Appartement 2 chambres situé dans le complexe Old Village Vilamoura avec un petit patio et une pelouse très privés face au sud. Il se trouve en face du restaurant et de la piscine Princess Garden. Il est bien équipé et présente un décor très clair et simple.

Vous pouvez profiter d'Internet Wifi dans l'appartement et dans tout le complexe, de toutes les principales chaînes de télévision, y compris Sky Sports, Portugal Sportv, et accéder aux 3 piscines du complexe.

We have just returned from a lovely few days in Vilamoura. The apartment is lovely it has everything you need and is in a great location. We arrived late evening and collected the keys from a key box outside a nearby office which was extremely easy. We had a late flight home and Rodrigo let us check out late. A great host and lovely apartment thanks

Clean and comfortable on great resort

This apartment was well located in the Old Village, which is a great resort with three pools, various good restaurants and a handy little supermarket. Whilst quite compact, it was really comfortable and stayed nice and cool even when it was over 30 degrees outside. The kitchen was basic but had all we needed. The bedrooms were comfortable and the kids loved being able to watch Nickelodeon on the tv which they don't have at home! Overall good value for money.

Mixed feelings

After staying in the owner's beautiful townhouse last summer, we were keen to return to the Old Village. This year our party was smaller in number so we booked the 2 bed apartment. We were happy to pay the same price that we paid for 3 bedrooms last year because we thought it would mean getting a similar standard of accommodation. We were, however, disappointed which has left us with mixed feelings. The positive aspects of the apartment are that it has light, bright modern decor throughout. The lounge/dining area are nice, comfortable spaces and the garden terrace is pleasant too. On arrival, we were disappointed to see that there was only air conditioning in the lounge; the bedrooms had fans. The facilities listed on the website should, therefore, state "part airconditioned" as to claim otherwise is misleading. A DVD player was also listed but was not present in the apartment. Thankfully, however, when we informed the property management company, Five star, they liased with the owner and a DVD player was installed. All of this said, however, we felt that the most disappointing aspects of the apartment were the kitchen and bathroom which were small and tired and in some need of a refresh. Overall, we enjoyed our holiday and we would return to the Old Village again but we would seek out alternative accommodation.

Thanks for your feedback. I am disapointed you didn't enjoy your stay so much has the previous holidays in my townhouse. Regarding the bathroom it was renovated 5 years ago, using a portuguese style decoration called "reboco alentejano", but yes generically speaking the t2 houses in old village have roughly 40 to 50 sqm so some areas are not spacious. That is the reason also the a/c has one single device, but with capacity to cool down the entire apt.(never had any complaint about this) Hope to welcome you back. Kind regards

Lovely stay

Very comfortable and tastefully decorated accommodation in a great location. Well equipped, very clean and serviced weekly. We had a fabulous 10 days stay and loved all The Old Village had to offer as well as Vilamoura Marina, Beaches & Restaurants.

Keurig appartement

Compact maar keurig appartement met twee fatsoenlijke slaapkamers en een nette badkamer. Het geheel is schoon en heeft een kleine tuin, die overloopt naar de tuin van de buren rechts. Maar daar heb je geen last van. Wat je moet weten? Er is geen koffiezet mogelijkheid. De omgeving is rustig en netjes en redelijk dichtbij alle faciliteiten. Toch is een eigen auto hebben wel wenselijk. Voor een paar dagen meer dan goed. Rodrigo (de host) is snel, vriendelijk en accuraat in reageren. Geen zorgen als er iets niet goed mocht zijn, hij handelt snel.

Nice comfortable apartment in great location

We stayed 5 nights in this great location .The old village is made up of apartments and townhouses with 3 nice swimming pools, restaurants and bars. The walk to Vilamoura marina is about a 15-20 minute walk and it has a beautiful beach just past the marina. The apartment is basic but was very clean and well equipped. The towels & bin liners where changed after a couple of days which we wasn’t expecting so that was nice. We sat out a lot so It was nice opening the doors onto the patio which had a nice small turfed garden & bbq. The wooden patio furniture is looking a little tired and it would of been nice to of had cushions to sit on but this is only a small observation. I couldn’t fault the correspondence from Rodrigo he was quick to respond to any questions I had and was most helpful making alternative arrangements for me when we had a late check out. Five Star the management company were also very professional. Overall we had a great holiday and we will certainly return in the future.

Had a great time great place to stay and relax. Would suggest leaving a few items for guests on arrival such as tea bags, milk and a bottle of water. The appartment backs on to a road so should perhaps mention some road noise.

Good value for money

Stayed here a few days, the apartment had everything we needed, and it is very well located within the old village complex, near Princess Garden Restaurant and pool. Also closer than other apartments we stayed in, to the pathway that leads to the Marina. FiveStar and the owner where always available to help during the stay, and we always felt safe and at home.

Old Village Vilamoura

Convenient location, Wi-Fi available, ground floor apartment with garden, sun lounger & BBQ unit available or use which was nice. Nice property but did have a problem with visiting cockroaches & the bed sheets smelt of stale sweat, whether they were changed or its the mattress causing the odour? Owner communicated very effectively, obtaining the key was no problem, before I forget please change the iron, my friend received electric shocks when using this the cable is in very poor condition!

Hello, Thank you for your feedback, and I am sorry that the same has not been done during your stay, as we could have acted to correct all the situations mentioned. We work in partnership with a cleaning company, and we take this particular topic very seriously, and of course the apartment is always clean and bed linen changed before each new guest entry, so it may only have been a timely situation that would have been immediately resolved. Also the condominium of old village, has a partnership with a disinfestation company, and whenever any situation occurs, this same company intervenes immediately. Regarding the iron, we didn´t knew it was not working properly, will obviously immediately replace it. We hope that after all, you can consider us the next time you visit the Algarve. Best regards

What can I say. It was just perfect! So quiet and peaceful. Pool a 1 min walk away and a quick walk to the marina. House really clean and comfortable with really comfy bed. Didn't want to leave! Will definitely return.

Really enjoyed our stay

It was very relaxing. And having the supermarket and some restaurants and bars on site was fantastic, and only a 15-20 minute walk to the Marina. We will definitely be back :-)

Great Location

The apartment is in the Old Village which is a lovely setting just outside of Vilamoura. It is a 20 min walk into town or a 5 Euro taxi ride. The local bars are great and will call a taxi for you. The Apartment is perfect for max 4 people and has everything you need for a pleasant stay.
