Cette maison a reçu des prix locaux pour le meilleur extérieur, le plan d'étage et les meilleures suites des propriétaires. Incroyable coucher de soleil / vue sur le lac de deux ponts supérieurs, cuisine des chefs donnant sur la salle à manger et massif blindé en porche enveloppant donnant sur grande piscine privée et le lac Michigan est juste devant votre porte aussi! Cinq chambres, avec deux suites de maître au premier et deuxième étage. Méticuleusement entretenu avec un mobilier de qualité tout au long. Nous améliorons constamment la maison et avons ajouté un centre de jeu de vieille école dans le sous-sol qui a une table de billard de brunswick faite sur commande, une table de panneau de shuffle et une ping-pong! Il y a aussi un lit gigogne, car nos clients nous ont dit que les enfants aiment accrocher dans le sous-sol et faire des soirées pyjama là-bas! Un foyer de luxe surélevé de 23 pieds pour célébrer et faire de merveilleux souvenirs! Communauté fermée privée. Les nouvelles fonctionnalités de 2020 sont notre lancement du revêtement et du kayak! La location de kayak est disponible chez nous et des gilets de sauvetage sont nécessaires et disponibles avec votre location.

Beautiful home with all the amenities

Everything was perfect for our family get away. Beautiful, well equipped kitchen! Extremely clean house, amazing pool and the views of Lake Michigan were spectacular. A true gem ❤️

Exceptional “Home away from Home”

Summersgate was a big hit for our family vacation! The home was comfortable and offered spacious living areas. The main bedroom was the perfect retreat for busy parents to unwind. The bunk room was ideal for the young kids to “camp” and made bedtime fun. The kitchen was a hub of activity as we cooked many meals & grilled outside. The heated pool was used everyday by all of us. The fenced deck area surrounding the pool was perfect to corral the kids and family dog. We really enjoyed the short walk to the beach, where the kids played in the clean sand. We used the fire pit to roast marshmallows & watch gorgeous sunsets over Lake Michigan. The neighborhood is quaint & quiet. The green space out front and long road to the gate made dog walks enjoyable. We went into town twice to shop & dine. The South Haven Air Show was a fun event to attend. Saugatuck Dune Rides was a fun, educational activity. We plan to return to Summersgate next summer for more fun & relaxation.

Great week, great house

My bothers and neices and my daughters gathered for a fabulous week at the lake. The house is lovely, the pool is amazing, the availability of the owner was remarkable. Five stars for a perfect week.

Spectacular stay at Summersgate!

We stayed at this wonderful property for ten days with our adult children and their infants. The property setting is very beautiful. It is located on a private and gated tree lined street on top of a bluff overlooking Lake Michigan. The home was very clean and stocked with anything you could possibly need during our stay. Jason our host communicated with us about our stay ahead of time and even sent suggestions for great places to eat, buying delicious groceries and activities in the area. We were met by Melissa who showed us the entire house and gave personal instructions on using the pool, and all aspects of the house. The personal attention to detail was amazing! We loved the home so much we often did not want to leave. We walked the neighborhood every morning, went swimming in the pool, and ended every night with a camp fire in the beautiful firepit area overlooking the gorgeous sunsets. South Haven is a great town with a family friendly atmosphere. Good restaurants, beaches and a splash park for children near the pier and boat marina. We highly recommend this home to rent for your next vacation. Our entire family loved every minute of our amazing stay. Thank you Jason for sharing your fabulous home!

Beautiful house, beautiful inground pool overlooking the lake,short ride to the trail. Short ride to Southhaven and we had a wonderful relaxing time. We wish we would’ve stayed longer.

Summersgate Style

Our property In Michigan was just perfect for a family vacation. The home was lovely and spacious and all we had to do was unpack and start our adventure. We cooked many meals in the well stocked kitchen and spent our days in the heated pool and at night watching the beautiful sunsets down by the beach or at the awesome fire pit.. South Haven is a beautiful town to explore and we took advantage of all that it had to offer. This home provided us the chance to reconnect with family who are spaced many miles apart. Josh and his team should be proud of the peace and serenity that this lovely home provided us.. A satisfied guest and a five star rating Karen

“THE” view

Absolutely ideal setting and view of the lake! The house was clean, comfortable, and very well stocked. Only complaint is ice maker was broken. The house, setting, location all spectacular!

Beautiful lakefront Michigan vacation

BEST VRBO experience ouf of 25+ planned trips! Jason, the owner, was SPOT-ON with information and communication. The pre-arrival information was so helpful and made the vacation that much more enjoyable. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by Melissa who gave us a tour of the beautiful (super clean) home and also gave us the "411" on how everything works--trash pickup, heated outdoor pool set-up....she also had a freshly baked Crane cherry pie--SO Michigan and SO delicious! The 4,000+ sq ft home is perfect with Lake Michigan at your fingertips---it's such a beautiful setting. Additionally, there is an abundance of extras---TP, PT, laundry soap, dryer sheets, garbage bags--it's exactly like your home--SO nice and THOUGHTFUL! IF you are looking for an insanely clean home, beautiful lakefront home in South Haven WITH many bedrooms, bathrooms AND a HEATED pool, firepit/chairs and a beach---5 stars rating---it's HERE!

Beautiful, Relaxing Spot!

It was our second time staying at this gorgeous place! Our family stayed "home" a lot--cooking/grilling all meals, walking the beach, enjoying the heated pool, playing ping pong, making s'mores at the fire pit, oohing and ahhhing at the sunsets, etc. We also went to the great farmers' market in Holland and shopped there and in South Haven . We'll be back!

Beautiful Lake Front Estate

Our family had a wonderful time at this gorgeous lake front property. The sunset views are nothing short of magnificent. Our kids absolutely loved the pool and spent hours making memories. The house was comfortable and spacious with room to spread out and enjoy different activities. Jason was quick to respond with answers to any questions we had. The perfect vacation home...

Such a fabulous waterfront home! Jason & his family have thought through and enhanced so many details of this beautiful home. It has everything you could want during your vacation stay including a charming full wrap around porch with porch swing & hammock (including a screened in area for lounging despite weather conditions), a heated pool with an automated cover that opens & closes at the touch of a button, two upper balconies for taking in the spectacular lake views, a firepit surrounded by adirondeck chairs, and a walkway steps away from the pool & firepit leading to the sandy beach area & kayak launch access.....And that's just the outside of this amazing home! Inside you will find all the amenities you need to enjoy your stay including a well appointed kitchen, laundry facilities, spacious & comfortable bedrooms, baths & closets with all the linens & towels you would require for your visit. Additionally, there is a living area/entertainment area with a balcony and kitchenette off of one of the bedrooms equipped with comfy swivel club chairs & spectacular views of Lake Michigan. The gated neighborhood is also very quiet & perfect for morning or evening walks. Jason is more than gracious, helpful and accessible during & before your visit should you have questions or issues with the home or should you need suggestions for places to go nearby to dine, etc. I can't say enough about his hospitality! You will not regret spending time at this lovely home, the only difficult part is leaving ;)

Wonderful time at the Lake!!

We had a wonderful yearly family vacation at Jason's beautiful home! The setting was gorgeous and the house very welcoming and comfortable. Listing states there are 2 king beds but there is only 1. Usually not a problem, but our Son-in-law is VERY tall and would have been more comfortable in a King bed. The house was very well stocked with paper towels, kleenex, toilet paper, etc. We LOVED the fire pit!! We are already booked for next year!!

Amazing Spot for Families

This house has it all - gorgeous sunsets, beach access, a fabulous pool and the perfect screened porch for the family to gather late into the night. The house is very clean, extremely comfortable and furnished with everything you need in the kitchen and beyond. Jason was an attentive host. He expects his guests to take care of his home as if it were their own, but as a result it is well maintained and in excellent condition. We had guests ranging from 1 year to 76 years old and all were very satisfied with their stay.

Awesome family getaway!

This was a great family vacation location that was secluded enough to have quiet evenings on the screened in porch, but close enough to the action that we were just a short car ride away from all the activities of western Michigan. The home itself was perfect for our multi generational family, including 2 sets of grandparents, a family of 4 with 2 young children, and a sister with newborn. We all had our own “areas” and felt private. The heated pool was also a huge bonus (it stays very warm with the cover on, even without the heater on!). The home was very clean upon arrival, and decorated well. The screened in porch was a family favorite. The home is well maintained for a rental despite minor wear and tear, and the kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils/equipment. Heather, the house manager, was awesome and always available when we had questions, and Jason, owner, was very accommodating despite a couple of mistakes I made initially booking. If you want to be near, but not in, the action of western Michigan, this is a great place to call home base!

This is such a charming, beautiful home, perfectly situated on Lake Michigan with a view of the lake and sunsets out your window. The pool was a must for our family and the bedrooms were very comfortable. I highly recommend this house for families and friends.

We live in Illinois and Michigan. We have two family homes in South Haven and have been here for over 25 years. This home is something we waited for years until it unveiled itself to us on a home tour. When on vacation we live life to its fullest when it comes to dining, entertaining our families and friends and getting our vacation vibe on as quickly as possible. This home sets the pace for you and your guests instantly. This home is decorated and beyond well furnished for a vacation rental. We want our guests to experience the pride and joy in how we present our lake house to your family to wind down, relax and start creating some memories. The pictures of our feasts are the real deal and you have the best produce in the nation at markets and roadside stands for spring and summer! Just cooked with morels last week with garlic, cognac and cream!! We care that our guests have an incredible stay and that you know all that there is to offer to set up your week for adventure at this amazing retreat!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We searched and finally found our ideal lakefront home that can handle entertaining large dinner parties in multiple areas, has an amazing pool layout and a wrap around porch. This home just has the "it" factor on so many different levels that is conducive to entertaining, yet also privacy. Kids have their private pool? Check. Kids and adults have ultimate entertaining indoors if rain pops in? Check as well with our old school game room with a custom brunswick pool table, shuffleboard and ping pong! Adults can watch from afar or up close? Check. Beach access? Check, but we much prefer the pool! Kids have private area for movies at night and adults can have privacy? Check. It is important to us that our guests that they experience all that South Haven and the surrounding communities have to offer during your stay. For us we focus our stays on doing farm to table dinners, so local farmers markets are explored daily to create incredible feasts. We like to offer guests itineraries as well so they get the most of their time outside of the home, but it is hard to leave the scenery here. If you are looking for a vacation that is a place to unwind and get off the grid and enjoy all that life has to offer, then this is your place. All we ask is that the home be taken care of as if it was your own and be used to its maximum by your guests for all the enjoyment it offers. The property is furnished impeccably and we want our guests to enjoy the finer things in life inside and out.
