne sur notre jardin dont il dispose.
Il se trouve Ă  proximitĂ© de la station de mĂ©tro Olympia et Ă  10 minutes Ă  pied des stations de mĂ©tro Earl’s Court, Barons Court et West Kensington. Du haut st Kensington 100 Yard ’du studio, les bus vont partout Ă  Londres et le centre commercial Westfield est Ă  un arrĂȘt en surface ou Ă  10 minutes Ă  pied.
Le centre des expositions Olympia se trouve Ă  moins de 2 minutes Ă  pied. Il abrite de nombreuses expositions et Ă©vĂ©nements intĂ©ressants. et donc le chalet est un endroit idĂ©al pour rester si vous ĂȘtes un exposant ou en visite.
Tout prÚs se trouvent le magnifique Holland Park, Hyde Park et les jardins de Kensington, ainsi que le palais de Kensington, le Royal Albert Hall, les musées V and A, les musées de sciences et d'histoire naturelle.
High St Kensington compte de nombreux magasins et restaurants, cafés et beaux pubs de caractÚre.

Suna was a great host - we appreciated her prompt communication and easy check-in/out process. The suite itself was clean and spacious, and made for a very good home base for our first days in London.

Nice tiny kitchenette. Good location of the appartment, line 9 stops nearby that brings you straight to Piccadilly circus. Bed was super! Only 1 suggestion: put up some curtains at the little indows, they let in too much light. But further: great, I'd recommend it!!!

Quiet refuge when visiting London. Coming back to the flat each evening was a joy. Everything you need for breakfast and lunch. High street is 2 minute walk. Great shopping. #9 bus is on high street which will get you to all the tourist spots. Grocery stores/pubs/coffee very close.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Kensington Gardens Studio Cottage! The space is clean, cozy, and very quiet — a real retreat in the middle of London. The little kitchenette was so cute and well equipped, perfect for making breakfast or a light meal. The location is great, just steps from Kensington High Street with shops and a wide variety of restaurants within easy walking distance, yet the cottage itself feels calm and private. Suna was a fantastic host — warm, attentive, and made everything effortless. We’d happily stay here again!

The studio was perfect for our week in London. From the cleverly outfitted kitchen to the thoughtful use of space, comfortable furnishings, and in-room library complete with London tour books. Check in and check out were incredibly easy. Communication before and during our stay was easy and immediate. The location is ideal; an easy walk to tube stations, grocery, restaurants, and shopping. Be sure to check out the corner bar/restaurant The Hand and Flower and Ffiona’s up on Kensington Church St for a memorable meal.

Cute little cottage in a nice area. Wasn't clear we were going to be sharing a backyard with the owners, which was fine but would've been nice to know before. It was a bit loud at night and the bathroom was small / toilet flush broke when we were there.

Our stay at the cottage was pleasant Suna was very accommodating and even offered us to check in early since it was ready. She gave us some great tips about places to eat in the area. The cottage is a 5-10 min walk to the train station which is convenient. The cottage does not have AC and it was very warm when we arrived our first day. Suna gave us an additional fan to use which helped somewhat. The weather did cool down during our stay which made our stay more comfortable. Overall it is a lovely cottage with a cute backyard. if your staying during the summer you must consider that there is no AC.

Cozy hideaway

We spent five wonderful days in this cozy cottage. We explored the area by walking to several different underground stations. Suna and her family were wonderful hosts and they graciously accommodated a few requests. Communication was very quick. We found our London getaway.

Perfect stay for 5 nights in London

The location and type of accommodation was just perfect for us visiting London for the marathon. The accommodation is a few minutes walk from the train station so we found it very easy to plan our journeys everyday. The property surrounding area is away from traffic and has easy access from a quiet lane. The apartment space is generous light and airy with plenty of storage space and comfortable furniture. The property owners checked on us and ensured we had everything we needed. We traveled from Cornwall to London to take part in the marathon and we couldn’t have been more relaxed with the pressures of running a marathon than staying here. Once at the train station we were soon anywhere we needed to be. We will return to stay again when we next visit London.

Nice, clean and comfortable

Easy to find and easy to check in. The apartment is well equipped and had everything we need. Only negative, and very minor negative, was the 15 minute walk to the underground. Buses were closer but when mapping locations it was faster to walk and take the metro.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

The main house is a beautiful Georgian house with a blue historic a row of Georgian houses. The studio cottage to the rear of our house is light and airy close to many amenities but off a quiet residential street on a mews and very close to High St Kensington and enjoys all the benefits of Kensington.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

It is light and airy with high ceilings roof window lights as well as windows and doors to the garden. It is quiet but next to High St Kensington and the fabulous parks and on brilliant non stop bus routes that go direct to all over London including Notting Hill, Knightsbridge, Oxford St and Trafalgar Square. Within a 5-10 min bus ride is Kensington Palace the Royal Albert Hall, the victoria and Albert museum The science museum and Hyde park. Within 5 minutes walk is Holland Park and the Design museum and a 2 minute walk is the Olympia exhibition centre.
