Cet appartement moderne a été rénové en 2018 et est situé dans le quartier de Koukaki-Acropolis, à côté d'une station de métro (100 m) et à quelques pas de l'Acropole et de son nouveau musée (300 m). L'appartement a une superficie de 95 mètres carrés et comprend 3 chambres, un salon avec une télévision à écran plat et une table à manger, une cuisine entièrement équipée, une salle de bains et un balcon avec une table où vous pourrez vous asseoir et prendre votre déjeuner ou votre dîner. Les deux chambres ont un lit queen size et la troisième chambre a 2 lits simples. Au salon il y a un canapé qui peut se transformer en un lit double. Le wifi gratuit est disponible à l'appartement. Enfin, ascenseur, chauffage central, climatisation dans toutes les chambres ainsi que dans le salon, chauffe-eau et fenêtres à double vitrage.

Perfect Location, Great Space

What a great find! Apartment was in the perfect location, was spacious and clean, and the hosts were communicative and quick to respond. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great spot in walking distance to many of Athens incredible attractions.

The most convenient place in Athens!

Great location near the Acropolis and many bars and restaurants- always something to do! Very safe. Apartment was clean and Chris was a most excellent host! Check in/out was a breeze. Highly recommended!

Great location with comfortable accommodations

Our family of six stayed in the city for two nights and this was a perfect place to rest our heads at night! Chris and Zeta’s coffee shop was lovely and Zeta gave us great recommendations for our next stop on Crete!!

Great location and clean

Clean, 12 minute walk to the acropolis and super close to the subway. Great restaurants nearby too in authentic Greek neighborhood (not touristy). Great spot.

Nice Place

The host was very accommodating allowing us to drop our luggage early in the apartment. The apartment is ideally located for shopping and accessing the Acropolis, both easy walking distance. Lots of good places to eat in the neighborhood.

Short stay on Athens

7 of us stayed 2 nights before we boarded a cruise in Athens. This apartment was in a great location and provided all with comfortable space to unwind. Chris was more than helpful with any question we had and also helped set up our transfer from airport and to port. Couldn’t recommend staying here more if you’re visiting Athens!

After cruise stay to see Athens

All is as pictured. The kitchen could use more glasses, etc if you say can sleep 8, however, all is there and very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Neighborhood is fantastic with coffee shops, stores and restaurants. We loved the neighborhood. Chris was very quick in responses and even arranged transportation from cruise port and then to airport. Very welcoming. Would stay again.

Best place to stay in Athens

We are so grateful for Chris and Zeta! Their home was perfect for our stay in Athens. The location is great--it's a short walk to the Parthenon and so many restaurants and shopping. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed, it was bigger than we were expecting. You should also check out their coffee shop, we went both days we were there. Check in was easy and he even helped us get a driver to and from--Even our driver went above and beyond to help us out. We would absolutely recommend staying here if you're in Athens--We will definitely be back!

ATHENS and cruise

We needed to stay in Athens before our cruise. This place was conveniently located to the Acropolis and other great attractions for our short two day stay. We had the best meal at Sfika and breakfast at Coffee Central. The host Chris was very responsive throughout our stay. The place was very spacious for our family of four with two teenagers.

This property meet our needs. It was a basic unit, no frills. It was a bit more off the beaten path than i planned but we were able to navigate our way to the main areas just fine. It was close to the subway, which was nice.

The apartment location and service was amazing! I would only list it to sleep 6 however, since the couch is not really a bed. We worked it out and it was fine for one night!! Communication and assistance was very nice!!!

Great location, awesome apartment!

Couldn't have picked a better rental. Excellent communication with owners, so helpful. Always taxis on the corner to flag, so close to public transportation, restaurants, etc. A+++. So much better than being in a hotel! The airport pickup and return was a major plus as well. Owner even made a phone call for me when my service was on the blink! Dontlook elsewhere, this unit is exactly what you need!

Fantastic layout!!!! Super easy instructions. Owner was extremely proactive in prepping us for our arrival and giving us all the pertinent information we needed. Neighborhood was very pleasant. Tons of restaurant options and markets near by to meet our needs. Owner coordinated transportation fr airport and to cruise ship. We felt very safe and were able to relax. We walked to the Parthenon, several gardens and the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier to see the change of the Guards. Very special to us. Would not hesitate to stay here again!!

Koukaki neighborhood in Athens voted as one of the top emerging places around the globe, to visit in 2016! It is a safe area to stay in the centre of Athens and ideal if you want to visit Athens on foot since all the important historic sites like Ancient Agora, Temple of Zeus, Acropolis museum, Plaka district, Monastiraki square, Syntagma square and other historical and cultural monuments are really close. Next to the apartment you can find many shops such as bakery, super market, grocery store, coffee shops and nice restaurants with traditional greek cuisine.

This modern apartment was renovated in 2018 and is located in Koukaki-Acropolis area, 100m from a metro station and 300m from the Acropolis and its new museum. It has all necessary amenities a guest would need for a pleasant stay. It is ideal for groups and families because it has 3 bedrooms and a sofa that turns into a double bed. It can host up to 8 guests. The two bedrooms have a queen size double bed and the third bedroom has two single beds. The mattresses, linens and pillows are of top quality for the ultimate sleeping experience.
