The hosts gave details to enter the property and that was that excellent no fuss but they were on hand if we needed anything. Lovely little property plenty of room for three and our dog and if you have a young family there is a little secret bedroom suitable for two young children. Pubs restaurants and local shop in village cattle roaming the common and lovely walks. Altogether very good stay
Very comfortable and warm accommodation which suited our needs perfectly. Lovely views of the hills and a very convenient location. The property is delightful and the owner was very helpful
Had a relaxing weekend break at The Cider Press. Cottage is an ideal size and the upstairs bedroom/seating area is a great use of space. Kitchen is really well equipped with all you would need for a self catering break and plenty of towels etc supplied. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely cottage, well laid out to make the most of the space available.
Lovely cottage, well laid out to make the most of the space available. Ideal for couples. Good village with handy shop in walking distance. Wifi not a problem for us it worked in the bedroom above living room on 02 and EE was got in the garden. Well equipped and had everthing you need for a stay. Only improvement I could say would be a welly stand outside the front door as don't like bringing muddy boots indoors and also a door curtain over the back door as this looks out into the owners yard, however we didn't see them at all during our stay but was in contact by text if we needed anything. Would stay again without hesitation.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Cider press. The cottage is quirky and cosy, and is a great base for exploring the tri-county area and Malvern Hills. It was great to have a private garden and patio with furniture so we could enjoy the late sunshine. Plenty of towels are provided, and the kitchen is well stocked with equipment - although we found that it was difficult to find cupboard space for groceries as they were already mostly full. Having never experience oil powered heating the smell in the kitchen took some getting used to. I agree with previous comments regarding the sofa, it is low and not particularly comfy - after a long day walking it would be great to be able to sink into a nice squidgy sofa. Although the cottage was mostly as advertised, and the pictures are a very accurate representation, we did find it somewhat disingenuous to say that there was patchy WiFi - in our experience there was no WiFi whatsoever. None of our devices could find the WiFi network - not even at the top of the stairs which is allegedly the best place. We found this particularly disappointing as we had booked based on the fact that WiFi was available - even if patchy - as in the current situation you have to book everything on line before you go. There was a small patch of 4G in the garden so we made use of this; however, this was not always convenient. I would advise people to book everything before they arrive at the cottage, and assume that WiFi will not be available. The stairs to the upper bedroom are quite steep and in a helix, so not sure they would be a appropriate for very young children. The cottage is on a road that was busier than we had expected so there was road noise, if you want total tranquility then maybe this isn't the place for you.

We had a lovely short break at the Cider Press Cottage.
We had a lovely short break at the Cider Press Cottage. It was close to everything we wanted to visit and on arrival there was milk and treat for us. As it is dog friendly there was also a selection of items for our woofi just in case we had forgotten anything. Highly recommended.

Very quaint cottage but having disabilities I found the sofas very low.
Very quaint cottage but having disabilities I found the sofas very low. Personally the bed was slightly too high for me and the wooden floors were a bit slippery.
Absolutely no problem if I was fully able.
Very pretty location and beautiful walks.
Lovely property and location in a pleasant garden. The road o/s was slightly busier than expected but it was Easter weekend. Very helpful owner going out to buy a replacement bbq.
The Cottage is lovely, clean and well equipped but watch out for the smoke alarms when cooking.
The Cottage is lovely, clean and well equipped but watch out for the smoke alarms when cooking. Mobile phone and WiFi is a problem but this is a general problem affecting the whole area - not just the cottage.
We had a lovely week here. The location couldn't be better for walking in the Malvern Hills and nearby towns. The only things that would have made it better would have been a washing machine and a comfier sofa and chair in the lounge.
